Lively atmosphere 👍🏻👍🏻 Machines for ordering were all in smooth working condition and my food came fresh as well 🥹🙏🏻 love how I can just pop by and order a light meal while also being able to charge my handphone up a good whole 20 minutes ❤️ definitely recommend this outlet for affordable food and spacious seating 👍🏻👍🏻

Spacious outlet, the staffs were friendly and managed the crowd very well. Ms Florence, the Guest service leader was effective to attend to our request to swap in to taking out to dining in as it was not crown after a 10 minutes wait. Thank you and it was a pleasant experience 😊 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Every time I order from this outlet there’s always things missing which I don’t understand why. Ordered pancakes and muffins. They didn’t even bother checking if there’s maple syrup or chilli sauces in it. This has happened to me twice previously and now again. Pay so much money but can’t even issue order properly.

The queue during rush hours are nightmarish. Portions are getting smaller whilst prices are going up. Same reliable taste.

Almost got into a fight for the self-ordering kiosk today. There’s no proper queue line indicated. We were queuing for awhile but there’s been people who just walked in from the other entrance and went to the (just) empty kiosk even though I made eye contact with them! After being treated like that for 2 times, we went to confront the last person who cut our queue. But the person wasn’t happy at all and continue using the kiosk and told us there’s no indication for a queue? Afterwards, we feedback to the manager about that but the manager on shift said that he cannot do anything about it and there were so many feedback. I have attached a good arrow-indicated queue as a reference. Understandable not to put the retractable queue pole as it may make the space more limited. Please look into this.

Rude and poorly trained ice cream man. Don't have item tell customer off. Store manager better train this guy. Push customer phone away. Don't believe see your CCTV 18:45, 3 Aug 2023.

I recently visited McDonald's with my childrens, hoping to enjoy a quick and satisfying snacks. However, the experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing, mainly due to the shift manager's refusal to provide us with curry sauce, even though we had purchased four packages of fries and some ice cream. Upon receiving our order, we requested curry sauce to accompany our fries. To our dismay, the shift manager Ella, who was overseeing the operations, was incredibly unhelpful and indifferent to our request for curry sauce. We kindly explained that we had already ordered and paid for the fries and had wanted to receive the full experience with the sauce. However, the manager simply shrugged it off, stating that they couldn't provide any curry sauce if it not a meal. What bothered us the most was the lack of effort from the shift manager to find an alternative solution. The manager seemed disinterested and brushed us off with a generic apology. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this individual. As loyal customers of McDonald's, we were shocked by this lackluster response from a supposed manager. McDonald's has always been known for its variety of sauce options, and it was disheartening to be denied one of their signature offerings without any reasonable explanation or effort to rectify the situation. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality, especially when considering the reputation McDonald's has built over the years. In conclusion, my recent experience at McDonald's was thoroughly disappointing. The shift manager's refusal to provide curry sauce, despite purchasing four packages of fries, coupled with the lackluster service, left a sour taste in our mouths. As customers, we expect better treatment and a higher level of service from an establishment like McDonald's. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to improve their operations and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

Slowest service ever. Ordered at 11.31 am, received food at 11.50 am. This after I went to the counter to ask about my order. All they said was sorry system down. Time to revert back to old system, Q, order, pay and wait for the food better.

Understand that we took the space tht supposed to put for baby chair, but due to limited place in mcdonald, we have no choice but to put it here. There is one old uncle staff came and talk (more like scolding) to us, saying tht this is for baby chair. But hello? What can we do? We can eat quickly and go, but the attitude of the staff really cmi. Update: got the name from manager, kon yoke
