We used the coupon for 1 Large Pizza + 1 Large Coke @ S$17.90. The cashier was unfamiliar with the coupon so she asked the staff inside the kitchen on how to validate the coupon. We choose dine in as we were hungry. There were only 1 table with 2 chairs so is just nice for the 2 of us. The table were shaky and the chairs was a bit unstable at times. We manage to finish our meal there safe and sound.

Very yummy food. Good quality. Good promotions. Really flavorful. They have more varieties. Most importantly what I love about this place is we can have half half option. Means if you buy a pizza with half half option you can taste 2 flavors in one pizza. In that way you can enjoy more flavors. In that way you can buy less to taste more. No waste also. Looking forward to eat again.

Great experiences with Domino Pizza with the polite and friendly staffs. The speed can be faster though. But the pizza always never cut through and I have to use knife to cut them again which make it rather messy. Please do improve on this.

I have to admit, I'm the biggest fan of Domino's Pizza. There aren't that many outlets islandwide though, so I usually order their delivery. Because I think it’s the best choice for value among other options. One thing I have to mention about the service at Domino's is that it's simply excellent. If you order online, they'll inform you at what "phase" your pizza currently is at - still in the oven, or already on the way to your place - so you can always be updated and have a rough gauge as to what time your pizza will arrive. Domino's frequently has promotions for cheap pizzas – Such as 2 Regular Pizzas for $22, 2 Large Pizzas for $33 or 2 Xtra Large Pizzas for $44 Romano Margherita (Napolitana Sauce base) Itis a simple yet delectable pizza topped with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and olives. Having it with thin crust would allow you to taste the fullness of the cheese best in my humble pizza opinion. Classy Chic As the names goes, it is all about chicken! Ingredients include smoked chicken breast, chicken sausage, onions, green peppers and ripe olive. For meaty pizzas, I go for New York Crust so that it can hold the ingredients better and be more filling as a staple. I think the standard dropped though, I felt that the ingredients were slightly lesser than usual, as compared to the times I ate over the years.

Delivery always late by at least 30mins! Pizza standard drops a lot! I thought of giving it another chance during Xmas new cheddarella crust but again feeling disappointed. IMO pizza hut Xmas knotty pizza tasted so much better.

Domino's pizza has really downgraded. You pay so much when there are better fast food pizza out there that are cheaper. Pictures show the same pizza I ordered in 2017 and now in 2023. Right now, the crust is like 1/2 of the pizza and the base of the dough is so thin. I added cheese crust back then and now and the sprinkling of cheese is so minimal right now + the cheese crust is so dry. Ref: The picture w the mini table is the current Domino's standard - really needs improvement.

Food is good. However they have problem coping with the volume. Ordered delivery before and it came 1.5 hours late. I learnt my lesson so now I do self pick up. But things don’t seem to improve. When I arrived at my pick up timing, it’s always not ready. It’s so bad that , they only start to search for my order when I got there, only then do they start to prepare my order. It used to be all right but not sure why such issues only occur recently.

Worse Customer experience ever. Order food at 4.22pm, customer service called and told us that the food will be delivered 1.5 hours later. Till now 8.25pm, food is still not here yet. Tried calling always busy, email not reply. Do I have to personally go down and collect my food even though I have paid for delivery fee???

waited almost 2 hours for food to be delivered. ordered via foodpanda. called in to have an explanation to say they only have 1 chef at the back baking hence the delay. no excuses lol. if you're swarmed internally, switch off your foodpanda orders. be fair to your customers instead of just wanting to earn $.

let's have a guess: after she finish her phone call, did she wash her hands before continuing making your pizza? and they provide so many customization options for toppings online, yet the actual pizza is just 'standard' recipe. And you can't find anywhere from their APP or website to request for a refund or raise a complaint or anything

Over 90mins and our food has not been delivered. No one answers the phone and the food is "ready at store" despite our order being a take away. Have emailed about this poor experience and wish we read the reviews here before we ordered.

SUGGEST TO ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT INSTEAD if i could i would give 0 stars ordered at 7:30pm on foodpanda and est delivery time was 40mins waited 1.5h for it still preparing order called multiple times at least 30+ times but no answer decided to head down to settle the issue when we arrived to complain there was no dine in customers and when the phone rang multiple times staffs just ignored it they were also unusually calm and relaxed not in a rush to fill all the incoming orders and complains they already had our order prepared that was kept somewhere at the back seen from how fast they gave us the pizza they offered breadsticks as compensation for delivery fee which was $5 but in my opinion it doesn't cover the cost of a 1.5h wait and the poor customer service overall took us 20mins to settle the issue get the pizza and head home they didnt even cut the pizza.

