Edit: the last time I came here was around 6 years ago and service was slow, 6 years later, service is equally as slow. Workers arent trained efficiently at all. Almost everytime only one counter opened.

6/10 pieces look and tastes like they are leftovers from the previous night. Honestly if you guys hid like 1 or 2 pieces we maybe wouldn't have found out but 6 pieces? wow.

Bought take away 2pcs meal, with 2 sets of add on fries. Came back to eat, the fries was cold, hard & tasteless(no salt added, maybe). Had to dispose as it was too cold + hard to consume. Chicken set meal was ok though. The fries was a disaster. Don't know what happened. Appreciate if KFC management could really look into this

Slow. Understaffed. No one cater to online orders so don't use their app. Food was cold because they left it unattended and not serving it

Please do something about the Malaysian staffs here at the back and also the manager who's just busy sitting inside the office minding his own business. There was a poor Malay lady in her 50's here working at the front counter. 1 person doing cashier, packing food delivery orders, dine in, takeaway orders and prepping drinks too. This should be a two person job at the front counter. Manager on duty was called Vivek. It's not fair for the lady to work at the front counter doing a 2 person job. This isn't only fair for her but for dine in, takeaway and also delivery riders who'll be waiting for the orders. Just for a simple zinger meal I had to wait for a good 15 minutes.

Been here many times with family. Seems like the service is getting poor and poor. Hope the mgmt can do something or manpower reshuffle and change the organisation. In the kitchen seems like they talk so much amount them!!! Counter ony 1 person. The queue atleast 30min. Waiting for food almost 30min. Total time spend 1hr...

Bad staff management. Staff performing both order taking and food prep tasks. Spent more than 10 minutes for a single customer, I waited behind from trying to order breakfast to no more breakfast. I understand that incompetent management needs to overload ground staff for profit, but reputation is important for profit too

Malay Cashier Auntie very very bad attitude, If u are closing before the closing time and don’t want to serve then just close the shop. If the shop is still open, then do the job with respect, if u are unhappy working there, then go take a rest. Don’t serve with attitude, your customers are also working people like yourself. The chicken is so dry that it is the worst KFC chicken I have ever eaten. I have to throw the chicken away. Your mashed potatoes also gone. So black like roasted…. Where is the quality that KFC have??? The management team should look into this… look at the reviews happening here. I am not the first one. Better Close down rather than having this outlet.

There is only 1 counter open, and the counter staff is slow and rude. It’s a fast food joint, I don’t expect stellar customer service, but I didn’t expect to have to be talked down to and be at the receiving end of sarcasm. The Malay lady at the counter is the singular worst counter staff I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Never going back again!

The manager by the name of YeeQing is so rude, i place an order via grab, but we have not received a reply by grab,so i decided to call the outlet to express that i received my order wrongly,i ordered an original recipe chk which was supposed to be for my child but was delivered hot n crispy. She did not apologise that its the staff mistake or even acknowledge the situation. I believe it's not grab fault so i approach directly to the outlet to see if we can solve the issue but what i received from the manager just pissed me off even more when she straight away ask me to contact grab without trying to settle the issues. KFC, IS THIS HOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???

order food here and waited for 1 hour and asked them they give attitude and keep asking to wait and the workers here should be fired all sit there resting. especially the indian lady. pls do ur job properly come here to work not use phone and ignore customer orders.. food here so expensive but small portion

Skip the Queue say the sign So I scan and order. It took them 45 min to get my order ready. While the counter que git thier order in 5 min. Basically no staff saw the online order piling up. So disappointed. 26oct 5pm

I wanna complaint staff who name Mary service is so slow and rude. Others free staff just sitting behind, she is the only one at front desk, just a simple meal also need to waiting for so long. And the service feel like she almost dying lol. I’m coming here to purchases not begging for food. Never come again to this shop anymore.

Sweet potato fries was cold like literally ice was still on it they changed and gave a hot one. Then the crispy chicken had a hair in it. Extremely disgusting omg. Full kitchen all indian workers from india no hair net and gloves etc. Never coming back.

Food arrived within the time frame. 8 pieces of with 2 mesh potatoes and I think 6 nuggets. Nuggets were just thrown all over the chicken, shouldn’t you pack separately??. Out of 8 pieces of chicken, 6 were wings and food was soggy. Easily breakable and cold. A big NO to have a next meal from this store. NOT RECOMMENDED

Did something change at the KFC Tampines mart branch? The chicken are nicely fried and delicious and juicy! Way different from last time. It's 9.20pm and the chicken taste so good. Keep it up!

VERY LAZY GROUP OF INDIANS. All other KFC outlet allow wrap without lettuce why here cant? A indian lady tell me is premade WHAT A JOKE. Food served cold as well
