Well as Indonesian i can say the sambal is far away from its original taliwang sambal. But of course if original no singaporean will buy one, it’ll be too spicy. The chicken and the distinct taliwang flavour is okay 👍. It’s decent and will certainly come back. The service is friendly and warm 👍. Ow the nasi uduk is superb 👍👍. Over all it’s Recommended!! Pelecing changing will be a good addition.

Chicken and chilli were delicious with fragrant coconut milk rice. Friendly crews and so generous to give extra chilli. Both red and sweet sauce chilli are great but a bit spicy for me 😄.

Love the good variety of chicken flavours that you can match to the nasi lemak. Today i chose nasi lemak ayam kicap (soy sauce). Not to be mistaken with chinese soy sauce chicken, this version has a tinge of spicyness to it. Would be a better kick if its spicier. Not totally an authentic Indonesian version since it is not as spicy. Nasi lemak ayam sambal ijo (green chilly) is also a great choice besides the usual plain fried version. Although the chicken legs are grilled, they are still tender n juicy. Priced at $6.90, it is considered one of the cheaper halal food around this area.

Saw many good reviews & decided to give it a try over our usual haunt at Power Nasi Lemak at Square 2. I have forgotten to take photo of my Taliwang set so these photos are those from what my family also ordered - Chicken Fillet & Fish Fillet set. Chilli on Taliwang Chicken is really good & portion generous. I'm not a big fan of meats so the rice is really my priority in nasi lemak. It's decent but not excactly fragrant like a good nasi lemak nor does it tantalize the taste buds. So I guess it's really more for those whose priority is the chicken. Love the hospitality of the staff though!

The Ayam Tailiwan is delicious, served with fragrant coconut rice and spicy chili. It's just a friendly warning🤭 its pretty spicy🥵🥵 Go for it!!🙂
