I recently had lunch here and ordered their fish (dory) and chip set lunch with mushroom soup and coke zero. Unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. The mushroom soup was poorly cooked, as there were noticeable chunks of flour still present in the soup. The texture was far from smooth, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the fish in the set was still hot and the batter had a nice crispy texture. However, I found the batter to be thicker than the dory fish fillet inside, which affected the overall balance of the dish. The taste of the fish seemed like it came from a frozen source, lacking the freshness I was hoping for. To add to the disappointment, the fries that accompanied the fish were served cold. This further detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. In conclusion, my experience at Big Fish Small Fish Cafe was average at best. While the fish and chips had some positive aspects, such as the hot fish and crispy batter, the issues with the mushroom soup, frozen-tasting fish, and cold fries were major letdowns.

We ordered the chicken aglio olio, signature dory and prawn fritters. The food portion for the dishes are big enough to satisfy your empty stomach and the food are delicious too. The staff are friendly. It is worth another visit. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Dabao dinner from BFSF (Suntec) for our KTV session at Teo Heng. My 2pc chicken still super crispy. Crisps still super crispy. Hub loved the mix & match pasta i got him. Calamari wasnt soggy. Highly recommended for its good food. Can nvr find crisps this good at another place.

Nice atmosphere and good service. Order by scanning QR code. Ice cream was good but waffle not so. Fish was crunchy on the outside. Tartar sauce was yummy..

Restaurant is clean and is able to accommodate 9 pax during weekend lunch. Ordered the truffle sea bass fish, it has a generous amount of fish , taste really good. However can’t really taste the truffle, so I ask for some chilli 🌶️. Food is slightly pricey, however it serves good quality fish. Overall spend $20.5 with GST and Service charge.

I am a big fan of this outlet primarily I loved its fish and chips/potatoes idea with gloves on and dip into wonderful sauces. Been to bugis outlet a couple of times at my old workplace and friends catch up. Now you see why I am delighted when I see one in suntec! To be honest, I rated 5 because of the memories and the concept. Their following can be improved. 1. Crispy chips not crispy at all but soggy 2. Soup of day can be choice (mushroom eg but it came out some potato kind which taste like mashed potato?) Altho i am a potato fan. The rest are fine. Expect 15-20$ pax though.

Had a great experience here yesterday. Signed up as a member and had a free signature dory! Ordered the aglio halibut and feel like both the dishes were very fresh! Enjoyed the soup too! Will definitely be back to try the other dishes! The last time I tried this was when they first opened at Punggol Tebing lane!

This outlet seems different from the outlet at Jcube (which is now sadly closed). I'm quite surprised that we have to top up if we want french fries?! 😟 For $2, it's an absurdly small portion. The grilled sea bass is soooo dry. The battered dory is a bit too salty. And they no longer have clam chowder... but mushroom soup? Isn't this a seafood place? 🤔 First and last visit here. 😣 ps. Not sure how clean this place is. There was ketchup on my plate when there's not supposed to be any item with ketchup. 🤔🤔

The fish and chip portion is quite big for a person. The mash potato is not very smooth, the one i had some part still have chunks of potato. The waffle would taste better if it is slightly softer.

I do enjoy the meal. Salmon tastes soft and fresh. Truffle cream sauce base on the sweet side is well balanced. Mashed potato is average. Price is on high side given the ingredients. Might visit again

Quick dinner at this outlet for more fish options. Grilled sea bass is ok, fish has not much flavour. Came with freshly hand mashed potatoes which is good, plus lettuce and coleslaw. Quite a variety of sauces available for selection too, so we had lemon garlic sauce. Offered a small FOC drink too. #grilledseabass #mashedpotatoes

Food was amazing, recommend the Seabass. Student promo is affordable. Service was exceptional, Ai Ping was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the different fishes offered, and went above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer experience! Would come again.
