Service is terrible. Mccafe coffee is terrible and there's no quality control for their mccafe coffee or the order just missed out without the staff knowing even after a reminder the coffee, it never arrive and had to ask for a refund which I was short change. I would have given 0 star if there's an option To add on this is how they serve their coffee, wet cup, wet serviettes 🤦🏻♂️ with no apology

Super bad experience with their mac delivery, after wrong item deliver. They told me will get the store manager to contact, but didn't just left the correct food outside. Who knows how long is there when no one let us know they will deliver the correct item, do u expect us to eat the food deliver hours at our door steps ?

The staffs don’t even pay attention to the cash-paying counter. After waiting for approximately 15 mins, I felt like it was outrageous and proceeded to ask the staff ( from afar ) to take my order. After, they told me to wait as they’re currently busy, and I listened to them as I understand that they have lots of orders at the moment. In a few minutes, they totally forgot I existed and I even had to approach the staff personally to make my payment.

Unpleasant experience.I ordered Mcd on Grab, When the food arrived, I found that one of the drinks was not there. The fries weren’t the full amount of it and the burgers were such a mess. It’s not what I really expected from a big franchise fast food restaurant. There will not be a second time for me from this outlet. First impression always lasts.

I made a Grab delivery on 17th June. My children were happily waiting for the food to arrived. I spent $52+ on the meals, waiting for the meals is not a problem. The meals came. To me surprised, the burgers were not packed according to my orders, and worse still the original order of mine invoice can yet be pasted on the food packaging. I called up to change my meals, nothing can be done is the worst part of all. Either your staffs can't read simple English of the ordering invoice, get someone better to do the job. Or your staffs are all part timers, can't be bothered as no job commitment. Or can't multi tasked. If can't, get more man power. Not all can be multi tasked. Worse delivery from Oasis... 👎👎

Nice outlet with McCafe barista on the side. Just need to be a tad careful when you made a large order as this particular outlet has a knack of missing out items especially when they are handling a surge of orders. Not unusual to wait 30-40 mins for your walk in orders at this outlet too... so i'd suggest that its best to assign the orders on their official app for a pick up

I had a lunch appointment at McDonald's, and during my visit, I accidentally left my iPad on the couch. Fortunately, the attentive and helpful crew noticed it and kept it safe for me. I'm incredibly grateful for their honesty and quick action. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

Unfortunately, I visit this outlet frequently as I stay in the vicinity of Oasis Terrace. The restaurant is too packed for anything to function normally. Waiting time can be up to 45 mins for a "fast food" restaurant. Seats are hard to get, and garbage bin is almost full - problematic when you have to self return trays. Fries can be less cooked than norm as though they are rushing it out due to the crowd. Still edible, but not within expectation.
