Place was clean and tidy. Good choices from the menu. The Sichuan base soup was great. It took awhile for the soup to arrive but once it did, the dishes came as well. The food was great. Service was great, the person attending to us was attentive.

Chanced upon this Muslim owned hotpot restaurant while browsing the shops at Arena Country Club. Very nice, clean and cosy with both indoor and outdoor seating. We were immediately attended by their one and only service staff on duty. He was very friendly, attentive and quick in service. We tried their HaHa Collagen Soup and Mala Soup. Both were nice but we especially love the Collagen Soup. All meat and seafood served were in good portion and fresh. Overall positive experience. We will definitely be back for the good soup, ambience and excellent customer service standard.

Had the chance of dining here to see what's the hype about. Definitely made the right choice as the food was good and affordable, staffs were accommodating even though it was a full house! Heard that they will be opening a second outlet with a different concept, would visit it to give it a try too for sure.

First time try muslim mala steamboat, service is good, the soup base ok, but not the type I like (compare to HDL), meats are fresh, overall acceptable.

Our second time visiting HAHAHotpot. We can never get enough of their Mala Soup! Again for the second time we over ordered our spreads. Big portion, comfortable seat for you to enjoy your food. Friendly and warm staffs.

If not for the deserted location, they would have gotten more crowd for the attentive service and good quality dishes served. It’s just a pity ghat we only had outdoor seatings for bbq option and were lucky enough to have a breeze gracing upon us during the visit. Do note that you will be assumed the steamboat option only (indoor seating) if you requested for indoor seats. Bbq option would have to be requested.

Even though location is quite secluded, but the environment and ambience is very chilling and relaxing. No crowd on a Sunday afternoon. Ingredient selection is wide and good, though its slightly more expensive. Service is great and food is served fast! Recommend this place for those living in the west!

A decent Muslim friendly hot pot place :) we had the mala and spicy collagen soup. I personally liked the spicy collagen soup more. It wasn't too spicy thankfully. Staff here is really helpful with recommending sides and very attentive!

was greeted by Tesmond & Zack, such friendly & wonderful staffs. They ensure we had a good dining experience, ensure that the food was great. their customer service was very good & i hope the employer notice that! aside from the excellent customer service, the food was delicious! received a complimentary signature beef as we're celebrating our friends birthday. we ordered both mala & mushroom soup. my personal favourite is the mushroom soup. it's very comforting & balance well after drinking the mala soup. i also love the ambience & the environment over at jurong. i definitely recommend anybody who hasn't tried hahahotpot. thank you for the memorable dining experience! will definitely come back for more!

Highly recommended. Great service from the server. Was very helpful and attentive. Relaxing ambience for having hotpot with loved ones. Best thing is that it is Halal. Will definitely come again!

Tuck far end of Jurong, you can indulge in soupy goodness. Choose seafood & Mala Sichuan flavour. Super authentic taste 👅 you will feel the tangy to your 👄 lips. There’s wide choice of variations meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles to accompany base soup. The 👨🏻🍳 signature dipping sauce is excellent. There also 🇹🇭 thai sauce. Great place for makan & hang out for the families.

Came across their outlet in social media and wanted to give it a go since me and my wife love to have hotpot, food was very fresh!!! Very friendly staff!! Enjoyed the meal highly recommend this place

This is a great place for halal hotpot with a great variety of meat and vegetables. The lamb and mutton slices were delicious. service was prompt and fast!
