Ordered the 2 person set meal. Chicken was fantastic and freshly fried, fried buns were nice. Fries portion was quite small and the mashed potatoes had too much potato and not enough sauce. Really loved the chicken though.

Love the chicken since 20 yes back...but the aircon extremely cold here, chicken tuen cold easily but is nice to chill compare to outside hot and humid weather. Chicken I still prefer spring chicken more juicy. Love their coleslaw too

Size - rather small pieces. Quality - crispy and very flavourful on the outside. No taste on the inside. The seasoning did not get into the chicken. Value for money - NO. No, I would visit again!

Ordered the fish and chips at $10.60. Got to say the price is not competitive. Waiting time is slightly long as most people order chicken set meals. Overall, the fish and chips taste not bad, but not to the extend of exciting.

Standards dropped. Why? Fries sloggy And cold. Chicken not hot when serve. All these compared with branch at City Plaza and Tampines. Managment should mointor the standards. Thanks

Fried chickens were not too oily. Fries were good - crispy on the outside and mushy potatoes insides. Overall, a decently good meal albeit higher price. Restaurant environment can be improved - didn't feel very clean.

The chicken is crispy and not too oily. Waited a short while after ordering despite been a PH today but the mashed potato is lose out to kfc.

A small restaurant with good fried chicken. We had 2 piece meal and 1 whole chicken to 3 of us. Too much in my opinion. If you plan to eat in, do go earlier as it is crowded. Whole chicken is best to eat it once it comes out. It is crispy and juicy. I didn’t like the chilli and the fries is disappointing. The coleslaw is quite decent. Enjoy!

Have a sudden craving for chicken and visited Arnold’s. Fried Chicken was tasty, however the chicken parts were relatively small given their price point. The coleslaw is refreshing and the other sides were acceptable. For a price of $13, including a soft drink. It’s really on the high side. Fries was served cool. Chicken was piping hot but seem to be come smaller. But at least the potato platter is back! Service was quick and prompt. Atmosphere reeks of oil and it affected the dining experience.

Requested the parts for drumstick and thigh as I don’t take breast meat and they fulfilled. Overall food served was piping hot. Great improvement from the last visit.

The best fried chicken!! Absolutely delicious. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Even the breast meat was soft and juicy. The coleslaw is very good too. However, the cleanliness of this outlet is not that good. Tables are not wiped regularly and floors are not clean.

My favourite place for spring chicken. Lost count the number of times I have had the spring chicken here. Only order the spring chicken and nothing else except drinks or some sides to go along. Standard is consistent truly the many years. Service here is alright and it gets crowded easily during dinner and the kitchen has to handle both delivery orders and dine-in customers.

This outlet is located at Hougang branch. This Arnold Chicken I have eaten since young and the taste still the same and good! Will definitely try again if I’m craving for the chicken again…
