Have craving for fried chicken today been a long time since I had Popeyes. It have many brunches in SG. The taste was as usual still so good. Yummy 😋 today I find the fried mushrooms was good, still very juicy inside. Haha. The service was consider ok, as there are many delivery orders coming in to fulfil first. Although today I am not in a hurry.

Ordered dinner delivery on 9 Apr 2022.. the spicy cajun chicken burger meal comes with coleslaw and whipped potato.. its really satisfying to the tummy 😊

Ordered by delivery. Chicken came hot and crispy. Tasted good. Didnt like the garlic rice. No garlic flavour. But ok it tasted like how I imagined fast food rice to be.

Came here due to the promotion offered by the 42race app, it's an app that offers some discount if you run/walk for x km sponsored by dbs bank i think. Bit irony but anyways.. Ok food to be honest is average only. The discount was decent from $14+ down to $8.20 however my fiancée feels 2* only. I personally give respect to this outlet because they do hire.. and is compassionate. You will get what I mean if you visit, cheers. Remember respect.

Good fried chicken just a little overpriced, N the store at tampines 1 seem too small to commodate the crowds n the place smell of "oil"... After Ur foods, Ur whole body will smell "oily", will be better if the management could do something bout it... Foods wise is goods, fried chicken/ burgers etc, especially love their honey biscuits is a must eat ..

Have a very bad experience for our dinner at Popeye Tampines One here. Spoilt our mood on Sunday family day ☹️😟 The manager and the uncle staff show attitude and very rude to talk to us. We just want ordered a set of chicken meal with drumsticks and tight. How know when collecting is another part of chicken 😞😞 When I wanna check with them politely, they both show the attitude answer me no more chicken kitchen at close. Just take it can't change. We reach the 8.55pm, why the Popeye kitchen close so early, but usual time close at 10pm? Really disappointed 😞😞 about it .

Dear Popeyes Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Tampines One outlet in Singapore, as well as to acknowledge a positive aspect of my visit. During my visit, I specifically requested a ‘no ice’ option for my beverage and paid an additional charge for this preference. Unfortunately, the beverage was not filled to the full capacity of the cup, which was disappointing and felt unfair considering the extra payment. Furthermore, when I tried to address this issue with one of your staff members, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude, making it challenging to voice my concern. However, I would like to note that the situation took a positive turn when Manager Afreen intervened. She handled the situation commendably, ensuring that my complaint was taken seriously and addressed efficiently. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in a pleasant conversation greatly enhanced my experience. Afreen’s professionalism and customer-oriented approach are commendable and reflect well on your brand. While the initial part of my visit was unsatisfactory, Afreen’s intervention salvaged my experience, and for that, I am thankful. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of good customer service and the positive impact it can have on your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. They Popeyes management needs to do something about the ventilation of this outlet, the thick smell of fried oil is choking the whole level. It’s so effing disgusting.
