Ordered via grab. Food came without sambal. Quality of food has gone down drastically over the years. Not just for this outlet but islandwide. Is management main motive simply to open more outlets without caring that they are losing customers?

Years ago when I patronized this stall, I really loved their signature nasi lemak. However, I noticed their food standard & quality have dropped tremendously. While services are prompt, you can't help but notice it seems that they gave priority to Grab customers instead of ordering customers in front of them. Their nasi lemak taste like from those $2.50 / $3 selling at MRT... ... I was greatly amused when my kids told me that those nasi lemak selling at the MRT stalls taste better...

The sambal from this outlet is quite spicy compared to the other outlets that has a sweet and mild spicy flavour, but also really addictive!! The Nyonya otah is lacking in flavour, but the ikan bilis are really crunchy and tasty ☺️

Can't even get the order right. Ordered two, paid for two chicken wing sets. Chicken wing missing from one packet. Essentially I paid $5.90 for a packet of rice, some garnishing and an egg. They weren't even busy. Mine was the only order they were prepping, and the queue only started after they 'completed' my order. Astounding ineptitude. Never buying anything from this outlet, or this brand again.

Food is just above average, price is high. Easily 10sgd a meal. Just a small take away stall inside Lot One.
