Ordered pizza online to self-pickup, and my pizza was ready on time. Restaurant was clean and my impression was that there was seating space for at least 6 to 8 groups of 4. Parking available in the basement.

Horrible customer service and it takes me 20 min just to order the pizza itself. as the counter is inexperience. Counter seek for help yet there was no staff helped him. 0 professionalism from the staff and 0 teamwork.

Ordered at 7:00pm, expected to deliver at 7:30pm Called the store, said there will be delay because of too many orders, will deliver earliest by 8:45pm Called at 9pm, said there is delay because of too many orders, will deliver earliest in the next 2 hours Asked what is going on, why is food taking 4 hours to cook, they said not enough drivers. That’s completely different from the food not being prepared, which confirms the 1.5-2.0hour wait is simply a placeholder comment and they have no idea what is going on Why do you even run this business?

Terrible waiting time and zero customer support service. My food was late by a few HOURS and could not reach customer support service after being on the phone for 30 mins. I would sincerely suggest to replace the current staff to people who actually care about their job as this lack of care is clearly affecting the business. I as well as many others will not want to patronize dominos pizza when our food is consistently late. There are many other pizza alternatives that actually hire staff who care and help their business

I ordered from them over Grab - they sent a message saying that the order is KIV and to call them. Yet they already confirmed delivery and charged me on Grab when they didn't deliver. And the customer support number they asked me to call doesn't work because they don't have enough customer support staff and it takes hours to go through. Bad service, useless staff, scammer.

boycott the entire dominos chain outlet. 2 hours and cant make my 1 pizza order. this was on NDP, until today 12/9 totally no update. think the kitchen burn down already. neither the onsite staff nor hotline could help you. hotline might as well don’t even pay the phone bills as they’re uncontactable. if you managed to get your order from dominos within an hour, you can say goodbye to your Toto first prize luck because you used up all your life luck on dominos.

Ordered at 11:45am using Domino’s website. Advised 12:15pm delivery. Spent 30mins on hold to get an update to find out at 12:50pm that’s still in the queue to be made and will be another 1hr for delivery. Disappointing experience. No attempts to even let us know. Avoid ordering directly with this store.

Waited for almost 2 hrs and the delivery still not arrived. Cannot get through the hotline and there is no option for me to cancel the order! Afternote: we didnt receive the order and no response from Domino. The service is really bad. Please refund us the payment.

No news after 1 hour. Branch doesn't pick up the phone, customer support is just a recorded message on loop. Had to e-mail them to get a refund. Apparently it would have taken another 2 hours for delivery. Don't know what happened to this branch.

Extremely rude staff and bad service. After calling in to enquire on my order that was when I was informed it will take another hour which at the time when I called in was at 8.30pm. So much of hassle just for an order. Please improve on your customer service quality and manners of your staff.

how terribly rude and disrespectful!! made an order here, was told that the shop was CLOSED, they said they will cancel my order but they put as DELIVERED. my money is gone, they won’t pick up the call, was HUNG UP ON, and ignored??? how rude. how can ur service be so TERRIBLE?? $47+ WASTED and STOLEN. yet im still here without food?? what is this service. used to work at F&B and we have never given such TERRIBLE SERVICE. i want my money back. please return my calls and emails.

Ordered for 2 personal pizzas from this outlet to be scheduled to a friend. They were to arrive between 6.45-7pm. 1. Order arrived well after 40 minutes, uninformed. 2. Pizzas were cold, rider did not update. 3. BOTH pizzas were wrong. 4. I couldnt get through the hotline till about 7.45pm. The best part after waiting so long? The woman suggested an EXCHANGE, which meant another 30 mins wait (if we were lucky). I had clear images of the wrong order, but yet she said she needs ‘to investigate’. The wrong ordered pizzas looked rushed. Its disappointing because she overlooked the ridiculously long time customers had to wait - and I actually made the order early.

