I've bought several times from the Jurong Point branch. Dined in, takeaways and delivery were all ok. Have to wait for a while because they fry upon orders, keeping the food fresh. I'm not a fan of their top flavours louisiana rub and parmesan but I'm a fan of the kecap manis and inferno flavours. So far quite ok. Slow in service so order only if you're prepared to wait Liked the boneless meat.

01/12/2022: Ordered at 1.21pm. Now 2.07pm alr and my order still not ready. 😆 At first, the staff went out to collect all the receipts. So im assuming their system has a problem but at least they went out to collect our orders right? Its been 45 mins and I still have received my order. Went to kitchen counter to asked if my order was ready/ in the process of making. They tried finding my order but couldn’t find it, ended up having to repeat what i ordered. bruh how do you lose an in store order, especially when you collected my receipt. worse of all, i was late for class because of this. boo 👎🏼 1. Their website. No point ordering ahead for self pick because WHENEVER i reach there and wait. I will always have to go to the kitchen counter and tell them my number. THEN THEY WILL START MY ORDER. 2. Taking away from the store itself, ALSO TAKE SO SLOW. How is this a fast food chain? Trash service . Wouldnt recommend if you’re hungry or rushing.

Ordered 8pcs with Louisiana Rub and Parmesan Garlic which are their top 2 flavours. And I also upgraded the sides to their handmade onion rings with promotion price $1. So far it's not disappointed and tasted well but 8pcs is a bit too much for myself. I saw there is fried mushrooms sides which may giving a try in my next visit.

bro this place takes 45 minutes to make 6 chicken and literally nobody else got their food while i was waiting till 30 mins in so what on earth? and grab and foodpanda gets their food earlier and people who come after me get their food earlier and we got the SAME thing and fine if it takes 45 minutes but TELL US BEFORE HAND i would've gone somewhere else. they aren’t even understaffed la it is a WEDNESDAY btw

Delicious chicken and great customer service, the table spilled my drink and they gave me a new one for free, the chicken has great seasoning and tastes really good. The have a ton of variety as well. The place is always clean and my order arrives quickly and the prices here are good value, I come here weekly, highly recommended to try!

Ordered the garlic parmesan and buffalo wings viable Grabfood and felt they were below average. The sides - mushroom fritters and voodoo fries - were good though. Overall, I felt everything was a bit overpriced.

I’ve been here multiple times, and each time has been very enjoyable. The food is always warm and seasoned to perfection, and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. I will definitely keep coming back for more!

An order take 45mins during dinner time. Kitchen staff is extremely inefficient. Kitchen manager is extremely nasty towards customer but is nice and cheerily chit chatting away with the younger part timers. Management should look into streamlining the process.

Disappointed by the food. Quality is alright but this is not acceptable. Carrying my food home only to realize this is how little food I'm given for a $3 surcharge.

Good amount of seats inside the outlet, wait time is ok given that the chicken is hot when served. Recommend the kicap flavour and parmesan cheese. Get the family bundle to share, definitely worth to try every type of chicken (boneless, wings and tenders). Fried mushrooms are a good side too! HALAL. You can easily order using their website and wait for your number to be called. Recommended for a good time with friends.

disappointing experience at wingstop today…ordered garlic parmesan and louisiana rub, which are usually my go-to flavours because both are amazing. however, today i was served w soggy wings which was really disappointing. the cheese on the garlic parmesan flavour wings had all melted and you could tell those were leftovers. wings were cold too which made them even more gross…….louisiana rub still had the flavour, but the skin was not crispy already and it was cold and soggy too… tdy my food was served within 5 mins, which i was happy about, but i did not expect that i would be getting soggy and leftover wings..honestly would rather wait and have them deliver fresh wings to me instead

used online order to order my food as it says skip the queue but ended up waiting 30 minutes & the people who paid at the cashier got the food first. maybe not use the online order if youre going to focus on the orders from the cashier. i came before the lunch period when its not that much people but when the lunch crowd came, they got the food first

The Wings were cold to a little warm? I stuck my fingers in every single wing right after I picked up my order from the counter to test after reading some of the other reviews on Google, truly disgusted at the texture of the wings because it's cold the meat is dry and chewy, if this was the dine in experience imagine if you ordered delivery? My order was ready in 11mins, normally they will tell you the wait time is at least 14mins-30mins because they are supposed to fry the wings fresh and toss them in sauce before serving, it is literally written on the walls! Made fresh to order! I really feel terrible that I spent 18$ to be disappointed. There was no cashier at the counter with a sign that says use the QR code, both the self orders counters were down too. Wingstop used to be my favorite place to go to but now I will never return, ever since Jcube was demolished all the other outlets are really bad. I hope anyone that sees this stay away from this outlet, there are many other great options in Jurong Point. The onion ring were nice.

Waiting time is extremely long. At least 40mins. Even if you order online. Even the poor food delivery riders are resigned to sit here and wait. Food is as expected but the waiting duration spoils it. Suggest to order then go walk around. Maybe bring kids for a swim or to playground.

Came at 7:50pm to have dinner with my partner, but we have been waiting for more than an hour to receive our food. We saw people who came later than us receive their orders already. When my partner approached to ask, the staff said they missed out on our order. So we have been waiting for nothing.

was scared of the 2.5 rating initially but the food turned out to be really good, the wings were cooked fresh and tasted amazing. although there was a waiting time of 30-45 mins, I feel like it's worth it as they cooked it fresh. still very confused as to why this outlet has a 2.5 rating, cause the wings were soooooo goooddd

Always had a great time coming here for buka puasa. Not a typical fast food that you are able to get your foods quickly. As they need to sauce up my chicken. Nevertheless, it came hot & fresh. Worth every penny. Satisfied guest here.
