Chicken is crispy and taste nice. Ignore the fats... 😂 Service is super slow, maybe they cook portion by portion and by order? But about 30minutes is a bit slow. Also the crew never smile or look at you also. Felt a bit disappointed especially the way they handle you the cup is like throwing to you. Tables and chairs will surely have food leftover and can be seen like everywhere. Cannot blame restaurant, 50% are the people that eating there too. Will try again, but will standby long waiting time.

Really good fried chicken. Service is not as fast as kfc but bearable. Their suntec outlet waiting time is shorter. There is ample seating in the fast food restaurant but a chore to go up all the way to the top floor for fried chicken. The fried chicken is really good. It doesn’t feel greasy nor does it have a smelly oil taste. Chicken is very fresh and I don’t believe I even got a breast meat before which is usually very dry and tough. The drumstick and the thigh meats are very tender and juicy. I like to pair the meat with their gravy which is quite sinful but really good.

Jolibees’ 2 piece spicy with mashed potato side and a coke ($7.50). The chicken pieces were flavourful tasty, juicy fried chicken. Have it with rice. Expect nothing less of service with an attitude anytime. But anyways the real joy is the chicken joy.

My wife n me we quit eating kFC after we tasted Jollybee because we loved it so much the flavours were minblowing and we were regular vistors to this outlet. So one day on my way back home after wrk my wife requested for jolly bee even though it was around 8.8.30 i managed to buy 6 piece bucket for her while eating it happend 2 pieces turned out to be stinky so we threw it ignoring but i was put off my wife again wanted jollybee bucket so on the 4th of feb i went again after wrk around 8.8.30 n got the bucket and to our horror all the pieces were smelling rotten chicken.the only thing we ate was the fries with sauce.we are shocked as to how can a well known brand like Jollybee sell rotten stale chicken to their customers these pitcures r proofs. They need to mend their ways coz if anyone gets sick eating food like this it will be a disgrace.so all our fav jollybee went in the dustbin. Really disappointed 😞

Jollibee is ubiquitous in the Philippines and now at several locations in Singapore. Chicken Joy is actually lotsa Joy. The crispy batter (not too thick) that delicately holds the juicy chicken inside is a Joy to bite into. The ChickenJoy has 2 variants Original & Spicy. Both versions are reportedly delicious, although i prefer the original. This outlet is on Level 6 @Lucky Plaza. It can get very very crowded not to mention the waiting time. Business is brisk and staff possibly need better training to handle the brisk sales of the delicious fast food. I requested for drumstick and thigh pieces, but the cashier forgot to mention that in the receipt and I was served wings and another huge piece 👎. I have generally liked the drumstick and thigh pieces as they taste very good at Jollibee.

The line was insane….. probably 30 mins in line and then 40 mins waiting for our order to be cooked because there was so many people BUT they did not lie about the chicken because how was it so juicy even with breast meat my mind is blown?? Skin was so crispy it was delicious. The burger was also really good, typical spicy chicken burger there was nothing not to like about it. Spaghetti was yummy too, yes it was sweet but not overwhelming, peach and mango pie was great!!!

We ordered twice from this branch but still the same, always incomplete items. Next time, remind your crew to check properly before handing it out. IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

Went here to eat palabok but was disappointed to know that the taste changed. Taste was better before, and not like this different type of noodle. Cannot even call this a palabok. Was not able to finish it.

2nd time trying this at Lucky Plaza and I have to wait more than 15mins for the original chicken. And the notification "Ding Dong" is ridiculously deafening. The spicy crispy chicken is not worth trying but the original is better.

we decided to try jollibee for the second time! the staff were very nice and friendly, however, we had trouble paying with the kiosk so we had to queue to pay. as for the food, we were quite disappointed with the small portions, but it tasted nice. we would definitely recommend for others to try this place at least once in their life!

I missed eating Jollibee in the middle east. I am glad I found one in Singapore. They are now certified halal. So, even better. I got the set with a crispy chicken burger, fried chicken, fries and a drink. The crispy chicken burger was not spicey at all but the size was good. The fried chicken was juicy, but not spicy as claimed. Fries was very small. Drink was not refillable. Service was a bit slow and could be improved. The restaurant was maybe half full at the time. So, easy to find seating. Overall, pretty good but a bit underwhelming compared to my experiences at Jollibee in the middle east. Portions are a bit bigger there and the drinks are always refillable.

Fried chicken is excellent! Dining place is not well lit enough. 40 minutes of waiting period on non peak hour.

Firsr time here in 10 years Self service kiosk menu was useless, spagherti was not available however at the counter it was, store does not accept visa or mastercard and thats a massive disappointment. Food took a while to be served, everthing was just warm The uncle incharge of bussing tables were chucking all the left overs on a separate open trash bag instead for using the bins itself and that's unhygenic Dissapointed!

I always eat their chickens, original flavor tastes better than spicy. Sides are delicious too! Always crowded here no matter when I come 😋 Level 6 has bigger space, basement 1 has a small shop. B1 shop is always a long que. 👍🏻

Food standards have dropped greatly. The chicken was too salty and it did not taste fresh. Was in for a rude shock when we saw that one of the pieces of chicken appeared to have been double fried? It was dark blue in some areas and not fried evenly. The original Jollibee outlet that’s now closed was way better. Please improve the quality of your chicken. For a brand that’s becoming increasingly popular among the locals here, the food standards need to be improved, starting from the frying method and the amount of salt added. Another point to consider is that the POS only accepts Nets and cash. It would be more convenient for customers if additional payment methods, such as VISA or MasterCard, were available. I had to trouble myself to find cash because my VISA card declined. This happened even after the staff had asked how I’d like to pay, and I specifically mentioned VISA, yet they didn’t say anything until it declined. Please ensure that your staff know the different kinds of payment that’s in use so that we don’t have to feel embarrassed having to hold up the line…

Tried their two piece chicken joy on a weekend. The size of the chicken given was significantly smaller than the other Jolibee chains. The chicken also has a burnt smell. The queue was very long and as the restaurant is located inside the food court, it was very hard to find seats.

This Jollibee outlet is actually situated in the Lucky Plaza basement food court. The queue maybe long even during off peak hours however it moves fast as there are 2 order takers and 3 to 4 staff at the preparation & delivery counter. Good service from order taker to delivery crew. The popular soda drinks are prepared to speed up order preparation and thus can be under filled but the staff obliged to our request to fill it up, so that is 👍🏼 Chicken 2 & 3 piece set was good & scored a 8.75/10 😋 Tender, soft juicy light & dark meat. The french fries can rival McDonalds, at 9/10 if taken there. Take away it gets soft & limp 😅 at 7/10. The cold slaw okay at 7.5/10; small portion. The mash potato is a tiny portion with too much gravy at 6.5/10. The chicken crispy spicy burger is also nice at 8.5/10 👍🏼 the special sauce 😅 was interesting 👍🏼 Credit cards not accepted, only cash or PayNow. Will be back for more 😋
