The chicken and fries that we ordered from this location seems like it was re-heated. The fries were definitely re-fried. They are hard and crunchy. Church Chicken used to be my ultimate go to for chicken however now I cant seem to say the same. Highly disappointed

Food was below average. Tried their Mexican chicken sandwich and barbecue chicken sandwich along with French fried and jalapeño bombers. Jalapeño bombers were still okay, but the rest was not worth trying. Won’t recommend!!

Loved their honey butter biscuits. Fried Chicken were fresh, French Fries and coleslaw were alright. Their mashed potato was good. Soft drinks were refillable. At this location, the seats are not very organized and not so clean. Washroom was pretty dirty. A lot of parking, it’s at a plaza.

Went to the Restaurant on 9th April 2023 at around 3PM. Took my 4 year old for a snack. The staff was really unprofessional, the restaurant was not busy at all. The both staff inside talking to each other without coming to the cashier and take the order. Came to the cashier after 10 minutes, no any apologize and took the order. Once the order is ready didn’t call with the order number or any professional way, calling with his finger. Have been for this place a lot of time before and this time the experience was too bad. The management should take some action on this staff

I ordered dark meat chicken yesterday at this branch. Harleen took my order and said wait for 10 minutes. As indicated on the receipt, it says dark meat. 20 minutes later, my order is ready. When got home, viola! White meat and wings. I have come here for years to get my Church’s chicken. Always dark meat and this branch never failed me until Harleen came along. She might need some more training to distinguish between white and dark chicken meat. Not cool.

This place has consistently messed up my order twice a row. Both times they didn't complete my order, forgot to pack an entire part of the order, even though i paid for it. Since it was take out, I didn't realize until i brought it home and it was too far to back. Will recommend customer to have employees double check the order before heading out.

Order Jalapeño bombers because I hate there fries instead of contacting me or cancelling my order delivered fries large soggy. Do not visit this place they are scammers

Not sure how this Church Chicken is still operating, since, I think they are trying to kill people. I had an Uber delivery from this location and my order was 8 pieces family combo. Specified that we want half spicy half mild freshly cooked dark meat (means thighs & drumsticks). Not only all came mild, it had 2 pieces of wings (white meat), I said nevermind and took a bite from the wing and realized something was off before taking the second bite I smelled the wing and realized it was SPOILED. Rest smelled fine, however, my wife and I had a bite from the wings and now praying we don't get sick from them. Also had a side of jalapeno bombers which turned out to have (chicken?)bones in it. I am so done with Church Chicken due to this experience. It could be just this location but all you need is one bad disgusting experience. Hopefully this place will close before someone gets severely sick.

Delivery service order: chicken sandwiches. The breaded chicken was rotten. By smell and taste. Smelled way off. We also bit off a side without the chicken and it was fine. Stay away. Rotten chicken. Also, their order took a very long time, so much the delivery app gave me money back.

Worst service ever! Waited 10 mins in line taking order, and waited for another 20 mins to get the food. Store close at 10pm, but the staff said it was too late for dine in, store closing… ridiculous Would never visit this store again.

Used to buy Church's chicken inside Harvey's restaurant...long time ago. Plenty of parking. A couple of customers, during lunchtime. Service was average. Food was disappointing... Soggy, some pictures not completely cooked, very small pieces of chicken, and expensive. It was NOTHING like the quality we expected. Will stick to Chicken Joy.

the girl who served us did not treat us right. I ordered chicken wings combo w/ fries and a burger combo w/ fries. it was all fine until we were served 3 sets of fries and we returned the other set of fries and tried to explain to her we should only get two and we should have received a biscuit instead, because it was mentioned on their menu “all chicken combos come with a drink, biscuit and a side”. she said i had to pay for the biscuit and as i was getting my wallet on out table she yelled “did you get me” and when i tried to to tell her i did and that she did not have to yell at me the girl gave me an attitude and did not even apologized. if their service can’t even treat customers right as we already returned the extra fries we were given, why bother even going for this store.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Church's Texas Chicken - Laurence Rating: 1/5⭐ Review: Our recent visit to Church's Texas Chicken in Laurence left much to be desired. Despite ordering a 12-piece chicken fry meal with coleslaw and biscuits for the family, we were met with disappointment. The chicken fry lacked freshness and was smaller than anticipated, while the coleslaw was soggy and emitted a foul odor. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the replacement coleslaw was no better and, to our dismay, one portion even contained a fly. Furthermore, the inconvenience of finding the washroom closed added to our frustration. While the biscuits were a saving grace, they couldn't salvage the overall experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this Church's location to others based on our disappointing visit.

I usually love this place foods always good and jalapeno poppers are crunchy and fresh love the honey dill dipping sauce! But today before I went in the cashier was sitting on the counter, like literally had his butt on top of the counter with his feet hanging and was looking at his coworker chatting it up, and before we even closed the door after we left he popped his butt back up on the front counter again.Chatting up is fine but his butt on the counter was wild.
