😶😶😶 The Fish and Chip does not seem to be what I expected, over deep friend. Meat look dry and tasteless. The Curry Bake Rice , microwave but still taste great . Ice Cream great . The Pizza not too bad like the cheese and pepperoni. The mushroom soup dilute and like added too much water , not thick enough. 😑😑😑

Went for a light dinner for 2, just ordered the pepperoni pizza which was very tasty and the crust was thin, slightly charred but crispy. We also add-on a soft drink & soup of the day (Cream of Chicken Soup) which was pleasantly nice, doesn't taste like it was from a can. For dessert, we ordered a Banana Split and of course, the ice cream never dissappoint. It was so good and most enjoyable.

A place to get American fast food style dessert — ice cream, apple strudels, cake, milkshakes… and I think people come to Swensen mostly is because the perfect way to finish up a meal is having great desserts lol…. After chowing down on a Mac and Cheese or a fish n chips, these desserts make these fast food order a little sweeter. Woohoo…. Haha

One of the few burger type places where the burgers actually look like the pictures in the menu. Food is really enjoyable, ice cream is excellent and service is friendly. Prices are fair

Came here to redeem GE free meal before it get expired on 20 Jan. Saw a few were holding the same redemption vouchers too. Ordered Chicken Baked Rice, Spaghetti Aglio Olio for the vouchers. Additionally, we get the Hawaiian Pizza and sweet patato. Remember to sign up for Swensen member via their application and you will get the FREE Banana Split. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the guy who served us. 😉

One of the fastest swensens I've been to. While most other outlets take a longer time to serve the order, this outlet somehow manages to churn out the items fast without compromising the quality of the food every time! Friendly and attentive staffs!

Received the worst service by a staff at Swensens Jurong Point. Her name is Lay Yee. We waited for quite a while before we could get the attention of a staff to redeem the complimentary daily drink $1. So I went ahead to place the order via the app for our main orders first. Looking extremely "busy" and not giving any eye contact, I approach Lay Yee and showed her the telegram msg. Before I could even say anything, she just assumed what I wanted to ask and with a rude tone she said "Order the mains first then can redeem!" Her tone was almost shouting, mind you. On top of that, she showed a very unhappy face. She didn't even bother to hear what I wanted to ask. Is this how the staffs are trained? Rude and with a snobbish attitude.

Overall: 👍👍👍👎👎😅 Swensen was one of my favorite, many years ago. And they have great selection of food. Desserts are still their specialties, though. But there's something wrong on the way this food chain is being managed. There's really something wrong, else, we'll only see good reviews here. Food: I ordered baked chicken rice. And yeah, just so plain. I dont see any value to it. Don't get me wrong, my stomach felt satisfied. My taste palette however was saying, what a minute... that's it? We also ordered Sweet Potato Fries, which is worth $11.50 😂 haha. So i really thought it was really worth it. I really hope this food chain bounce back. Such a precious business. 🙏

An amazing experience. Celebrated my ex colleague's birthday. Ordered FIREHOUSE & TIRAMISU cake. Spent the whole evening. And most importantly, the service was great. Even though it was packed but server, Aaron was super quick @ everything. Will definitely come back!

Ordered the steak and requested for medium rare. Upon receiving, steak was RAW. Requested waiter to change but apparently the chef told the waiter that it IS medium rare. Ive always ordered a medium rare and this was the first time seeing such a "unique" type of steak. Waiter then offered if i wanted medium well instead and i accepted it since it was a better option than eating meat. Heard multiple people experiencing the same thing regarding this situation. Refer to photo for their "medium rare" steak.

The wait for the food is pretty long for fish rice and ice cream. I believe the place is slightly understaffed, but the staff are pretty nice. They'll get back to you after being very busy. The atmosphere is nice, can be improved with faster service. Food wise is moderate. Ordered battered fish, cheese fish rice, cornstarch chicken and the rockz.

