Went for dinner yesterday. When I opened up the chili sauce I found a miscellaneous insect leg inside the sauce. I know it’s not the staff’s problem but I just want to give them a feedback regarding this and get a new holder & new chili sauce packs. However, one of the staff was rude and said it’s not their fault, refused to give me new chili sauce packs and asked me to throw away the holder by myself instead. Bad experience to dine in there.

I and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Kentucky fried chicken one for one offer today. The staff were great. Very hardworking. The manager was especially accommodating although there were lots of people in queue. We are impressed with both the surprisingly tasty meal and the good service. Kudos to all. All the best!

5th October, I and my friends went to this kfc outlet and met Extremely rude service crew lady. Counter was close due to some problem. We were told yo use kiosk to order. Turned out, there was something wrong with our order and we went to the counter to request a cancelation of one extra cheese fries ($3) money is not the problem but we wouldn’t want to waste food. So this LaLa looked at us with a discerning face and next moment she was not even taking us seriously (talk to us while not looking at us, linda like ignoring us) We did asked nicely btw. Not once but twice, we have been treated badly with similar attitude problems. Super disappointed to see KFC standard dropped so much. Upsetting because it used to frequent here. 😢 I urge anyone else would not want to end your day badly… Avoid this outlet.

Its surprisingly not crowded regardless of the time of the day. I've experienced multiple rude customers here while queing but the staffs here seems to be prepared for it. Mostly older generations. The side wall seats although comfortable seems to be dirty. Unfortunately food wise KFC has deteriorated across the island. Plenty of other food options around this area.

Specify no ice for my order and still get a cup full of ice. 😠 The size of the mashed potato and coleslaw are smaller and coleslaw taste not as good

Staff is quite reluctant to serve customers for dinner at 10.25 pm. when the place is closed at 11.00 pm. At least 4 tables are occupied with customers at the time of attendance. The customer was told to sit whilst waiting at the counter to be served after making payments. End up, the customer has to get back to the counter to take the food.

Super lousy service. If can I won't even want to give a star. Order from kiosk, then we thank a seat n wait. But notice that the calling screen didn't appear my queue no. So continue to wait, but seeing others come later than me get their food. So decided to walk up n check with the staff. She look at 1 of the screen, can't see my order no, then she go to another screen to swipe back those previous order, then she told me is there, will prepare, so I wait again. Few more ppl after me get their food, then I decided to ask them again, this time round, they told me no more porridge, need to wait 20 minutes. I told them should give me first rather then those later than me. Then another staff came up n told me can refund if I don't want . So I decided to get the refund, cause I paid by credit card, so I needs to take about 3 to 4 weeks to get back ,is 14 days not including public holidays n Saturday n Sunday. So angry. During the whole time, didn't even say sorry or feel bad. Will never come to this branch again

ordered a meal at 9pm there were already very few people but still had to wait quite long for the food. service was so bad, didn’t give fork and tissue. cheese fries has so little cheese and mayo, the double down burger didn’t really have any sauce or cheese as well. Standard here is much worse than any other outlets.Then, I had a horrible stomach ache because of this meal, for sure it’s because of this and not any other food. I suspect the food isn’t clean or smth. There probably is hygiene issues here

Kiosk machine out of order, long Queue to order, end up crew telling me out of chicken need to wait atlease 1 hour for the chicken. What a joke KFC with chicken and the terrible service without informing guests in advance.

The good thing about this KFC is its spacious and has ample seating. That's it. I haven't had kfc for some time and decided to have it for lunch a week ago. Man, things have really changed! Chicken now much smaller and the only secret ingredient in the seasoning seem to be salt. The coleslaw was dry, no sign of the dressing. The cheese of the cheese fries tasted oily. Did not enjoy that meal. Today thought maybe I was mistaken that day and decided to give them 1 more chance and ordered takeaway. Wow, looks like I wasn't mistaken that day at all

Came by kudos to a voucher from shopee that offers 2 zinger meal at $11, and decided to come get it since we haven’t had KFC in years 👍🏻 Definitely a great deal although the meal was hardly filling, had to add another portion of medium fries (on offer too, at $1.10) to fill me up 🍟 Plenty of space in this outlet, definitely will be back if I’m looking for my yearly dose of KFC!

I went there multiple times to make sure I am not writing a biased review. Out of 10 times, only once they got my order correct. The cashier staff is super busy mending cashier and preparing the food. The manager sweeping the kitchen floor when it is busy period and not dictating the peak hour arrangement within her team. There are also 3 grab riders & 1 food panda rider waiting for their food for 30 mins when i arrived. Kitchen staff was mostly joking and laughing around.Food was absurdly slow and there was only 2 staff in the front to mend the cashier.Even after everyone pick up their trays, there are still food leftover on the floors and spilled water, none is being cleaned.I am guessing this is a management problem.

Worst outlet ever… I don’t know what is their problem Every single time we order from this outlet sure will key wrong order and missing item. I order through delivery Apps and you guys can miss out the order and still got the face to ask me go down and collect, if I can go down why the hell I would order delivery? Ask yourself does it make sense to you? Even for take away order through KFC apps, when there is less customer you guys also can key wrong.

Not sure if this is the practice in all KFC outlets. The store closed at 11pm according to their website, but to my surprise, the crew started flipping the chairs on those empty tables at 9:25 pm except my table so nobody would sit. I understand the pre-closing procedure, but I think you guys can do better in closing a section by putting up a signage. By the way, the crew also seems to be unapproachable, which is understandable as they might be tired from a whole day shift.

Its been a long time since i ate KFC.Today i decided to try out the 6 hot sauce & 2 soy garlic chicken.Not disappointed at all.Its so so good.Usually chicken standard drop but today its so good.The service is quick as well.
