I give it a five star rating because I don’t have issues with my simple order. Just wondering that if I need to customise my order, can I tell the staff after I ordered or I need to order at the counter. The order machine was simple to use as a first timer. There was minimum interaction with the staff. The order was a bit slow but not too bad. I have always like KFC and the way they did the chicken and potatoes. The potato set I had was great and value for money at $5.

The staff were friendly but I think they need to know the menu better. If you see the pictures, I ordered a “my box” and chose the honey chicken wings. Per the menu, it states I get 4 wings. But the box only had 3. Number of sweet and spicy drumlets were correct.

Very quiet place to dine in, lots of empty seats, hassle free with easy to use kiosk plus friendly staff. Should give free vouchers for every $10 purchase to attract customers

We placed our order at about 8.50pm but were informed by the staffs that they do not have much chicken left on the shelf(but we saw many crispy chickens) and were going to close soon. After we chose whatever they have left in the store, we waited till 920pm for our meal. It was a long wait because of one cheese fries. They could have given the other ready order first.

Just OK. Food is OK. But place look shady and dark. The self order kiosk both no internet, had to go counter to order and none of the staff seems to care also. So so service. Not bad but also don't care attitude. But I'm OK with this place. Just OK. Many mentioned they always do order wrongly and it happened in front of my eyes. Someone ordered tea and get coffee... So is true. Pls CHECK your orders before leaving

Will I come back? Probably not. I haven't had KFC is years and thought I would give their new cereal chicken a try but I was disappointed. The taste was lacking because the flavours were only on the outside unlike some tze char where the taste permeates the meat as well. Cheese fries portions have also gotten smaller. I think the food at KFC has deproved over the years. The staff were really nice though. What I also like about this place is they have a sink within the restaurant so I don't have to go to the toilet to wash my hands.

I will say this, if we look aside from the low crowd numbers/unbusy period, the food is still excellent. In fact, i ate here numerous times in 2014, and today i say i won't hesitate to come back since the taste standard has not at all dropped. Note I ordered a Zinger meal, fresh patty and fries were my experience but i did not get the KFC(chicken), so this review is one-sided.

The food is served cold , not warm as I have expected for dining in. The chicken , the fries , wedges all had turn cold and tasteless. The dine in area is sticky with sauce stains left by previous dine in customers. I will never come back . However, the staff at the counter serving me are very polite and helpful .

We have waited at the restaurant for 30 mins, no food still. If you can’t serve within certain time frame, the restaurant should stop taking order. As simple as that.

slow service. ordered at 6.10pm. no one was getting any food for 10 minutes. at 6.40pm i still have not received my food. how is 30mins wait time for food acceptable? It is UNACCEPTABLE! the system needs to be relooked. i should not be waiting 30+minutez for 2 orders.

Terrible experience. New manager Tom Bui decided that bringing a slice a bread for my daughter to eat with salty KFC is illegal and we are bringing “sandwich” to his KFC…despite buying 3 x 3 piece meal with 3 upgrades of coleslaw to medium, buying extra fries, cheese fries and sweet potatoes fries at $48 plus I have eaten this branch for years and supported it through COVID but being treated as a cheapskate using KFC to have outside food is insulting. Worst the place is now very kid unfriendly when you cannot bring in some food for your child. Worst, there is no place to lodge your feedback other than google review

Food Counter Service is nice. I really want to report one uncle working as a cleaner or something at Thomson Plaza outlet. The first time I came to this outlet and I saw this uncle spitting on the floor at the entrance of the shop. Then, I turned around that time. I attempted second time and I found this uncle blew his nose loudly and continuously and I lost the desire to continue eating. Then, I avoided going there for weeks. Today, I went there, I saw that uncle walking around my table even from the time I start having my meal there, and in the middle of eating, he came and asked me if I'm done and he wanted to bring my tray full of foods to the bin. I'm already out of patient. But I just replied "not yet". Then, he walked to another table and stand there while the group is enjoying their meal. KFC is the only fast food chain at Thomson Plaza, no McDonlads nearby. But, even no other choice, I will never ever go there again. Everytime, it makes me lost my appetite, not by taste of food, just by manner of this uncle.

Went twice. first time ordered takeaway, made the mistake of not checking my items before leaving. They missed out a whole burger. Second time, waited 20mins after ordering and still not ready. Went to ask and they forgot my order. Don’t think will revisit.
