I had a meeting at this outlet. My friend ordered a cup of coffee and i did not. After a while, a staff by the name of John offered a glass of warm water. The gesture was touching as these days we have to pay for plain water. Truly a beautiful customer experience. Kudos to John.

If you are thinking a nice place for breakfast with good coffee - this would be a good choice! Egg Benedict here is reasonably priced with a coffee!

The renovated CBTL is great, bright and airy. Seats are still far apart when most cafes already cramped in more tables/chairs. Great service as cashier was smiling when he takes our orders. Most importantly, Latte came with coffee art!! If u read my previous comment, very disappointed with Starbucks, Latte topping is a stack of foam. Muffins were moist, yummy! Keep up the great food and service CBTL Kallang!! Thumbs up!!
