I've bought several times from the Jurong Point branch. Dined in, takeaways and delivery were all ok. Have to wait for a while because they fry upon orders, keeping the food fresh. I'm not a fan of their top flavours louisiana rub and parmesan but I'm a fan of the kecap manis and inferno flavours. So far quite ok. Slow in service so order only if you're prepared to wait Liked the boneless meat.

01/12/2022: Ordered at 1.21pm. Now 2.07pm alr and my order still not ready. 😆 At first, the staff went out to collect all the receipts. So im assuming their system has a problem but at least they went out to collect our orders right? Its been 45 mins and I still have received my order. Went to kitchen counter to asked if my order was ready/ in the process of making. They tried finding my order but couldn’t find it, ended up having to repeat what i ordered. bruh how do you lose an in store order, especially when you collected my receipt. worse of all, i was late for class because of this. boo 👎🏼 1. Their website. No point ordering ahead for self pick because WHENEVER i reach there and wait. I will always have to go to the kitchen counter and tell them my number. THEN THEY WILL START MY ORDER. 2. Taking away from the store itself, ALSO TAKE SO SLOW. How is this a fast food chain? Trash service . Wouldnt recommend if you’re hungry or rushing.

Ordered 8pcs with Louisiana Rub and Parmesan Garlic which are their top 2 flavours. And I also upgraded the sides to their handmade onion rings with promotion price $1. So far it's not disappointed and tasted well but 8pcs is a bit too much for myself. I saw there is fried mushrooms sides which may giving a try in my next visit.

bro this place takes 45 minutes to make 6 chicken and literally nobody else got their food while i was waiting till 30 mins in so what on earth? and grab and foodpanda gets their food earlier and people who come after me get their food earlier and we got the SAME thing and fine if it takes 45 minutes but TELL US BEFORE HAND i would've gone somewhere else. they aren’t even understaffed la it is a WEDNESDAY btw

Delicious chicken and great customer service, the table spilled my drink and they gave me a new one for free, the chicken has great seasoning and tastes really good. The have a ton of variety as well. The place is always clean and my order arrives quickly and the prices here are good value, I come here weekly, highly recommended to try!

Ordered the garlic parmesan and buffalo wings viable Grabfood and felt they were below average. The sides - mushroom fritters and voodoo fries - were good though. Overall, I felt everything was a bit overpriced.

I’ve been here multiple times, and each time has been very enjoyable. The food is always warm and seasoned to perfection, and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. I will definitely keep coming back for more!

An order take 45mins during dinner time. Kitchen staff is extremely inefficient. Kitchen manager is extremely nasty towards customer but is nice and cheerily chit chatting away with the younger part timers. Management should look into streamlining the process.

Disappointed by the food. Quality is alright but this is not acceptable. Carrying my food home only to realize this is how little food I'm given for a $3 surcharge.
