The quality of the food at this outlet has been extremely poor, for as long as I can remember. These are the tenders. This is also the curry rice box. BARELY ANY CURRY. Disappointing. Do not recommend people to come here. The PizzaHut RIGHT BESIDE has much better service and quality of food.

Spit on it...chicken size shrink..ordered set don't even bother to give cup.. and also no spoon given ..SVC never change for the past 3 years since I visited... This KFC outlet here is famous for their missing item trend..do check Ur take away before leaving or the meal will spoil your entire day...

We had tried Kentaro and chicken skin.... not so WOW as we thought. Kentaro is heavy and gets real messy after a while as the structure disintegrated. Chicken skin is crispy and contain a free meat. Seems chicken skin still taste better with the chicken. The skin itself becomes “bland” without the meat. Overall, the original 2 pcs chicken meal is still the best. Updated: Shoyu chicken best flavor for 2020, spicy and hinge of Shoyu...even the breast meat was flavored well.

staff is really freindly and order was correct. chicken is nice, as expected from the signature fried chicken at KFC. It's a newly renovated store so everything is nice, clean and contemporary with various choices of seats. Very comfortable place to sit and drink coffee or whatever

KFC is KFC, nothing spectacular, just a normal fast food chain. Decent fried chicken, standard taste if you've had it before. Just to note that this review is specifically for this outlet. The service can sometimes be horribly slow. Even when you order in advance through the app and give it a good 20 minutes before coming, high chance that you'll still be waiting. Also do check your orders if you have take-out as few times I've had my order wrong before. Other than that, the place is nice if you're dining in.

Monday 26 June I was trying to redeem this meal voucher at KFC Ang Mo Kio about 6pm+ . When they scanned the voucher, they said it has been used. Outright ridiculous! Any used voucher will be collected by the restaurant. If it has been used, how can it still be with me? Kindly explain…

Got my meal only at 825pm because the staff refused to carry my order from the prep area to the counter. I asked a malay lady on duty to help me check my order and she just stared, ignored me and walked away. So what do you expect me to do? Look at my meal which is sitting at the prep area while the other customers can continue carrying their orders from the counter? As a result, my order is cold when i took it because it was out in the open. Poor service.

What in the actual kentucky Fried ChickenK is this? $9 plus for a 2 piece meal with this sizing. Guys just buy western shop fried chicken wings for $1.50 each instead. Con fast food artist.

I’ve dined at almost every KFC outlet in Singapore and I can confidently say that this outlet is the best. Every time that I dine here, the food is always fresh and hot doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Kudos to the team for keeping up with the quality of food and service!

We ordered a 8 piece chicken set, however, the waitress was quite rude to us, and told us roughly to wait at the side while they prepared the meal. By the time we opened the packet, we were quite surprised when we only found 6 pieces (excluding the a piece of spicy chicken), it seems that the waitress did not give us our per normal 8 piece meal and instead only gave us 7 pieces in total. I am afraid I have to give quite a low ranking for this specific KFC shop.

Not very sanitary. The paper receipt was in box with the chicken. And it was open. Had to go back to ask for tape. The machine also couldn't print the receipt. Hope i won't get a stomachache....

One of the worst kfc I've dine at. The staffs are all like zombies, customer service is non existent, one lady with a headscarf and spectacles completely ignored me when I ask here how long more I have to wait, even giving that dull face. if she dont want to work anymore then resign. don't piss people off with her dead vibes and incompetancy to do simple orders. Management needs to terminate people like this if they want their business to run better.

We ordered through the app and wanted to pickup. It was quiet, very few customers. We were standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes just to tell them we wanted to pickup, a staff just ignored us completely when we tried to call her. Only one person was ordering at that time and already served by another staff, but no others helped her with other customers.
