Good meal in a box... The noodles not sure if there's msg but it tastes something with umami seasoning. It's good though. The shanghai rice was a little bit bland but I like it because I don't really like salty food. You can see how they prepare the food through the glass in the store. Will try other meal next time. It's convenient and fast takeaway meal.

Came here from Sengkang just to have my family's favourite chef (shortest guy named Amin or Amir...?) to cook for us. Unfortunately, they told us he's not around due to health problem. We had tried other chef to cook for us before, but the taste and texture very disappointed and NO wok hey at all! Just make sure if other chef cook for ur order can have the 'wok hey'. Only one can cook well here, others will be disappointed. Photos of our favourite chef taken few days ago by my mom 💗

Was there earlier today and i wanted to buy rice for my partner who said he has not tried Wok Hey before as a surprise. I tried to get the attention of the prep staff ( in glasses ) who was busy and the cook ( taller guy ) who was cooking. I asked the cook once he turned to look at me, again i asked the cook, he ignored me. So i called the prep staff to ask if i may order and he said he "told me just now to wait, right?". Maybe i was mistaken but i don't think he specifically opened his mouth to say, please wait. I decided to walk away and from the neighbouring kiosk where i was waiting to pick up my order, i can see the 2 of them in yellow tees talking and the shorter prep staff with glasses shook his head twice as if my reaction did not get his approval. I don't think i need his judgement. If you wanna speak about the customer, at least wait till the customer is out of sight to do it, please. I don't get this kinda attitudes at the branch at Hg Mall though so i know, it really depends on the crew.

Bought at 1st december and collected around 9.45pm. Rarely review but the counter staff deserves some review. When ordering it seems as though i owe him 10k. Ask him for chilli and went back with no chilli. Thanks for making my experience a memorable one! Cheers

Spoted Wok Hey in Paya Lebar Square, and since there's a queue there also with open kitchen food stall where you can see the cooking process, I decided to give it a try. I ordered Fresh Udon with Beef and Fresh Ramen with Prawn. When ordering, staff will asked whether you want the food served with Chilli or not (there's no additional cost for their Chilli). I used Chilli on both of the dishes, their Chilli is pretty nice but just isn't to my liking. In my opinion their Fresh Udon with Beef is pretty nice, however the beef kinda tough to chew, taste and portion wise it's pretty fulfilling. The same with their Fresh Ramen with Prawn, the amount of prawns is pretty good compared with overall dishes, taste and portion wise it's also pretty nice. For this visit to Wok Hey Paya Lebar Square, i'm gonna rate them 2.5 out of 5. For more info about foods, kindly visit asmunchkin on IG.

Bad service attitude Cooked with missing ingredients. Told the staff abt and they just throw in n fry another 10-15 sec. Once done. The staff tending the counter....went to the back to check handphone...left the cooked food unpacked.. Take own sweet time Bad service.

No wok hey and missing added ingredients. Ordered via pickup after work. Already sent in picture to the delivery partner on missing paid for ingredient. A petite female Chinese National was cooking the meal. She looked quite stressed. Food tasted worse than a home cook. Food placement a bit messy despite being in a box. Price not justified. Food quality not there at all. Ordered beef this time instead of prawns as prawns are visibly uncleaned. However, unfortunately, the food is not worth recommending to tourists and friends. Customer service from counter was okay. Will try to avoid wok hey if possible despite its convenience and giving it a try again. Sad sad after tasting the food here. XO

Ordered pickup for my egg fried rice without waiting is more convenient...enjoy while its hot, tasty n rice chewy😋NDP box looks pretty👍

My one star is only for their seasoned prawn egg fried rice. Everything else about this outlet is just horrid. Cooks are ALWAYS slacking, taking their own sweet time, TALKING mostly, checking their phones. And mind you this happened during dinner peak period (as seen in the photo below, no one’s cooking at all). Customer service is very very lacking, staff looks blur and unsure of what he’s doing. Probably needs more training if it’s a newbie. I would recommend this place only if you have 45 minutes of time to spare (that’s the average waiting time during peak period) or come during the odd hours. Also wanna casually add that the food quality and taste isn’t consistent, depending on which cook you got and their mood (apparently).

Food is good as usual but the counter guy with black frame specs, your attitude is like shxt. When I asked for chopsticks as it's not given together with my food, the spec guy look at me with me his poker face. Never say sorry/ thank you at all

Ordered fried rice with prawn during non-busy period but the inattentive staff cooked the fried rice with chicken. Cannot do the simplest thing right. :(((((((

The prawns have shrunk to 1/4 of its original size??? IM SO SAD... please bring back your old prawns!!!
