Bad service. Dine in, but they made me collect my coffee at the cashier countertop, but other customers they serve on the table. After putting the food on the table, no cutlleries, I had to get it myself. but others they give. Delivered the jam and butter halfway theough my meal. I DONT MIND “DO IT YOURSELF” SERVICE, you just need to be consistent. Otherwise customer feel discriminated.

bad service. wanted to dine in but they served it as takeaway. they didn’t bother asking too. the ice blended drinks, frappe, are meh. better to get at McDonalds or Starbucks. it took them so long to take someone’s order and even to make it. noticed that even with 3 staff working, they weren’t diligent to multitask or split tasks to different people. eclairs and tuna croissant are ok. don’t recommend,, maybe not this branch

The servers didn’t make it a point to heat your sandwich. By 7pm, the croissant gets cold, dry and hard. At the NUH outlet, servers would automatically heat them up. Coffee was diluted. It’s not crowded but I noticed they paid more attention to delivery orders. Even our receipt shows takeout just like the rest of the diners. Is there any reason for that? I’d say it’s a lazy service. Lazy to heat food and lazy to change mode of register. I’m surprised it’s still standing. Eat at your own risk!

Expensive but the food is good. The eclairs are very good and the tarts are alright. I drop by now and then for eclairs. The dining area looks clean and the staff are pleasant.

This afternoon bought Tuna and chicken croissant and the chinese girl was so rude and careless. Received my items a mess... Didn't make put the tuna scoop in properly. When I received order... She pointed the bag to get it myself. No courtesy at all... As if she making herself busy whereby behind me no customers. Please do your work diligently!

The seats are much better and comfortable after they replaced them. The outlet is not crowded when I went around 3pm. Ordered a cappuccino and almond croissant. The coffee was fine but the croissant seems to have shrunk. The almond filling isn't much so it kind of didn't meet my expectation. It's also a little too dry. I am comparing it with Starbuck's which is slightly better. Hope Deliverance can improve on this. I enjoy the ambience even though it's very open with crowds walking pass all the time 😂

Horrible experience at this outlet, forgot my order and poor working attitude of a particular employee. The Indian female employee working in the kitchen, wearing specs and earrings, did not even apologise for forgetting our order and side eyeing us while serving our food. The hygiene here is also poor, utensils with multiple stains. The only good thing is the male employee working as the cashier who was nice to us and told us to sit and wait and the male manager here who apologised to us for keeping us waiting. However, food is actually pretty good, the sandwiches and baked rice is worth a try if you don't mind waiting half an hour to 45 minutes for your food.

Their sandwiches are quite nice but their kouign-aman is the worst that I have ever eaten at $4 per piece. Don't buy it! I also remembered many months ago, there was an Indian male staff that I ordered my pastries from. He put his whole hand into the pressed paper bag to open it wide to put the pastries inside. Really unhygienic!

Pathetic excuse for a cafe. In a nutshell; go spend your money at Starbucks or coffee bean. 0 star customer service - go retrain ur staff!! We all know the croissants have shrunk quite a bit. So I wanted to try something different. Ordered the seafood sandwich with their flat bread instead ( can’t remember the name of the bread ) oh my, the person who made my sandwich simply had no mood or what sia making it.. messy cut, and didn’t even put in tomatoes and I asked her where are the tomatoes… and she looked at me with a blank face ( u know that face - like hello Karen , don’t have tomatoes, we sold out, actually not really it was merely 11am I lazy to go to the back to get some more-face ) and I pointed to containers..excuse me there are cherry tomatoes… not satisfied, she simply dumped 3 tiny tomatoes and I had to tell her that I wanted one more and also add more pepper. Wah sian face. Cashier I asked u nicely , u all will send the food over to me right? She said nope, with that resting B face; customer pick up. I’m ok with that ; But then I saw how she served other people by delivering the food over. Eh wait, what’s with the non standardised customer service?Didn’t even give me any tissue.. Wah all self service .. not even a smile .. Muke macam nak kene smack tbh Food Was alright . Used to be better. Rising costs have made it such that they will serve the bare minimum amount of filling for ur sandwich. Do NOT bother asking for more. They used to put in a lot of sandwich filling at least 2 full scoops, but now only one I think. I’m paying 9 bucks for a sandwich, and what do u get .. a mediocre sad sandwich with tiny teeny tomatoes ; one sad lettuce and cucumber. Wow. Don’t bother feeling filled at this cafe. Cleanliness I had to remind the staff to clean the seats because the tables were dirty ( I wiped them myself), the seats had croissants crumbs all over and basically I am very doubtful of the cleanliness of the place . Retrain; recheck the staff on whether they are doing their due diligence! Buck up Delifrance! Your customer service really needs an overhaul!

Mushroom soup was served cold and curdled. Knew something was off when she handed me the soup at the cashier. Took it to my table and had one scoop and it was very cold. Like it just came out from the fridge. The kitchen staff kindly helped to heat it up but it unfortunately came back almost inedible. The water was separated from the curds and lumps and still cold… :( Can’t add a video on this review to show how watery the soup was.. Hope to see this improved for future visits!

Have not eaten for a long time. Taste is still as good. Service is good for this outlet as compared with some other outlets. I took the sandwich and topped up the set. Mushroom Soup was delicious with lots of Mushroom purees.

Ordered two pieces of Feuillete. Was told there was a promotion which 4 pieces going at $12. I decided to stick with two because I couldn't finish so many pieces too. Secondly, there isn't so much variety at the point of time I visited the branch at about 530pm. The service staff straightaway gave me the face and don't even bother to handover the products I bought to me, just left it on the counter. Otherwise, still the classic Delifrance, their Feuillete and croissant are so much better than PB or other well known cafe brands. Aside from the poor customer services, highly recommended Delifrance.

I wanted to pack water in the morning. I saw that the waiter was busy and there was a customer order. I waited for him, but I waited for a long time and he didn't have the consciousness to pay attention to me. He was busy with his own business and ignored me when I asked him. He didn't ask me at all. Service awareness, poor attitude,a girl is fat

I've made a mistake in Grab app, and the address was wrong. The staff and the manager were most patient and helpful in helping me resolve the problem which Grab's help chat was totally useless in resolving the problem. I still get my food warm and delicious. Thank you for your heart work.
