I always love the various fish and chips here as they do their New York Fish and chips so well. Their weekday lunch menu just makes it really worth the price too. This outlet's service and efficiency is excellent - I got my food in less than 10 minutes and the staff are very friendly despite the crowd. Their normal prices are still a bit steep but seafood restaurants are usually expensive anyways.

Comfort food for many millennial Singaporeans. Food quality has, amusingly got better over the years. Service at this particular outlet is somewhat slow; taking about 40 minutes from being served at the front of the queue till food arriving. Do recall frozen dory being used for the fish and chips previously, but this has since been substituted to better-quality fish. In addition, the soft shell crab garden salad is really great as well. An entire soft shell crab came with the salad! Unfortunately the Kola Tonic appears to have been removed from the menu. Would be great if it could be reintroduced.

Disappointing service and food quality has deteriorated compared to the past. Fish & Co was known for it’s superior service standards but this outlet is truly disappointing. I was served the soup of the day without soup spoon and rice without spoon. Had to ask the server multiple times and was given with a rude attitude. A fly flew into our drink when we immediately received the drink. The server blamed the external environment and no offer to replace the drink. The kids meal smells really fishy. 🤦🏾♀️

Service was good in overall. Food and drinks came out quickly. However the fried calamari was so dry, the squid became rubbery and wasn’t nice anymore. The tartare sauce was a bit too sour for my taste.

Located in Vivocity, travel on the purple or yellow MRT line to Harbourfront and alight. Vivocity is part of Harbourfront MRT station. Enter the shopping mall, walk to the 2nd floor in the direction of Golden Village cinema where Fish & Co. will be within sight. Fish & Co. used to be my go to restaurants to satisfy my cravings for seafood but this outlet is extremely disappointing. Their floor staff are polite, attentive and greets with a smile. What's truly disappointing is their kitchen crew. I ordered a seafood platter for 2 pax and what was served was horrendous. Firstly their rice was cold, it's as if the rice was brought out from the refrigerator and placed on the serving plate without heating it up. Secondly their selection for chips aka fries at a price of SGD2 was soft and cold. Lastly their prawns were undercooked and parts of the prawns were raw due to how it was placed when heating up. I'm not sure how do they prepare their food for customers but this is definitely not acceptable. After highlighting the prawns were raw or undercooked with the rice being cold, the service crew offered to change my platter but what came back was reheated rice and slightly raw prawns. I ate whatever is edible and informed the staff this should not be acceptable. I hope there would be improvements as no paying customer should encounter what I experienced.

As ever, their fish and chips are excellent and internationally up there. Texture and ratio of batter and fish, tempering of tartar sauce: very nice. Even happier experience when you can enjoy the weekday lunch sets. We enjoyed the combo set. Drinks come with lunch sets. Nice. Staff are chill and helpful. Comfortable ambience. Prompt service. Clean environment.

Visited fish and co at vivo after my appointment with my husband. Informed Hamizah that we would like to request an outdoor seating because one of us couldn't stand the coldness of the mall but she offered us the seats we wanted. Good customer service from her. Her explanations on the lunch offers was also very cleared. The foods are delicious, all orders arrived correctly. Satisfied with the servings and services.

The food was acceptable and the grilled Calamari and fish and chips remained the best in tastes. Unfortunately the service is amateurish at best and would hope for more personable service given the orders we put in. Second time at the same branch and felt that service should improve.

Everything else was good but there’s something wrong with the chicken drumlets. Taste like it’s something not fresh or something else. But the platter for 1 was good. Service was good too, recommendations was given, friendly service only one, the drumlets. 😭😭 if not; I would have given five star for the food.

pasta was so plain and dry so as for the rest of things on my plate it was also dry. the fish and chips was good tho maybe if you wanna come here order the fish and chips. the service it decent saying that most if their stuff looks like teens

Went on Monday. Take advantage of their weekday lunch promotion. Also less crowded. Have cajun salmon, with grill calamari (delicious) and prawn fritters.

Personally, I am not even a fan of seafood. However, fish and co fish n chips are so incredibly tasty. The New York fish and chips are my personal favourite. The fish is not dry at all, but rather succulent and moist. The batter is also just right, not too thick, not too thin, and provides a lovely crunch. Squeeze some lemon on it and pair with the tartar sauce, every bite is absolutely divine. Imagine how good their fish n chips must be for someone like myself who doesn’t even like seafood to actually crave for it. I have tried to find alternative fish and chips from other brands but nothing has been able to match the standard from fish and co. Service is prompt and food is delivered relatively quickly within about 10 mins. Service staff works quickly and are friendly to ask if extra sauces are required. So far, fish and co fish and chips are literally the best and most accessible option for the masses. If you are a student, make use of their student deals to get this for cheaper.

This branch is always a favourite, our default order will always be the Seafood Platter for Two. The platter we had was hugely improved - each serving on the platter was much bigger than before and all items very well prepared. The staff were pleasant and attentive - it was a very good dine-in experience.

Came during dinner on Sunday and it turned out to be good after so long, I can’t recall when was the last time I had Fish& Co. Staff is friendly and quick in moving around, gotten me an extra chair to put my bag without me asking. They have both indoor and outdoor area, outdoor should be nice when it’s windy. Gotten the prawn and barramundi set. Like the paella rice and the baked tomatoes. The mushroom soup is nice too though a bit thick to my liking. Distance between tables a bit tight but overall it’s alright for me. Will come by again when I feel like having seafood again.

Serving is so good. They note that a food platter is good for 2 people but obviously can consume up to 4 🫰. We really like the calamari and everything highly recommended.
