Went when there was no crowd and the staff assigned us a table. Ordered via the QR code and waited for about half an hour before realizing that other tables that came before us were already eating their food. Checked the online order only to be shown a 'ORDER CANCELED'. Went to the front cashier to check what's going on and was then told that we should have ordered at the cashier as their online system is down. 40mins in with no food and we are so hangry. No staff bothered to check in on us, or inform us at the start that their system was down. Horrible service. They tried to expedite our order but by now there was a crowd + lots of delivery orders and we had to wait some more for our food to be prepared. They even got one of our sides wrong - ordered wedges but was given fries instead. Was too hungry to change. Disappointing experience. Food was decent.

What a wonderful dinner. Love the tender chicken, the Peri Peri sauces and the sides! Kids simply can't stop having more cheeze pita! Bottomless drink too! Nice ambience and very helpful staff!

Food was flavoursome but one of the sides was only lukewarm. Personally would like food to be hot, if not piping hot as this minimises food contamination. Service could have been faster as it was off peak and there were less than 5 tables. Nevertheless, will still go back as the chicken was good.

I did not enjoy my lunch at Nando’s.. 1) Had to order food via an app and pay immediately. For a first timer like me at Nando’s its totally confusing and it took me awhile to navigate thru the app. I would suggest adding pictures of all the items. 2) Staffs looks super unorganized and was busy ‘running’ around when restaurant wasn’t full for weekend lunch peak yet, don’t want to know how it will be like during peak.. Understand that everywhere is understaffed but it would be much more welcoming if staffs can at least smile when serving customers. 3) Waiting time for food was roughly about 20 mins. First thing I notice when it arrive; my order was Boneless chicken thigh with sides but its seems to be Sides with boneless chicken thigh.. Chicken was 70% overcooked, most parts was rather hard and dry. Taste of food was rather mediocre for the price, some western hawker stalls serve better chicken. Really hope its a one off experience as reviews from others seems to be different from mine. Not sure if I will be back in the near future to give it another chance.

We ordered the promo set for 2 at $40 nett which came with soy peri peri chicken soup 🥣🥣 quarter chicken 🍗🍗 and unlimited drinks 🥤🥤 Chicken was tender and juicy. 👍 Marinate was flavourful and delish 👍 Service was efficient 👍 Price tag reasonable 👍 Nothing much to scream about and nothing to complain about. We left filled and satisfied diners 😊
