Went when there was no crowd and the staff assigned us a table. Ordered via the QR code and waited for about half an hour before realizing that other tables that came before us were already eating their food. Checked the online order only to be shown a 'ORDER CANCELED'. Went to the front cashier to check what's going on and was then told that we should have ordered at the cashier as their online system is down. 40mins in with no food and we are so hangry. No staff bothered to check in on us, or inform us at the start that their system was down. Horrible service. They tried to expedite our order but by now there was a crowd + lots of delivery orders and we had to wait some more for our food to be prepared. They even got one of our sides wrong - ordered wedges but was given fries instead. Was too hungry to change. Disappointing experience. Food was decent.

What a wonderful dinner. Love the tender chicken, the Peri Peri sauces and the sides! Kids simply can't stop having more cheeze pita! Bottomless drink too! Nice ambience and very helpful staff!

Food was flavoursome but one of the sides was only lukewarm. Personally would like food to be hot, if not piping hot as this minimises food contamination. Service could have been faster as it was off peak and there were less than 5 tables. Nevertheless, will still go back as the chicken was good.

I did not enjoy my lunch at Nando’s.. 1) Had to order food via an app and pay immediately. For a first timer like me at Nando’s its totally confusing and it took me awhile to navigate thru the app. I would suggest adding pictures of all the items. 2) Staffs looks super unorganized and was busy ‘running’ around when restaurant wasn’t full for weekend lunch peak yet, don’t want to know how it will be like during peak.. Understand that everywhere is understaffed but it would be much more welcoming if staffs can at least smile when serving customers. 3) Waiting time for food was roughly about 20 mins. First thing I notice when it arrive; my order was Boneless chicken thigh with sides but its seems to be Sides with boneless chicken thigh.. Chicken was 70% overcooked, most parts was rather hard and dry. Taste of food was rather mediocre for the price, some western hawker stalls serve better chicken. Really hope its a one off experience as reviews from others seems to be different from mine. Not sure if I will be back in the near future to give it another chance.

We ordered the promo set for 2 at $40 nett which came with soy peri peri chicken soup 🥣🥣 quarter chicken 🍗🍗 and unlimited drinks 🥤🥤 Chicken was tender and juicy. 👍 Marinate was flavourful and delish 👍 Service was efficient 👍 Price tag reasonable 👍 Nothing much to scream about and nothing to complain about. We left filled and satisfied diners 😊

Ordered the sharing platter which came with 1 whole chicken and 4 regular sides. Portion wise, the chicken was decently big. They were also quite generous with the potato wedges. Waiting time was a little long given that it was rather crowded, but the food came piping hot so it was worth waiting. On the downside, the chicken was a little too salty and there were lesser sauces to choose from as they were mostly taken by other customers.

Starting to like Nando's - they seem to cook their chicken just right. Nice and moist with an awesome taste! But their App sucks. I downloaded it a few times from the Google store and it does not work 🥴

Chicken is ok. The hot chocolate & mocha that we order are really diluted. The noodle bowl doesn't taste good with it's coconut milk flavour.

Located inside the Tanglin Mall . Visited on a Sunday . It wasn’t so crowded. We got served in about 10 to 15 minutes, service was fast enough . We ordered peri peri chicken, with coconut rice and corn on a comb.

Friendly service but the chicken was sad and dry, like it’s been there for a few days already. I ordered a quarter chicken. The grilled vegetables side was too oily.

Two pieces of Chicken Thigh with Wedges and Chip 1/4 Chicken with Spiced Rice Nando's Tanglin Mall 📍01-115/117, Tanglin Mall, 163 Tanglin Rd, 247933 🍜 Food wise: Generous portion of sides! Thanks to that, one was able to mix and match all the sauces, the ketchup and the other spicy sauces do go quite well together, not bad of a mix. The chips and wedge were thick and sprinkled with some nice spices, paprika maybe, a bit unsure of what it was though, maybe more of it might do the trick. The thigh meats were quite tender, sufficiently juicy and well stained with the extra spicy sauce, great flavour! ✨ Ambience wise: Clean and neat restaurant! A great place to hang out, good for dates and family gatherings! 🤵🏻 Service wise: Excellent service by Shikin and crew! Very friendly and prompt in bringing the best for the customers. Happy to meet them! 💵 Price wise: Two pieces of Chicken Thigh with Wedges and Chips (with a 25% discount when you flash your 11B) - $13.40 after the discount Will definitely return for the service as well as the food! Recommended!

Food wasn't good - grilled vegetables had an unpleasant burnt and 'dirty' taste, like when you cook in a pot that has some burnt leftover food stuck at the bottom. The chicken was quite bland and overcooked, with the breast meat stringy and the wing tips hard. No bbq flavor, unlike other outlets - it reminded me of buying a supermarket roast chicken and just putting some sauce on the outside. Service staff were pleasant, but given the price I wouldn't expect to have to queue to place my order or take my own plates and cutlery.

First time trying Nando's peri peri chicken and loved it. The signature rice turned out to be similar to nasi lemak but more mushy. I loved the chicken and grilled veggies. Would return again. The wait time is somewhat long though. I waited 15+ minutes for my meal.

It's may b healthier chicken meals w lots of different side dishes .. ( so the $$$$ adds up) . Ambience is decent even for afternoon dates. The pay-first even for drinks then help yourself to free flow of choices is perhaps the fun part. Chicken thighs are meaty not overly big but it's the side dishes which fills up. Go in groups to share more sides.Overall, above average.

Solid and quick chicken restaurant. Nothing fancy. Delivers what is expected on the food side. Only downside is becoming quite pricey for the product that is delivered… still easy lunch place if you want a quick fix of chicken

In the UK Nando’s is knows as a ‘Cheeky’ well the only part of this Nando’s that was cheeky was how poor the meal and experience was. My friend asked for a plain pitta which came out incorrect. And as you can see from my photo the food didn’t look great. The chicken rice was quite literally just plain rice and couldn’t lace the boots of spice rice. And the rest of the meal was average at best. I wouldn’t bother.
