Placed pick up order online, put next waiting time 15 mins but i get it by 5 mins, great. All order complete and the counter indian lady still teach a uncle to dl kfc app so get cheaper deal, great to help ppl saving

Waited 25minutes for a takeaway order. Service staff did not bother to acknowledge nor attend to the queue, and were just slowly packing takeaway orders. What kind of "fast food" experience did I just get...🤦🏻

Ordered KFC delivery advance order. The timing set at 12 pm. They outsource the delivery to food panda and the rider just tossed it in front of my office at 11 30am. No call or notification. There's literally a intercom there but don't bother to even ring it. Called kfc at 12 pm asking about my order. They just mention it should be somewhere there you wanna search around. Finding out my order has been delivered at 11 30 and sitting out in front of my office for 35 min without anyone attending to it. If I wanted cold chicken I couldve ordered kfc yesterday. Disappointing experience and no ownership of fault, keep pushing to the food panda guy. If I didn't call and ask I would've never had know my order was delivered. Horrible service, the kfc staff at bedok didn't even offer to replace it. Just keep saying they will feedback to foodpanda. What is that gonna do to help my food. Its still cold.

DO NOT TRUST this establishment! Eat at your own risk. Some staffs are poorly trained and lack integrity. Ordered Zingger burger, item received was smash sideways, funny looking, more like subway sandwich, buns were aircond chilled as well. Whipped potatoes were crushed and stained with dry and fresh overflow spillage, container were tapped to one side from blunt force. Drink and fries were redacted of foreign matter. Cashier service quality does not meet expectation and insulting. Attach some pictures for a thousand words.

Had a very bad experience at this kfc outlet I ordered a meal with drinks and to my surprise I saw a bug in my drink and asked the guy and once again they gave me another drink but they still have a bug in the drink had a very bad experience don't have a image I order a bigger meal

Went for a take out order. Hidden in a corner of HDB shop houses helps, there was no queue. Staff were efficient in taking orders preparation for take away. Small sitting capacity, which didn't bothers me.

Visited on the second day of cny, the service staff(Malay lady) at the counter was very friendly. Accidentally ordered the wrong item and she helped me to void it. However, the manager was terrible. The service staff was abit pulled back to approach him to get his card to void the order (explains hounapproachable he is). I received the wrong order (requested for drum and thigh but received chicken wing and breast)…. when I went back to the shop, the service staff saw me n tried to assist me immediately despite the crowd. When she heard from me that it’s the wrong order, she apologised, informed the manager about it and asked for permission to replace a new one for me. And guess what did the manager said? ‘You don’t know what’s our service protocol? Just tie it and put it at the back’. That’s all I heard from him, the manager. And yes, he knew I was there listening but he just said it. I believe that the manager is supposed to uphold the quality and standards of service delivered right? But he told his staff off in front of all the customers when all she did was just to inform him about the issue. I’m pretty disappointed by the wrong order and the manager. Customers doing takeaway shouldn’t be opening all their boxes to check their orders. and honestly, I felt that the service staff had better customer service than the manager. This is the 5th time I’ve received the wrong order from the same ever outlet.

Ordered the 5 piece Buddy Meal via Grab delivery and I was pretty impressed by how different it tasted from the New Upper Changi Road outlet. (In a good way. Haha!) It came nicely packed and the chicken pieces and tenders were piping hot and crispy as it should be. The french fries were hot and crispy too. Just simply delectable! I will definitely order from this outlet again if I were to crave for KFC!

My first time in the restaurant, thoguh i had walked past it many times, it will be my last. Went on a weekday afternoon. Around 3-4pm. Almost no customer. But with 3-4pax standing at the counter. None of them attended to me when I stood at the counter. After a few mins, when I tried to order, seeing I was holding a phone, asked me to order from the app, instead of ordering from them 😒 Food was served hot and fresh. Chicken was juicy. But the fries was bad, over frief that's its dry and hollow. When I was looking for a table, the experience dropped immediately. Food crumps, stains were found on many tables and chairs. Floor was dirty as well. Air-conditioning was weak, it was warm inside the restaurant.

Went there for breakfast and the staff there were very courteous and welcoming. Made my morning great. Kudos to the Asst Manager (sorry cant recall the name.. starting w M.. Mukesh?).

We were served by a very nice lady, Tina today. While we were still trying to figure out which KFC set serves our family, she promptly suggested a set that gave us the best value without us asking her. When our order arrived late, she took initiative to serve it to our table. I was really impressed with her attentiveness to details and going beyond her duties. it really makes our dining experience a pleasant one.

I helped my bf to order kfc in grab from this particular branch and after 1 hour plus he got spoil food...what on the earth if I give you that type of damn food would you mind to eat it.if you cannot do a fresh and proper service then close the damn merchant in grab. When visiting this outlet, don't anticipate fast-food efficiency. The service provided by the lady server was not only rude but also inefficient. From taking orders to food collection, it was a complete mess. Despite placing my order correctly, it was keyed in wrongly, and even the change was given incorrectly. This unfortunate scenario repeated itself on two separate occasions during my visits. If the outlet lacks 5 cents change, it would be wise to simply remove items priced at that denomination from the menu. During my first encounter with this issue, I had to wait for some time to receive my 5 cents change, only to be informed that they had run out of it. Considering the location's demographic, which includes many seniors, it's essential not to inconvenience them with such discrepancies. Although today's incident occurred again, I opted to overlook it due to time constraints. Moreover, regular customers find themselves scrutinizing their orders upon collection due to receiving incorrect items. My intention in providing this feedback is not to criticize or insult anyone but to raise awareness. I hope that corrective measures or additional training can be implemented. In summary, if you're seeking a pleasant KFC experience, this outlet might not be your best choice. Personally, every visit serves as a reminder of why I prefer not to return... no offense intended.
