Quite a below average experience. Food was so so, the pizza fasted like flour. Nothing great about the Hawaiian. Prawn aglio olio standard had dropped over the years. No menu no issue, but they expected the customer to head over to the cashier to get the order list. It’s a very out of the normal service style as most of the customer had this issue of “where’s the menu”

This is definitely my favourite outlet by far. The staff here are very friendly, service is efficient, portions are reasonably priced. I’ve been a frequent visitor over the years and one of the aunties has always been very kind and accommodating every time! I’ll surely keep coming back here. :)

I recommended to my friend who visit to here. It was too disappointing experience. The tomato sauce is too much sour and we cannot continue eating.

Quality needs to improve Also, tomato ketchup was not available Garlic bread was nice but cheese sticks had sour taste and the oil used to fry, was not good, needs immediate attention there. Can have more vegetarian options. A restaurant with cost inside budget is the only plus.

Ordered a penne arabbiata, surprisingly came within 3-5 minutes. Was extremely hot yet the pasta was still raw, so I'm assuming it was microwaved. Taste wise, it can improve. Staff also seem to be free due to lack of orders.

One of the worst pasta that I ever had in Pastamania. I have been to the same place couple times but this is the first time that the pasta was really in bad taste. And the attitude of the staff can be improved, they are kind of grumpy. Ideally the dish is not worth for money.

Calamari looks different from the picture, soft and not crispy at all. Hardly any cheese inside the cheese sticks. Super over priced food. Pasta is ok ok, unfriendly staff,

The app is very difficult to navigate. The fonts are also small and hard to read. We tried to order over the counter but we were rejected. The overall experience I would say is dissatisfactory. The ordering app needs improvement. There are too many sub-menu. Thank you.

One of the best Pastamania outlet in Singapore that I have visited. Hairani, Melati, and Seri were so accommodating towards my orders and request. They definitely have to get raise by their quality of work and service. Will come here again soon!

Good restaurant and good service but food does not taste very good and is a bit expensive but overall good restaurant. The size of the pizza is the size of the plate. The quantity of food is not bad except for the pizza.

Have been coming here regularly with my children. They love the cheesy pizza and the cream sauce pasta. The servings are good portion for student meals. And since we come here so often. We have already built a good rapport with the service staff and have enjoyed their great service.

Food was okay but Service was terrible. Wanted to pay at the counter with cash but staff refused to take our order and insisted we used QR code to order and pay by card. Staff claims if he takes our order he won’t have time to do “other things”. First time hearing such excuses for a guy standing at the cashier. Worst experience at pastamania ever.

Harbourfront male stuff with black glasses at the cashier on 21 Jan 2024 5:35pm decline to provide ice water or warm water. When I mentioned Jem outlet actually provide the water the male stuff just ignore me and stood at the cash register. Lousy service. Pasta mania just can never improve their service. Even Mac/ KFC do better then Pasta Mania.

The staff, Haira and Auntie B were very helpful with their recommendations to me when I wanted to change my pasta! They know their pasta well and never once chided me for wanting to change certain items on my pasta. Thumbs up for excellent service!

I had a pickup order for my food and last minute decided to have it here and Auntie B was so nice to take the initiative to ask me if I wanted to put on the plate even though I initially decided to just eat with the takeaway bowl. Really great customer service by Auntie B! Thank you so much ☺️

Worst experience ever in Pastamania. Ordered a Linguine Carbonara with add-on Beef Pepperoni. 4 pieces of pepperoni for $2.50. Are you joking? Soup set with mushroom soup, garlic bread and a soft drink. Soup came after the Carbonara. Garlic bread came way after that. Soup was very salty.

Service was bad, when you step in no one greeted at all! Since we order by using QR code and pay online staff nothing much to do. They were busy chatting and so loud. I came in to have my peaceful lunch with lower noise level. But your staff all malay girls so loud and giggling . The food I ordered was combo comes with soup. All my food was served at one go and before I finish my Soup my pasta was cold.