Ordered from dominos delivery. Food was alright. Had the seasonal bonito chicken pizza. Honey chicken was succulent too and the breadstick was soft and flavourful. Just that this is the second time I had ordered from delivery and I got my food 1.5hr late. Only delivered when I made a call to the shop. The staff apologised and promised to provide a bottle of coke and pizza voucher as an apology. Guess they forgot to put those in too. 30mins guarantee maybe not applicable to Singapore. Super disappointed with what happened.

Great food and service was good but it could be improved. Overall not so bad attitude from my side. I think they are understaffed and hope the management could add more manpower.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9pm. Meant to be dinner after a long and hungry day. At 9.35, it shows that the order is ready in order. But as of 10.30+pm, it hasn't left the store. Tried calling through to the number x 4-5 times but no pick up. As I begin to leave my house to make the 30+ min Trip down to collect the order myself since I'm hungry and desperate to just sleep after dinner, I receive a call from the store to tell me there's no delivery riders, they can't deliver the order, they want to close the store soon, could I please cancel the order. I agree to cancel the order. I'm told I may get a refund in 7 days, though the system may have issues. Overall, a sad hungry and tiring night. A bit disappointing. Would have made things a lot better if they just told me early that there's nobody to deliver the pizza. Instead it was a fruitless 2 hour wait, when I could have just found something else to eat, then slept.

Sunday, 3 December 2023 Do not order delivery from this place. I ordered a 1 for 1 personal pizza through foodpanda at 8:42pm. Waited and waited. 1 hour and 30 mins passed and I called the number 5-6 times. No answer. I waited awhile and called again at 10:10pm. Finally a male worker picked up. I asked him for the update because I made the order at 8:42pm and until now the app still says that it is still preparing. He told me that they only have 1 rider and the foodpanda app is not linked with their delivery services which is why I don’t see any updates on the app itself. I asked him “well how long will it take?” And he told me the rider left 8-10 mins ago. He told me he might be sending an order to someplace else before heading over to send my order to me. I said ok and we ended the call. Making me panic you know and questioning myself if whether or not the food will even come and I paid $20 for nothing. The order finally arrived at 10:20pm. Opened the two boxes of pizzas and checked that they were correct. However, it was so damn bloody cold. So damn obvious that it has been sitting for so long already. Seriously? I’m very mature when it comes to things like this and I am patient enough not to scold the staff on the phone just now due to my frustration. But is it fair? For the customer to get treated like this? So my question is is it I’m supposed to wait and wait and wait here hungry like an idiot? I understand if they lack manpower. And it’s not easy. But it is pathetic that even knowing that they lack manpower, they still provide delivery services. It’s so brainless. You know you don’t have enough staff to do the job properly then why still offer??? I’m not asking the whole damn place to close down (but I think it should), but at least stop providing delivery services la if you are unable to meet the demand. Wah really cannot tahan. People so tired and hungry just to come home and face things like this. Go and sort yourselves out la serious. And don’t reply to this review with the standard “sorry to hear”, “please send us an email” blah blah blah. No need la just save it. This is for all the people to see and it is my honest opinion.

I ordered more than $100 worth of pizza at 7.09pm. Delivery was only received around 9pm on a weekday, and the pizza delivered was cold. Online order delivery status was "Order is in Store" for a long while. I paid $5 for delivery for an almost 2-hour delivery and for cold pizza to be delivered to my kids. Order at your own risk.

I ordered the pizza via food panda, I ordered around 8.25pm app show is preparing the pizza. The rider took almost 2.5hour to reach my place pizza was cold, I don’t think this is service anymore please don’t copy and paste template saying email this and that what is the point on doing this ? Your review is getting bad to worse

Service getting worst and worst.. what the point of having phone number of the store when no one even bother picking up, throw away the phone better. Order through web and have issue with my order, no help available at all and have to eat with what I got delivered.

The food was ready in time and staff friendly. Unfortunately when I arrived home I saw that I got the wrong order. Even though I pre-ordered my pizzas a few hours before pick up.
