If you don’t mind travelling a bit to this new eating place at JTC Bedok Food City, it is actually quite a pleasant place to dine. Make no mistake, the so called food city is a food manufacturing hub, and at the ground floor, there is this eating place with a few stalls. Among them, there is the famous Botak Jones. The quality of food is good as always and portion is generous. We enjoyed the beef burger and caesar fish salad very much. 👍🏻

Had my lunch at this outlet when I chance upon this new place Bedok Foodcity. Ordered the steak and they gave me a buzzer to let me know the food ready. The beef steak was tender and juicy. It came with coleslaw n lots of fries which couldn't finish. Overall the food quality is good.

Newly opened outlet at an industrial area. It's quite out of the place if you are not staying in the area, but there is a bus stop right outside. The food portion is very generous and for $11.75, my chicken burger comes with a huge portion of fries and baked beans. Taste-wise, the chicken burger and fish and chips were good and above average compared to the usual kopitiams and food courts. The place was not crowded on a Sunday evening and there were plenty of tables and seats around.

Ordered medium lamp chop at a Wed evening. It is tasty but 1. waiting time is about 15mins while no queuing; 2. the Reg portion is not big at this price. 吃不饱

Botak Jones is basically cheap but good. I like their side dishes, there are plenty to choose from. The quantity of food is good. The quality of food is B± The service depends on the time. Be prepared to wait if you come at peak times. The coffee shop itself is spacious and well ventilated.

Finally had botak Jones again after nearly 5 years.. Will still visit again for the nostalgia.. Cajun chicken : very good Lamb chop : tasty but very fatty, and was not cooked evenly. Across the 3 chops had doneness from well done to rare. The fat, which made up nearly half of the portions, could have been rendered better. The mushroom pepper sauce was awesome. Chilli fries : good Gumbo : nothing special Coleslaw : good Cheesy potato : seemed to have tasted better previously, was a bit bland. Could have been seasoned better.

Decided to try out after reading good reviews. Sadly nothing fantastic, the pricing don't justify the quality of the food. Salad no taste, fish too dry, burger too oily and Ribeye undercook. Most coffee shop western taste better than this. Will no return again.

Was so excited to find a Botak Jones near me! The Cajun Chicken portion was big and tasted just as good as I remember from years ago. There is also a lite version (smaller portion). The foodcourt looks new-ish, clean with big ceiling fans so it didn't feel too warm even though I sat at the alfresco area.

Very good steak and done as per requested which is medium and medium raw. The quality of ribeye is better than most coffeeshop western stall. Definitely must try

Cajun chicken tasted the same as it originally did many years ago. Other dishes tasted not as good as it originally did. There were no stuffed jalapeño.. which was disappointing. The cajun fries & mushroom soup were great as well.

Glad botak jones is back on the food scene. Always like their cajun chicken. They have up size, regular size and light eater size. For me light eater just nice for me. This location is convenient for me as it along my commute to work route by cycle

Good food! the cajun chicken was scrumptious as well as the chicken hotdog. Like the fries and my friend said that the salad with fish was tasty. Looking forward to come back again!

Nice, small but modern kopitiam situated within an industrial area. Waiting time was abit long, waited 40min for the mushroom soup and cajun chicken chop. Mushroom soup was nice and flavourful, had quite abit of mushroom and onion slices inside. Cajun chicken chop lived up to its standard. Will be back again.

Re-visited and it was a good one —————————————————————— Really nice clean joint but in our 2 visits … Cons : 1. Burger patty is cooked well done and pretty dry ? 2. Cod fish is really dry …. Pros : 1. Chips are still da bomb 2. Salad are really fresh and i so happy to gobble the freshly cut vegs (no nasty brown ends) Room for improvement

Secret spot for good Western food near Bedok Reservoir MRT - portions are very generous and served with speed and culinary pride. 2 portions of fries with Cajun chicken for $9 - you'll definitely feel full. The gumbo soup and chili are also worth trying. Looking forward to my next visit!

A bit ulu (out of the way), but still accessible by public transport. Most convenient would be by driving, but food is a solid 10/10. Got my usual black pepper chicken , Cajun fries and topped up for their triple cheese potato. Absolutely nothing to fault about the food whatsoever. Will definitely send you straight into tastebud heaven. Have patronised them on several times and food consistency is perfect as well. Due to the location, it’s abit quieter and less crowded, which is perfect if you’re looking to avoid crowds.

Had the lamb chops with sides of Cajun fries and mushroom soup. Dee-vine! Son had the gumbo. By Asian standards, I guess it was alright. He also had the Cajun chicken. It was really good.
