ordered a few times at this outlet and the quality of the food never fails~ the staff will take extra care to make sure that the order you got is correct(even during peak hour, from my previous experience) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 service wise, both ladies were patient, friendly and quick in serving! the lady at the cashier is always very enthusiastic and friendly HAHA 😊😊😊

As a frequent customer of stuff’d, have to say this outlet is one of the better organised one with very efficient staff. Even though many ingredients were out today, the staff remained friendly and generous with the toppings. Thank you and keep up with this great service 👍

Gud fud, I frequent them for their daily bowls which are easy to order and take away. Staff are usually calm and efficient even during peak dinner crowds, may have some occasional hiccups with new timers but nothing big. Good work especially for May, very friendly and always see her stepping out to control the queue and let patrons know where to stand and wait for chicken to restock. Helps the queue to move faster. Generous with her serving as well (: Only gripe is the price increase ): Harder to make my daily bowl a daily bowl

First try which is pretty good - order chicken kebabs and beef daily bowl through FoodPanda delivery with $4 off deal so the price sum up to the same as purchasing in-store. The food came warm and relatively quick (perhaps I’ve avoided the peak hour at 3pm). Well packed and in order as per my order selection. Though I feel that it could be better if they are more generous on the sides. It’s hassle free though and satisfying so am definitely giving another try on other food on the menu.

Truely disappointed.. Service is good, but portions are horrible.. Just bought a $9 chicken quesadilla, which was 278g.. not even remotely close to what it should be. Food seems to always be rationed recently. Unlikely to purchase again.

Really disappointed. Request for more veggie and sauce but it seem that they don’t care about remark. They didn’t really put any sauce at all. How to eat in this kind of situation. Paid so much to get this kind of standard. I can DIY myself with the money paid.

Usually pretty standard but got a terrible experience today. The lady at the sauce station doesn’t seem to know how to operate a sauce bottle, takes forever to squeeze. When it was finally my turn, told her homey mustard and mayo cucumber but somehow ended up with wasabi sauce. Entire bowl ruined. Really slow and unaware staff.

Updated on 4th Jun: Went 2days later and surprisingly saw a new scale. Fast response and good improvement Will continue to support --------- Portion is lesser and lesser since last month, and not even meet their weight (almost 90% won't meet). First a few times cashier give me a bowl of mashed photo or corn to make up. Then later cashier will pretend he didn't notice the weight and and I'll weight again and told him it's not enough, he then asked if I ordered "all veg", I said yes but he still checked with aunty to confirm if my order came with all veg. Then give a bowl to make up. But today, I felt the KEBAB won't be enough as I'm a frequent visitor so I can agak agak tell the weight. It showed 300g+ BUT I WEIGHTED AT HOME it's ONLY 268g!!! (my kitchen scale is the same as their weight for past orders. Yes I weighted evrytime cos it's fun for me to know how much I was given) Understand Stuff'd wanna save cost and make profits but how come you play tricks with your customer?

For my 5 toppings, i selected 2 toppings and requested remaining 3 to be additional mashed potato and it was totally ignored for my grab order. Even the one serving of mash potato is also pathetic. How ridiculous!

Visited this outlet a couple of times already. The staff there I encountered were friendly and patient. Personally feel they could have given more portion wise but the food is generally fresh and tasty. One suggestion I have is to display the names of the vegetables/carbs that can be chosen since it was confusing what is what.

Update 1: The management reached out to me after reading my review and assured me of better quality control in future. They also issued a QR code to redeem 2 kebab wraps, which I'm yet to redeem. The fact that the management followed up shows that they care about their reputation. So, I'm updating the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Original Review: They have a minimum weight requirement of 280g for Kebab wrap but this particular outlet tends to stuff veggies to make up 80% of the weight and skimp on chicken. The quantity of chicken is always very little at this outlet and it feels like a veggie wrap. It has happened multiple times in the last few months. That’s why I decided to post this review today. Today the wraps were grilled for exactly 10 seconds each. They were cold inside out. Really disappointed. The portions and service standards are on the way down as far as this outlet is concerned. I’m unlikely to patronize them again. I hope the management takes note.

So stingy on the portions now despite increase in price. Look at the amount of black beans they gave for one portion and the eggplant only gave 3 pieces. Mind you the photo is untouched and I have not started eating. Seriously?

Update 2: I went to redeem the 2 complimentary wraps and had an even worse experience. One of the staff grabbed something to eat, then immediately spit it out into her hands with gloves on, and then threw it into the bin, and came back and started to serve again using the same gloves. It was gross and very unhygienic. Also, one of the wraps was underweight again. I reported it back to their customer support, but this time, they didn't seem very serious about addressing the issue. I used to buy Stuff'd very frequent but realised that recently the portion has been getting lesser and lesser that it has become so pathetic. Not worth $9.10 for this box of dinner.

Serving portions are PATHETIC. Total weight is HALF of what I got at their waterway branch at the same price. Don't buy from this branch. Updated to post the picture; for $10.30 you get a PATHETIC serving of 3 cucumbers, like 30 pieces of corn etc. Like. I don't even think thats a table spoon of corn. This is a massive joke.

I used to love this place. Value for money. Great service. And they were generous with the portion. Well, at least the salad bowl is one bowl. Now, salad barely covers the base. When u can count the slices of onions and tomatoes, and purple cabbage, u know soemthing is wrong!!! And the whole salad bowl is not half filled. And your prices kept going up. Disappointed!!! Last week, due to long takeaway orders, the staff also let me stood there for at least 5mins, serving me only after I asked if they intent to serve me??!! Patience doesn't pay in this case. 😕 Perhaps cut the stickers and actually give us the deserved portions?
