The Burger King here was quite good but nothing that special, came during the morning so I tried their breakfast menu, had their “Croissan’wich” burger with some hash browns and a drink to top it all of. The Croissan’wich was quite good and the hash browns were juicy and all of that for like $5, definitely a steal. While this place is nothing special, if you just want a simple burger and fries, you can go over to Burger King.

Ordered to takeaway 9piece nuggets. The nuggets were served cold! (Not even a slightest bit of warmth, we thought it was raw that kinda cold). We went back for an exchange and guess what, one staff told another staff to just re-fry it -.- so what we’ve gotten in the end was severely over fried nasty oily disgusting nuggets that’s only hot on the outside BUT STILL COLD IN THE INSIDE. Cmon la !!!!!!! 🤯🤢😓😓😓😓😓 banning this outlet for sure. Now we know the reason for a cold and almost empty restaurant on a Sunday dinner night timing.

Here on a weekday morning for breakfast.. So it was not crowded, and I get served hot food.. Hot Mocha was surprisingly acceptable.. Mushroom Swiss Omelette Platter Meal was decent, though not something to rave about. As you can probably tell, I'm here with low expectations. It's been a long time since I've had breakfast st BK, so I wanted to hazard a try. Not too bad.. I've always wondered why BK is always relatively quieter than the other fast food joints. Guess issues arise when the joints are generally understaffed?

3 stars because my Westen Whopper were never served hot. Not even warm most of the time. But I'll still prefer BK over McDonald's.

Burger and patties are nice, especially the char grilled patties. Nice and spacious restaurant especially with the current COVID regulations, which only vaccinated patrons can dine in. Only caveat is that the ketchup and chilli sauce came in very small packets, have to get extra packets as it is definitely not enough to dip, even if you do not upsize your fries.

Came at 8.40pm, the wait was insanely slow and painful for a fast food restuarant. Food came at 9.06 ish pm? Store seems understaffed (Only saw 3 of them), and the crew seems to have resigned to it as they go about preparing the items slowly, oblivious to the patrons waiting. Delivery orders seems to be priortised first and staff seems to be unable to 'stop' online orders although they were already moderately swarmed. Probably not a 'fast food' option anymore, at least not this outlet.

Ordered the double Angus mushroom swiss, disappointing. Somehow less flavor than the regular mushroom swiss. Had to eat it with 3 packs of chilli... Cheese fries slightly soggy, normal. The mango ice cream is not bad, real slice of frozen mango. But expensive at $3.50 for essentially 1/3 of a mango. Service to quite, about 15 min wait. Guess cuz they have many online orders at the same time.

Mango stick was quite good and not artificial. However quite steep for the price as it’s just 1/3 of the actual mango. Burger King has self service kiosk which makes ordering more hassle free.

I ordered takeaway via FoodPanda. On 31August they left out my 2 fries when i ordered 2 meals. Luckily FoodPanda compensated me. What irked me was that the Iced Lemon Tea tasted weird. I've bought dispensed H&E Iced Lemon Tea from elsewhere and it tasted fine. This tasted fermented and like cough medicine. I thought it was a one off thing. Today, 1st September, i ordered Iced Lemon Tea again. It had that fermented taste as well. Me thinks the dispenser has not been properly cleaned or it's just a bad batch?

Paid for double Whopper but was given single whopper. I tried to check but there no indication on the packing and I didn't wanna open the burger as it's not for me. So I just left and hope that it's correct. Last time we ordered whopper and came home to a Whopper Jr. The restaurant wasn't even crowded or busy when I placed my order and still this kind of mistake 🤦🏻♀️

Avoid! I hope my experience is a rare outlier, but this was the worst fast-food I've had. The order was finally ready after 15 minutes. The chips and onion rings were already at room temperature. Most of the tables were sticky and strewn with crumbs. Uncle wasn't really in the mood to be on top of the cleaning, all the more surprising as the place is maybe 1/3 capacity. I'll clean it myself, then. The tray had the drinks, but no drinking straws. Food, but no serviettes. Overall, underwhelming. The so-called fast-food scene has changed, but this one is the final nail in the coffin for me. Thanks, BK Compass Point. Not fast, not cheap, small servings (except for the generous cup of carbonated diabetes on the rocks), poor service. Enter at your own risk. My attempt to take a walk down memory lane for nostalgic reasons was ill advised.

Service is quite fast and food is okay. But management may want to look into the severe noise pollution: 1. Staff has to shout out whichever order is ready - 4045!! 2. The chairs are noisy when being shifted. All legs of chair do not have any rubber/plastic. Both these noises make the dinner experience a bad one. Constantly noisy…
