Stoped here to have a short break. Basically the staffs didn’t really approach us, they quite busy here n there. Anyway we just need a space to recharge, spacious environment, nice view and cup of coffee. Nice 👍

Nice breakfast and a great place to show my Amway business plan to my potential Amway partner to be. Here we only have 60 mins limit, so having breakfast and have business talk it’s just a relaxing way to do a business. Get a member to earn their points so that you can have some member perks. Visited their Suntec City outlet this morning. Hardly anyone in the café (just a couple of tables occupied) and there was no one at the counter. Waited for a couple of mins and then had a look at their kitchen. Seeing me one of the staff came out and asked what I want to order. I mentioned breakfast tortillas as in the banner displayed at the entrance. And the staff immediately responded nonchalantly “oh that will take 20 minutes, I have lot of order to take care of”. I just looked at him, said thank you and walked off. I mean, hardly any customers there and the guy was on a mission to drive away any customers coming on his way. I wonder how/why this café is staying in business. I had a bad experience with their Vivo City outlet many years ago and had stayed away from them for years. Recently visited their Rail Mall outlet and the staff were pleasant, so I thought something might have changed. Now I know that they are still the arrogant bunch (not sure if the management train them to be consistently arrogant and stone-faced). See the attached picture to understand how busy the place was!

Irresponsible staffs & old chairs, disgraceful My aged mother sat on one of the chair at Suntec’s Coffee Bean on Sun, 12 June, evening. The chair broke and she fell and hurt her hips and her ankle. The staffs weren’t even lending a hand to help, they were busily discussing if the chair should be discarded instead. What a safety hazard! Staffs should be mindful to check the condition of the furnishings before the start/end of their shifts. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED with the Coffee Bean’s team @ Suntec. They ought to DO BETTER & reflect on what could be done better & how such situations can be avoided.

The ambience is good only for chilling and chatting with your friends. However, they do not allow using of laptops/tablets. Was approached by their staff and they instructed me to close my tablet. I cannot understand why it is not allowed. Saw a similar review as well. I don't understand why not, as it is not during peak hour and the restaurant is so empty, with so many vacant tables! (As seen in the photo.) Coffee Bean Singapore, is this your customer service? And how does using tablet helps reducing transmission for covid19? No wonder Starbucks has more customer there.

Largest Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I have been. Bright and they really have comfy chairs. Drinks were made right during the few times I have been there. Service staffs were nice overall but during my one visit, a staff was pretty abrupt.

Newly-renovated, large capacity with a variety of seats. Conducive for work n study during off-peak. Air-conditioning is 0 b4 10 a.m. d numerous spot lights make d place v warm n not environmentally-friendly when excessive air conditioning is required to cool up d place (if u get what I mean) -1* Like d service of d male counter staff, he's patient n friendly. Barista (lady, on duty on Sunday morning) cld say few words like, "enjoy your coffee" to enhance d customer experience?

Lovely cafe to chill. Love their seats here, super comfy! Staff warm up the banana walnut cake for us voluntarily, lovely. Latte was superb too.

Great coffee bean location. Located right in the Suntec city mall ground floor. Plenty of seatings. Good for quick bite and coffee to go as well.

Coffee bean as a varied selection of layered flavoured cakes that looks really tempting. Tried their cakes multiple times thinking I must have visited them on a bad day and I should revisit again. Cakes here are just horrible! The thick sponge layer in-between has been consistently dry. It's hard to finish a slice to be honest. I've tried their ultimate chocolate cake, citrus cake, Christmas log cake, macadamia white chocolate cake. Starbucks cakes aren't fantastic, but it's MUCH better. Please avoid the cakes at coffee bean you can.

Visited them on a thursday morning, huge outlet but shortage of manpower. Only down side is their aircon is controlled by the mall, it will automatically turn on at 10am only. If you are there before 10am it's warm. Otherwise all is good, friendly staff and plenty of seats

They always Croud together.need someone help, mo happy face show to me. I'm going to the counter. Your staff know, but no staff come to Services. I need to said hello two time , they just move in. Not many customers. can be delivered to table or Call Name, please pay attention to attitude . I hear , wren I go take can know they no black face.Too bad. This is no professional. Must be reorganized. Unqualified service attitude. Your are also close to the hall. This should not be a service. This is my no happy days. Hopefully there will be no such problem next time. Last table is very dirty, Your staff have time lazy, no time work. I see services bad，I to depart. Move other places to Continue dining.

Came to buy the offer glass coffee mug and ordered the soy chai tea latte. Turned out to be lacklustre. Soy and vanilla taste were present. Masala was weak.
