Fast service. Great Food. Had the chicken burger, which was appealing and goes together nicely with the cheese fries (a bit spicy). Very affordable. The menu had lots of variety. Do come early to avoid the peak crowd since it's located at Food Junction (Level 4). The soft drinks option is available, too. I only had the Tangy Chicken Burger Meal. With the chesse fries and using the coffee shop card, the total was $7+ only. Will definitely come back for more.

Burgs @ Lot One (located in Food Junction) is a great place to grab a burger and some sides. Their classic cheese burger is definitely worth trying. The burger patties were smoky, gamy and juicy, and the cheese added a nice creamy texture to the burger. It was a simple but classic combination that worked really well together. If you're looking for something to share, their chilli cheese fries are a good option. The fries were a little on the soggy side (can't be helped unless the chilli cheese sauce is not poured over the fries), but the fusion-style chilli cheese sauce made up for it. It had a nice spicy kick to it and was well-suited to Asian tastes. To wash it all down, the Black Lemonade was a great choice. It provided a refreshing balance to the rich food, and had a unique black color and "herbal" taste that made it stand out. Overall, Burgs @ Lot One is a great spot for a casual meal, and their classic cheese burger is definitely worth trying.

I was craving for this after I tried at VivoCity last year but lot1 branch is within the food court not a stand-alone shop. The service was quite slow. It was after meal peak hour around 8+pm and still need to Q like 10 min. There was only one staff taking orders and making burgers. Quite strange. There’s no other option for the fries except truffle Parmesan at that hour. The fries were tasty and cheese nice but it was like lukewarm. So quite oily. I don’t think it’s justified to top up $1.90 after adding $4.90 for set meal (for fries and drink combo) for just some Parmesan cheese flakes. The burger taste is nice, the bun is soft and flavor a bit spicy but the patty is not big enough. Like half the bun there’s no patty but only bread. Different from what I remember at VivoCity when I ate this. The patty was also quite sinewy like a lot of tendon or cheap cut ground into the meat patty. The whole combo meal with “premium” upgrade of truffle fries cost $15. For food court it’s seriously expensive. Considering the atmosphere , curt & slow service, quality and everything, I don’t think it’s worth the price. Although it was filling, taste wise , portion, price and service , it was quite disappointing for me. I don’t think I would eat this again. At least not in lot 1.

I'm usually not one to complain about food but I just had to write a review after my experience with this burger place. I've eaten here before and enjoyed it but today something was different. The burger was not tasty. It was very oily and had a weird consistency. The amount of oil in this burger was unbelievable and the taste of the meat was strange. Almost fishy. I took two bites and walked away. A $16 burger should taste much better than this and the quality of the meat should be high. Hopefully they can improve.

1st time to order from Burgs & ordered a Burgs Classic Cheese Burger Double, with set of a drink & fries & boost my side to Black Lemonade & Cheesy Chilli Fries add Coke Zero as we are sharing the meal. Burger was juicily delicious but was expecting the Cheesy Chilli Fries with stringy cheese not just cheese sauce and we should have shaken the bottle 1st before consuming the Black Lemonade because the was a quite thick residue of black colouring on the bottle's bottom. Overall, the portion was a good size & enjoyed the burger so much

Decided to try the burger here after giving the one at Dover ago. It was... terribly disappointing tbh. I got the regular beef bacon cheeseburger and it was so oily? I felt like I was going to get a heart attack just from eating this - I couldn't stomach it halfway through. And the fries were just as bad - stale, dry and frankly not worth the top up at all. Honestly expected better.
