Happy that stuffd is at PL and near the MRT. Usually super long queue. The staff was quite willing to give more lettuce (yeah!) the smoked salmon is sooooo good. They have quite wide range of toppings for daily bowl. Surprisingly the mala cauliflower is good. Usually love the broccoli (not seasoned), buttered corn, mashed potato (Must take). Can take up to 5 and double scoops too. I heard many ppl like their black beans too. They also got chicken and beef. And other sauces (can choose up to 2). A good and affordable salad! :) just that will be great if the portion can be more! Haha I asked for more lettuce and mashed potato but the box is still quite empty >

Just had my chicken delibowl here tonight. Its my first time and Ecatrina helped me choose the tasty toppings. She’s friendly and patient with me. Kim and AK are nice as well. The chicken delibowl is so good, alot of toppings. Very worth it, will buy again. Specially their customer service is so good.

Regular of stuff'd. The portioning from this particular store is lesser compared to others. Its filled to half the container only. Cant find/taste my hummus, portion way too little ☹️ ??? Taste wise ok. Freshness ok. Mala tofu good.. strong in taste. Attentiveness of staff needs improvement, we need to call out to them a few times before some1 serves us. Staff polite thou. Cutleries and napkins given upon request.

The quality of food was excellent with the right amount of ingredients. Sauces are good and tasty. The queue was long but was cleared very fast. Staff (Ecat) was very efficient and mindful of customer specifications. Even cashier was also cheerful even though that time was already almost closing time. Kudos to the whole team for ensuring stuffd customers are satisfied!

The staffs there are abit unkind to new customer, the aunty in front of me trying stuffd for the first time, and when asked what sauce she want, she said chili sauce and the staffs impatiently replied; I told u there’s no chili sauce. They should just ask her is she ok with the spicy habanero… not many elderly knows what’s burrito and every new customer should be treated kindly instead of impatiently. The friends of the aunty told her; first and last time due to the experience of buying and not bcox of whether the foods is nice or not. Bad for the business to bring in new customers. Ordered a burrito at 8pm and ate it around 10pm which is within the recommended 3 hrs consumption period. When I opened up the packaging, there was this sour smell coming out of the burrito which I believe was from the vegetables/ sauce as I didn’t add sour cream to my burrito! This is so disappointing!

If your store is gonna run out of toppings for your burrito. At least allow a change of toppings from the daily bowl toppings. Because it digusting to eat a burrito with a repeated toppings. And please put a sign to inform your customers what toppings is out. This allow us to decide if we still want to purchase it. Not fair for us to queue and realized at the end that certain toppings are not available

Was there to buy dinner, a Malay stuff with spectacles with makeup was so unkind and rude. At first she just talk so rude and loud and I just don’t care because I’m pregnant try not to get angry! But then when I ask for sour cream she speak so loud and more rude say you didn’t see here it’s not allow to put for daily bowl. If she talk nicely then I’m more than willing to choose other sauces. I was so angry and advise her to talk nicely but she talk very loud at me saying that i am the one who rude at first, people Will definitely not rude at you if you’re good to them. Anyway it’s really bad experience! I always bought stuff d for dinner and they’re actually put sour cream for me. I’m not coming back anymore with this worst service!

Quite disappointing that when we paid $6.3 for a chicken kebab, the sauce given was a few miserly drops. The staff really cannot be bothered.. Subway is a better option, more generous with the sauce.

they staff always say open at 11am but the google time is 10:30am .kindly to check the timing bcs is not the first time they say 11am opens and always around 10:30already long queue.Thanks

Hi, I just bought an Ultimate Daily Bowl at Stuff'd and the portion I received from a female staff is utterly disappointing. I bought it on 1/12/2023 1:47pm at the PLQ outlet. I'm a regular customer so I know what's usually the portion size but this time the portion I received is so unjustifiable for the amount I paid. This is exactly the amount of chicken I only received. Just 1 black plstic spoon of portion, really? And the amount of beef I received. Again just 1 spoon? Attached is my receipt. I understand the recent price hike, but if you are reducing your portion like this, this feels so scammy for 9.30 SGD. And if this is not the standard portion, please train that female staff properly because this reflects so badly.

Dear Customer Service Manager, I am writing to formally complain about an unsettling experience I had at your Paya Lebar Square on 13/4/24 around 11am plus. While I was queuing to place my order, a male staff member displayed highly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. As I approached the counter to order, despite the calm environment, the staff member told me off abruptly without any provocation. This was in stark contrast to his interaction with another male customer who just cut in front of the line shortly before my turn; the staff member served him without any comment. This differing treatment was not only embarrassing but also deeply distressing. I felt targeted and discriminated against, possibly due to my gender and appearance as a plus-size individual. Such behavior is not only against the principles of courtesy and respect but may also contravene your company’s policies on customer interaction and equality. I am new to this country and I feel like I am being targeted for discrimination. There was no clear instructions on how to place an order. I was not aware if I should make payment before my order? I am upset by this inconsiderate behaviour. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no one else has to endure such an experience. I believe a formal apology and sensitivity training for the staff involved would be appropriate steps to start with. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my complaint.