Extremely slow delivery, placed order at 7:32pm and food arrived after 9:40pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. The food was completely cold and unappetising at this point. The worst part is that the pizza was “Ready at store” for about 45 minutes so Domino’s is lacking delivery riders to handle the peak hour order volume. I contacted their support and was given a voucher for 1 free regular pizza, which seems like cold comfort considering the next time we order, the same issue will occur again (just look at all the recent reviews within the past 3-ish months. All 1 star reviews complaining about slow delivery). I’m going to patronise Sarpino’s and Pizza Hut in the future. Goodbye Domino’s.

Don't order delivery at all from here. On my order nothing showed up and on grab it said it was delivered (even though they don't use grab drivers and are independent). They did offer a refund ONLY when we contacted them.

Atrocious experience at this place. Ordered my pizzas online for pickup at 7.15, and arrived at 7.10 5 minutes ahead of time, only to be told that I might have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. That's fine I told them, and for that I expect to be compensated with the free pizza coupon if they can't honour their 15 minute pickup guarantee, as stipulated on their website. Come 7.35 and my order is still not yet ready, and on top of that I've been told that one of the ingredients for my pizza had run out and they'd compensate me with more cheese. That's fine I told them, just compensate me with more meat toppings instead of cheese. The lady making the pizza erred and I had to remind her of how preposterous it was that they only started preparing my pizza 20 (!!!!) minutes after my stipulated pickup timing before she finally relented. Come 755 and my order that I was supposed to pick up 40 minutes ago was finally ready. At this point though it appears they were happy to let me leave without giving me the free pizza coupon as I had to REMIND them of how I was served my order 40 minutes late before they finally gave me that coupon. So I drive on back home only to find that my chicken crunchies were soggy likely from being left on the counter for too long, and that the pizzas I ordered were about slighty over 50% crust by area (see pics, these were regular pizzas LOL), and that the toppings were just haphazardly dumped on. If not for the coupon online for 50% off the initial price of the pizza, I would never have ordered from here in the 1st place. Far beyond terrible service and food here, I do wonder how they're still in business.

Ordered through their website and wasn't given an estimation timing at all. After ordering, I just saw the reviews here and I'm scared to death thinking how long will my food is going to arrive. The website updates the process but not the time except when delivery is on the way to you through their GPS. I'm lucky to get my pizza in an hour. Oh ya, I also tried calling this outlet many times to ask for the estimation time arrival but no one picks up. Hope, there is a competent supervisor there to make things better.

I had a terrible experience with this outlet. After placing an order online, I waited for over 4 hours with zero communication or updates on my order status. To add insult to injury was that I didn't even receive the pizza! Not only that, I was charged the full amount without any possibility to cancel the order after enduring 3 hours of waiting. This level of poor service, coupled with an utter disregard for customer satisfaction, is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this establishment unless you enjoy waiting endlessly for a meal that may never arrive, while being charged for it with no hopes on a refund

The worst ever experience. Ordered 2 large pizzas and onion rings through Grab Food just before 1pm and only received at 3.15pm (already late and to add insult to injury...left out my onion rings). Called the outlet phone number to check more times than I can remember but no one answers the damn phone. Clearly lack of staff over festive period, poor training and lapse in QC. I will never ever support DP again.

really bad service..yesterday i order pizza on grab app..will reach at 2.40pm but i wait until 4pm...thats okay the big problem is i didn't receive the pizza but on the app say i receive the pizza...what the hell...so i col the shop dint pickup my fon..i will not to order domino pizza again ask keep tell us to send email and say kindly to help us...what did u guys help?? the problem keep do the same thing and never change the problem

Ordered thru their online service, at 8pm to be livered at 1030pm. Received a call at 10.30pm telling me they have to cancel my order coz overwhelming orders and the store only has 1 person, WTH?! I paid thru paynow, and the guy who made the call ask me to wait 7 WORKING DAYS FOR A REFUND!! He even claimed go complaint to Dominoes i am very tired! Arent we all also working and expecting food to be delivered to us after our work?! If u cant handle the order, why bother accepting them, why bother till last minute to inform the customer. So angry. Pathetic service..
