Went for Happy Grill Promo $40++ & Seniors have discount. Best of All, Senior is from 55 yrs. Unlike other places, Senior is from 60 yrs. Great if you are a big eater as the serving are unlimited. But for us, the portions were just nice. Wish the price would be lowered. It's very expensive. So cannot eat often unless you don't mind paying for it.

The staff are wonderful at this outlet. So sweet and hard workers. It was a busy time yet they are just so nice, esp the heavy tattooed guy. I forgot his name. Keep it up!

I loved previous buffet style, with more choices of meats and desserts. Due to covid, even for unlimited type u need call waiter everytime to top up and only have max 10 type food include chicken, squid, and fish only salmon, lamb. Price not worth it if go for unlimited. Would reccomend to choose meal for 2 pax worth 80$ for 3 pax for the food variations. Mine cost 140$ for 3 pax unlimited type.

Funny that it's called Seoul garden because it's totally not Korean BBQ. That aside, food is actually great. There are so many different flavours of meat even if you don't choose the premium flavour. Weekday lunch is cheap at around slightly more than $20 for adult and slightly less than $20 for seniors. Staff is very friendly and suggested us to sign up for member to use the $5 rebate. Two hours for the bbq and steamboat which is more than enough

Came here for birthday dinner with family. Staff were attentive, friendly and polite. Spread was excellent. All of us left feeling full and satisfied with the food and excellent service. Compliments to all the staff there for the great evening! Keep it up!

The soup menu’s changed after they have reopened for buffet. The seating table also quite near to the next one beside you.

Went for ala carte option and was seated outside. Delicious kimchi that’s slightly sweet. Food portions are fairly large. Spicy soup can be super hot! Be careful!

Sam (Asst Manager) welcomed and assisted us to our seats. We were there around 430pm and it was a low peak period. He was super friendly and patient with our orders from start till end. We 3 had the mini hotpot (individual sets). There is also unlimited free side dishes. Will be back again.

I have to say that the beef army stew at Seoul Garden Hotpot is absolutely delicious. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the soup base is rich and savory. I really appreciated the generous portion of beef in the stew, as well as the fresh vegetables and instant noodles that came with it. It's a great dish to share with friends or family, and it's perfect for a "chilly" day, not that it can get very cold in Singapore, but, lately, the weather has been "weird". In addition to the beef army stew, I also tried the pan fried gyoza and they were fantastic. The gyoza were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, but the taste was so-so. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Seoul Garden Hotpot. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient,

Manager and staff was fast to attend as we went during off peak hrs abt to 1800 soon so we get to had way dinner avoiding the dinner crowd! Chicken was good! Best was the Dobokki that gravy was really good my sis love it! The Chicken hotpot soup really well seasoned and flavor! Didn't get to finish all we da bao back chicken and Dobokki! Thanks for having us again! Decided to go Seoul Garden as my sis mentioned gg here few years back as NEX close this like nearest one to our place!

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a steamboat BBQ, look no further than Seoul Garden Northpoint. I had dinner there on April 29, 2023, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the food. Firstly, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and frequently helped to change the paper after the BBQ and top up the soup. The waiter/cashier who welcomed us and made the payment was also very friendly and welcoming. His warm and courteous demeanor made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The food was also fresh and generous, with plenty of options to choose from. The BBQ meats were tender and juicy, and the soup was flavorful and comforting. The buffet selection was varied and plentiful, with something for everyone. What really set Seoul Garden Northpoint apart from other steamboat BBQ places, however, was the fact that they didn't rush us off after 120 minutes of dining. This is something that I feel is very important when it comes to enjoying a proper meal at a steamboat BBQ place. We were able to take our time and really savor the experience, without feeling like we were being pushed out the door. Overall, I would highly recommend Seoul Garden Northpoint for anyone looking for a great steamboat BBQ experience with family and with kids. Just a bit can be improved was the seat area, is kind of too near to another table. The exceptional customer service, fresh and generous food, and relaxed dining atmosphere make it a must-visit destination for anyone who loves good food and great company

We had 8 people dining in, Nick was extremely helpful and kind for accommodating my request as we had 5 birthday babies.. initially I had only 4 candles but he found one more and placed one on each cupcake as I had requested Thank you so much Nick! Really appreciated the attentive service despite the busy Friday dinner time ❤️☺️🙏

I am the one one customer at 12.45 and had to wait more than 10 minutes for bibimbap. Realised that some of the ingredients were not refilled in kitchen before store was opened and chef have to refill preparing my order

Food was amazing, I came here for first time @7:30pm on 2 December 2023 to try eat buffet with my school friend Darren @ Northpoint City for their dinner. After I finish food than dessert for my ice cream. Very speed service.

The service worker Judy, is very friendly and helpful. Always has a smile on her face and give off a friendly vibe. Feels very welcoming and homely. The service she gives is one of the best from what I’ve seen in other F&B services. Keep up the good work! Hope you bring back Vegan Food. :)

There were 9 of us(3 young children)having dinner on 19 feb 2024 at around 1900hrs. A cockroach crawl out of the table that we were seated on while we were having our food. We immediately call the manager and he witnesses the cockroach still alive and quickly grab it away before i can take a photo. This is ridiculous. I expect a high standard coming from a well known restaurant. This is disappointing as we were all worried about food poisoning. The manager was useless and i had to insist on having a refund. The management better get back to me And i demand a compensation.

Was so disgusted by their staff clearing our table and then left the bag of rubbish on the table. She then walk away to clear other tables. However, we did get very good service from their staff Chwee Hwa.
