Thank you restaurant manager Adam and waitress Rose. Great service, friendly, attentive. Delicious food. We love the lotus banchan. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

Used to frequent this place quite often as the chicken Duyu hotpot was my favourite. came back today and realised they no longer have it on their menu and so i tried the chicken Soon Dubu hotpot (the closest thing to chicken Duyu). the Soon Dubu soup is really quite bland and tasteless compared to the chicken Duyu soup, which was more flavourful. really hope this place can bring the chicken Duyu hotpot back! other than that, good service and loved the free flow appetisers.

First time trying this Place. Ordered seafood pancake and other items. The pancake was totally a disappointment. Smaller and thinner in size than those legit ones we tasted elsewhere. We couldn’t taste any seafood at all so approached the counter and asked about it, then we saw all the ready made pancakes in the fridge! No wonder it didn’t taste like the freshly made ones. Service not up to standard. No one told us about the free flow side dishes until my husband asked. Don’t think we will return.

The prawn jachap was swimming in a thick layer of oil this time compared to my last few visits. Standard dropped. Want people to sign up as member and gave a $10 voucher that expires in 45 days, that's by far the shortest new membership restaurant voucher validity i have seen.

Great and intensely packed taste. Repeated visit. Beef Army stew is spicy and soup had great consistency. Nice n calming interior. Note: even low spicy level was quite spicy for me.

Settled on the place as parents didn't want to queue or wait on other eateries, and it's one of the few with available tables. Food was quite disappointing. Ginseng chicken soup was ok but that dish is usually bland. Kimchi jjigae which came with a lot of raw ingredients (beef, zucchini, mushrooms) when served so had to wait for it to cook and soften. Soup was also just water and seem unseasoned, so not that tasty. Kimchi in the soup was pretty mashed up so couldn't really find solid ones inside. Edible but would not really want to return. For the price point, much better to go for authentic Korean options.

Attracting customers with an 'improved menu', we tried their set lunch which is available from Sundays to Fridays. The value of the set lunch is that for a dollar more, you get a complimentary side of rice or noodles, and discounted drinks. As a teenager, Seoul Garden BBQ was a popular choice among my classmates and friends. We could get unlimited drinks and meat and ate to our heart's content in great company. Those were the days. I quite like this Hot Pot concept as it comes with individual portions, as well as sides to share. The drinks available are also on the healthy side. Think unsweetened barley, citron strawberry, honey, etc. Currently, we westies can pick from IMM, Jurong Point and Clementi Mall.

Would say that it’s a reasonable place for a nice meal but tbh nothing fantastic, food just generally spicy and taste the same. Myself personally, won’t come here again

Family of 2 (with toddler) was ushered to a standard 2 person table arrangement by staff. Requested for change of table that would allow toddler to be seated beside so that the toddler can be easily fed rather than sitting across to feed the toddler. Seating across concept do work mainly for adults. Tried to request for a table 4 because there were no diner queuing at that point of time. I would understand if there is a long queue. The answer given by staff was we only have a family of 2 but can clearly see other family of 2 or family of 2 with shopping bags seated in a table of 4 at the same dining period. No common sense / empathy at all. The management need to re-inforce /re train your staff in seating arrangement.

Arriving we were the first ones to experience the newly renovated Seoul Garden Grilled Buffet (from its previously hotpot outlet). I want to comment about the smooth operation that went on the first day, and I enjoyed the consecutive engagement by the staff: giving out their unique and interesting food ideas.

The restaurant was new and clean with a nice layout and comfortable look and feel. Tried out their dine and win set which was a nice combination of dishes and the family enjoyed the meal. The servers were quick and attentive.

Had a wonderful time here celebrating my mom’s birthday, the entire staff, 2 malay ladies and Adam were super helpful and attentive to us. The food was great and hence we didnt mind upgrading from premium to supreme. Will come back soon!

This one was something I wanted. So many times passed by the branch at IMM but seems crowded most times so had to give it a miss. However was window shopping at Clementi Mall and chanced up this branch, no second thought we went in. Fortunately it was not crowded as it was off peak period. We were given our seats and menu. Placed our orders and in 10minutes our food arrived. I chose the Mala thingamagic and my friend got the black chicken or something. First things first, daym it was nice lah! Really enjoyed the hot and spicy soup (not super spicy lah but enough to have sweat droplets). Oh, I got noodles. The soup was super oily (with mala comes oil lah hor) The server was accommodating and quick on her feet. She was kinda enough to get us different seats and answered our questions etc. All in all the experience was nice and the food was good. The pricing was exorbitant either, so that's definately a good end to a good meal. Would I go there yet again. Sure. Food : 4 / 5 Staff : 4 / 5 Ambience : 4 / 5

Tried the Supreme Tier Beef option, ~$55 per pax after including GST and service charge. Unfortunately, photos of beef cuts on the menu are not representative of what is served. Most cuts were fatty and thinly sliced, frozen. We were told that the dry aged refrigerator does not actually have dry aged steaks unlike illustrated in the menu and even if we did, we need to be in a group of 4 to try it. Would suggest for these terms and conditions to be clearly spelt out on the menu to avoid misunderstanding. It was quiet and spacious on a weekday afternoon around 2pm. Staff who help out in the kitchen and clear tables are helpful, they work very hard 🙂 Overall, will only recommend going for the more basic menu options if you want value for your dollar 🙂

Came for the Grill & Steamboat buffet 120 minutes, we opted for the regular tier. For 2pax, can choose 1 type of soup base for steamboat. I would say variety comparable to the price we are paying. For cooked food, there were curry chicken, fried wanton, mini curry puff, breaded fish and waffle. Free flow of cold and hot drinks and ice-cream.
