The chicken and fries that we ordered from this location seems like it was re-heated. The fries were definitely re-fried. They are hard and crunchy. Church Chicken used to be my ultimate go to for chicken however now I cant seem to say the same. Highly disappointed

Food was below average. Tried their Mexican chicken sandwich and barbecue chicken sandwich along with French fried and jalapeño bombers. Jalapeño bombers were still okay, but the rest was not worth trying. Won’t recommend!!

Loved their honey butter biscuits. Fried Chicken were fresh, French Fries and coleslaw were alright. Their mashed potato was good. Soft drinks were refillable. At this location, the seats are not very organized and not so clean. Washroom was pretty dirty. A lot of parking, it’s at a plaza.

Went to the Restaurant on 9th April 2023 at around 3PM. Took my 4 year old for a snack. The staff was really unprofessional, the restaurant was not busy at all. The both staff inside talking to each other without coming to the cashier and take the order. Came to the cashier after 10 minutes, no any apologize and took the order. Once the order is ready didn’t call with the order number or any professional way, calling with his finger. Have been for this place a lot of time before and this time the experience was too bad. The management should take some action on this staff

I ordered dark meat chicken yesterday at this branch. Harleen took my order and said wait for 10 minutes. As indicated on the receipt, it says dark meat. 20 minutes later, my order is ready. When got home, viola! White meat and wings. I have come here for years to get my Church’s chicken. Always dark meat and this branch never failed me until Harleen came along. She might need some more training to distinguish between white and dark chicken meat. Not cool.

This place has consistently messed up my order twice a row. Both times they didn't complete my order, forgot to pack an entire part of the order, even though i paid for it. Since it was take out, I didn't realize until i brought it home and it was too far to back. Will recommend customer to have employees double check the order before heading out.