Dessert time at Swensens! Our all time favorite with Coit Tower! We also had strawberry and chocolate sundaes. Very well prepared and so presentable! Great sevice from Jed who prepared and served it. Duty Manager too was excellent! Keep up the great service! Will be back for more🙂

Went there to celebrate my birthday with my family. The service there was fast and friendly. I would like to compliment Wan and Aaron on the great service they have given. Any concerns my family had were quickly handled with professionalism and care. During a previous visit, my sister had accidentally left behind her phone at the restaurant and Wan was kind enough to hold onto it until we return. Keep up the good work! :D

this place is kinda understaff so food is delivered quite slowly to my table. i waited for around 20-30 mins just for 3 dishes to be served. however overall, food is okay, especially the mushroom soup and spaghetti. in my opinion, price is reasonable for what ive ordered (i paid around $60 for 3 dishes: mac & cheese, mushroom soup and steak with 2 side dishes). but for individual dishes it might be abit too expensive atmosphere is basic, but it gives out comfortable vibes to eat in.

Ate here on new years eve. It took awhile to get a table but the staff were very busy as the place was packed. The food took quite awhile to arrive, the lasagna is ordered came in under 10 mins. However, the steak that my father had ordered took around 30mims to come. the food was very well seasoned but i do wish the portions for the lasagna would be more generous. Overall it was a good experience 😊

Worst Swensen’s I've been too. Service staff Farah and Kevin were not friendly. Firstly wanted a sofa seat was told rudely by Farah to wait. Choose to ignore our request for ketchup and tartar sauce. The cup was dirty ask to change Kevin reluctantly said i’m busy. After told Farah, brought the cup spilled the water on the table. Had a bad experience on a CNY eve. Would never head back to this Swensen’s again for sure.

I typed a long 0 star review, but then google effed up on me. This bloody google review also horrible lar. I'm lazy to type again so i'll summarise in Singlish. 1) I got served rotten pasta. Odour was like trash. Tasted sour. 2) Manager and workers heck care. 3) Waiting time is horrible. You don't get acknowleged, you wait until pigs fly. Ordered ice cream, highlighted thrice in 40mins still nothing. 4) Cashier got no soul no body no one manning it. Had to go inside kitchen and shout for someone to be there. 5) Made payment and manager cancelled my ice cream orders + waived my rotten pasta order. Non-chalant, zero remorse, SSS-rank guild hunter attitude. What is Swensen's management doing? Wake up, wake up all you armchair critics in your cosy little offices. Your food, staff and brand really CMI. Just look at the amount of 1 star reviews you have.

Don’t come here unless you have too much money to spend I arrived at 3+ pm, stood at the entrance for 5 minutes in front of a 70% empty restaurant, staff (manager i think) saw me and just ignored me and continued doing his work for quite awhile I came in and ordered a student meal, waited 25min for it and it didn’t taste that great either. My iced milo came and the cup wasnt full Later on i asked to redeem my birthday ice cream from 1 of the staff, he was about to do it for me, then the manager, in the midst of his busy work, somehow saw this and asked him to stop, saying i cannot redeem it. I ordered the same things last year and i could get my sundae, but somehow this time cannot? Maybe the policy changed, but I’m more upset that the manager is able to notice and deal with this while leaving me standing outside earlier on Then the staff mentioned something ala carte but he wasnt sure either and asked me to ask the manager instead. The manager just ran off into the kitchen after and disappeared for a good 10-15min Many tables were left uncleared as well. I believe they are quite understaffed, which explains the poorer quality, attitude and service. But still, will not come here again.

Was lucky to spot 1-for-1 birthday treat on my GE app! We had the Black pepper seafood pasta, which was moist yet not spicy, comes with mussels, crabstick & fish fillet (abit tough). U can’t go wrong with their Fish & chips (generous with the tartar sauce)! Otherwise, the weekday lunch top-up is a pretty good deal too. IG @pingguo301
