Love the vibes and atmosphere of the place. Perfect for a weekend brunch! Was here for a lunch meeting for 6 and the service staff were attentive and assisted to arrange an additional table for me. The place does not accept reservation and was quite crowded for a Friday brunch. The food was good and especially like the coffee (flat white) which was well made and well steamed. There are a few parallel lots outside and the place is located along a row of shophouses. Also seems like the place is halal friendly. Will recommend!

Opens early for breakfast. Both croissants taste were decent. Truffle egg smells good but more fillings could be added. Ham and cheese was okay.. Mushroom soup… the only dish that was below average. Taste was bland and very lukewarm. Coffee was good and wife said the ice chocolate she had was good too. Service staff was friendly.

The interior and decor has a very chic and clean industrial vibe which I love. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had the pancakes and bagel, which were delicious. The food is fresh and tasty, with an interesting mix of textures and flavours. The coffee is slightly more acidic than average, so it's a little on the sour side. Will definitely visit again!

The bagel seems to be popular, so I decided to give it a try. Turned out, it was one of the worst bagels I've ever had. I found out from the staff that they don't make their own bagels and got them from a supplier, so it's probably not their fault (and I know to avoid bagel from where!), but the ingredients did not help. It was totally dry and unappealing. Chili beef fries was okay, but i somehow prefer Carl's Junior one??? That says a lot. Overall, the place is quite well decorated, but the food did not have standard, and was pricey for its quality.

I went there for Sunday Brunch with my family. We had some difficulty in finding the parking, the food does worth this hassle. The ambiance of the Cafe is wonderful, they have utilized both space and lighting inside very well. We have enjoyed the brunch. Everything was very good, we have opted for croissant, shabshuka, sunny side up egg with toast and salad. The croissant was very good, it look fresh. Shabshuka was the highlight, they did add some mince meat in it which actually enhanced the taste of it. It was not sweet, as usually I found in Shabshuka dishes. I have opted for Cappuccino and I was surprised as it was made from freshly roasted coffee beans. I can say that it was refreshing from what usually I get if I order cappuccino in Singapore. It was a great experience for us. I will be going back to try some more dishes.

Coffee is good and been to this cafe for sometime. But! Today ordered a chicken pie and it came cold inside ask for a reheat and in the end the food served is what shown on the pictures. Left the pie it is and left the place. Now I dk if this place is worth or not….

Cakes & Muffins @ Dutch Colony Coffee Co.. . Loved the Sea Salt Chocolate Caramel Cake (SGD $7.50), with its rich creamy smooth dense layers of chocolate fudge cake, salted caramel, and chocolate cream. Studded with bits of crunchy peanuts that lend a nice texture. . Inspired by the traditional kueh-kueh, the Ondeh Ondeh Cake (SGD $7.50) is nicely pleasant. Has large soft fluffy layers of pandan infused cake, interspersed with strips of gula melaka infused, topped with rich gula melaka buttercream and thick caramel. This has lovely floral earthy sweet flavours, bold but not intense, well balanced overall. . Love their Carrot Cake (SGD $7.50), which has a fluffy soft carrot cake studded with crunchy walnuts and chewy black raisins, layered with thick and rich cream cheese frosting. This has beautiful vegetal earthy nutty cheesy milky sweet flavour, yum. . Loved the exquisite Key Lime Tart (SGD $7.50), which carries bold fruity milky sweet sour zesty tangy flavours. The thick yet gelatinous soft lemon curd yields easily when cut, with the graham cracker base crumbling easily. . The Apple Cinnamon Muffin (SGD $4.50) is warm and fluffy. The firm crunchy crust has crushed graham cracker clusters, lending a biscuit savoury nutty sweet flavour. The infusion of cinnamon and juicy diced apple chunks within the soft moist muffin result in a bright fruity sweet spice bready flavour, very nice. . The Chicken Pesto Cream Linguine (SGD $18) was the 1st dish I ever ate at Dutch Colony Coffee Co, and its perfect execution and delicious taste affirmed my desire to return for more. . The linguine pasta noodles bordered chewy and soft, piled high in the middle of the plate, coated in rich house-made pesto cream which is bright with vegetal milky herbal sweet earthy flavour. . Surrounding are juicy fresh cherry tomatoes with vegetal sweet notes, and chunky juicy boneless chicken thigh pieces marinated in a house spice mixture carrying addictive meaty spice savoury sweet flavour. . The Blackberry & Feta Toast (SGD $17) caught my eye while browsing the menu, as seasonal blackberries are rather uncommon in dishes. . This has a base of crisp crunchy toasted sourdough bread, covered with chunky mashed avocado, crumbly feta cheese, juicy blackberries, and crisp shallot mignonette (a rich sauce of minced shallots, white vinegar, and rice vinegar), all sprinkled with a little iodized salt, cracked white pepper, and cracked black pepper. . Combined, this holds lovely bready sour nutty vegetal earthy sweet zesty fruity milky flavours, nicely yummy. . Added a duo of overeasy eggs on the side, whose eggy sweet savoury flavour complements well. . Loved the Truffled Egg Mayo Croissant (SGD $12). This has a flaky soft croissant, filled with chunky creamy egg mayonnaise, dressed with cracked black pepper and a dash of truffle oil. . Has lovely bready eggy savoury sweet salty peppery spice flavour, delicious.

We arrived for a cupping experience without much expectation but were instead delighted with coffee from Kenya, Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia and another “mystery” location which was later revealed to be Tanzania. The strong positive vibes from the outlet staff were clearly evident from the get go as they passionately shared with us their knowledge on coffee, the cupping process as well as techniques to achieve a good pourover coffee experience. We also had the good fortune of meeting DCC co-founder Suhaimie at this session, who thanked us for coming and in doing so, gave his staff a chance for personal development in terms of public speaking and training. For the token sum of $5 we paid, we could also redeem it for any purchase within the outlet. This is definitely a highly recommended experience for those starting out their journey in getting a little more coffee passion in their lives. Will be back in the near future with my family for a dining experience for sure.
