Nice chilly cafe for a breezy and relaxing breakfast. Love their menu. However I do think that their quality is not very consistent. (example egg is sometimes runny, sometimes hardboiled. but still good and yummy.) During Breakfast hours waiting time can be up to 30 mins. Staff service is decent but inconsistent.

Normally won’t post reviews of cafe’s. Normally won’t give a 5-star review after waiting for more than 30mins for something like an avocado toast. But, this time is an exception. After finding out that we infact have been waiting for our food (basically slices of bread with some avocado on it) for half an hour, the staff who was working alone on a Tuesday night around 11pm, did all he could to serve it to us as soon as he can. All the while, attending to all the customers and delivery persons placing/collecting their orders as well single-handedly. Mad respect to the guy, unfortunately forgot to get his name. The rating is for his hardwork by the way, and not the food and drinks. Date of visit: 6 December 2022

Very crowded over weekend. Same same as usual for coffee. The Oreo cheesecake shape is like a ball. It's cute.. Taste creamy and nice but nothing fancy.

Newly renovated with open concept and seatings are mainly for two persons. Expect to spend estimated SGD 5 to 8 for a drink and sgd 6 for cake. The service is slow so you probably can sit and wait till they call for ur first name which u provided earlier during order at counter. Self service for collection

Got in the car and had a very unpleasant surprise. $12 for 2 breakfast sets, looking more like 1.5 🤧 No idea how someone can miss out on putting egg on the toast. DMed via IG, read but no response. Order takeaway sets at your own risk 🥴

Ordered Strawberry Cookies & Cream (S) and Choc Cookie Crumble (Reg) Ice Blended (w/o whip cream) using their 1-for-1 deal for new members, which is very worth. Overall the drinks tasted great and the sweetness was just right for both! Strawberry drink had a very strong berry flavour but I could not taste the cookies much. I would liken it to rich strawberry milk, though it felt too creamy towards the end. As a chocolate lover, I prefer the choc drink more. Very chocolatey and pairs well with the cookies, would order again! Somewhat surprised at the cup sizes as Regular is not much bigger than Small but the price difference ranges from $0.80–$1.00. I don’t frequent cafés so maybe this is normal?

Ordered the ultimate mocha, $9.20 for large. Very expensive for a drink. Drink is delicious with the blended coffee beans inside. Good drink on a hot day for coffee lover.

Terrible… cake was so stale and crumbled like a biscuit. I took it back to the counter and was flabbergasted when the waitress gave me another slice FROM THE SAME CAKE! I asked why she would think it would be any “fresher”?! In the end, she went to the kitchen and got me a new slice from a new cake and yes it’s soft and moist as a cake should be. Really disappointing…..

After so many visits, this is the most disappointed one. Visited on 20/11/23 @0740hrs. The bread surely not fresh, the tuna tasted terrible. I can't remember the sounded funny breakfast sandwich,'Shokpan' I guessed. I didn't finished it.. Served warm but the fillings of Tuna and Egg Mayo were so cold (not sure if it supposed to be that way). Even the Americano had unusual taste Wasted my $12.30. I regretted didn't read the review first. The most satisfying was the day after, I spent $5.70 for hot coffee, Kaya butter toast and 2 boiled egg near the CBTL.

Well, a place which I probably won't visit for any meals or drinks if not to meet my friend for a comfortable place to meet up! For people with poor eyesight like me, the nailed menu on the counter table is just so inconvenient when looking into the menu during ordering. (Words a bit small and cannot be easily read for my case 😕) Food is so so. Something that can be easily prepared at home (that's why I feel that it's not worth paying so much plus the mini hash brown has a rancid smell, frying oil probably?) However, the renovated cafe is comfortable for meet up and has a good ventilation system.

Its decorated atmosphere is nice but for some reason there are houseflies buzzing around. It's a bit hard to relax when these things are trying to land on you

I love to come here and chill, which is a few bus stop from my home. Here I can have my morning brasmfast set for about than 10 dollars. A little more than the food court up on the 4th sty. But with better ambience and friendly waitresses. I could look out of thw window for friends coming through the MRT. I great place to wait for wife or lover.

Down sides: The mint cookies & cream cake was not fresh anymore. It gave off a smelly of rotten egg for the sponge cake in between the cheese layers. I saw other customers also left it unfinished. The environment was very noisy also, until 10pm also very noisy. Suitable to chat, but not suitable to do work/study, cuz too noisy. Good side: drinks okay.

Just got my experience spoilt by the service people at BISHAN outlet. Usually coffee bean at the bishan outlet is the best but I bought the same food for yesterday which was a public holiday and the same for today however I am getting chased out today as it is weekend. Just to take note it was more crowded the day before. There is no consistency and fairness when chasing out the customers. If they want to input that customers are only allowed to eat within 1H after they bought their food they should be consistent with it especially both are peak periods of the week. This inconsistency and unfairness just makes me not want to go coffee bean and sorry to say they have lost a loyal customer.

Witnessing such an awesome team in action is heartwarming, and their dedication ensures a consistently great coffee experience. The iced latte at Coffee Beans is not only refreshing but also visually stunning, despite the presence of ice. In contrast, I once had a latte elsewhere that felt like a disappointment. It seemed as if they merely poured espresso into milk without care, reminiscent of Gargamel clumsily concocting a potion.
