Ordered via Foodpanda and my order was wrong. I asked for extra ingredient but it was not given at all. The veggies I asked for were not given but instead, I got tomatoes which I did not ask for. Bread was so dry. unpleasant experience.

My worst experience ever ordering food. The Malay auntie was so damn attitude, so impatience. From ordering the bread, meat selection, veg selection. Her attitude is just bad, still ordering me not to use hand pointing the veg, she cannot see. If you have problem or unwilling to work, please just stay at home. Ruined my Friday!

ordered using foodpanda and the whole order was wrong supposed to be one one honey oat bread and one multi grain bread but what we got was both multi grain , even worse we only received 2 cookies when we supposed to have 2 each for each meal and one of the drink that I top up money for was not even given

The 1st frontliner, a Filipino staff Andoy is very patient, polite n fast worker. He addresses customers as sir, ma'am and when he cannot hear them properly, he will stretch his head n put his hand to cover the back of his ear in order to listen carefully. I respect his ability n patient, despite long q n busy, he still uphold himself with pride in his work, serve with professionalism n with a smile 👍 thumbs up n appaluse to him n his shift team workers 🌻

Very slow and inefficient service. Missed out on veggies and I had to carefully remind them. Avocado looked watery and gross so I did not order.

Really bad place to eat food. I ordered a normal veggie delight without tomato. I got the tomato! I don’t like tomatoes. I understand the hassle but I mean I specifically stated that I didn’t want tomatoes. The cookies were hard and not at all round. I really disliked that it was rock hard. I love the softness of the subway cookie which was missing.

Came here for the breakfast. Ordered a Italian bread with Bacon. The younger staff asked if i would like to have a cookie or hash brown and i chooses the hash brown. She then asked if want a coffee or tea. I told her i would like tea. She then asked if i want latte. I told her tea is good as i dont take coffee or milk. Then the older staff that is making my sub told me that latte will have to pay extra. When i was paying, i just realised that they charged for hash brown and tea. Its been awhile since i tried their breakfast and i thought it was $6+. But with the added hash brown and tea i have to pay $8.9. The staff should have told me that hash brown and tea is not included in the $6+ deal. And the way they asked as if its included is very misleading. The advertisement on the board is not clear too. The bread is heated and the portion of vegies are good. Breakfast bacon only came with one streak of bacon….overall food is fresh and good. But Subway have to train their staff better and modify the advertisements to be not misleading.

Honestly had nothing to complain about the service or atmosphere. But the sandwich wrapping was horrible. My avocado and tuna fillings leaked out and leaked all over the bag.

I had a honey oat bread pizza melt. The veggies were not that fresh and the bread was so hard it was clearly at least a day old. Not really something you expect from subway.

The person who made my sandwich is nelu, super nice. Most times i order food at any place with customisation, i have bad hearing so i am scared the people there will get annoyed with me for not answering their question properly or asking to repeat, but for the first time i didnt feel scared and i feel wayy more comfortable to make my order. She gave me suggestions for cheaper meals for my convenience and was overall super cool and fun. I havent eaten the food yet but i know its going to be amazing, as always.

Just bought a takeaway sub and was asked at the counter if I would like cookies or drinks. I requested for 2 cookies. After I boarded the bus, I realized there was an empty cup in my carrier. If it's a meal top up with a drink and cookies, why don't they make it clear and why would the empty drink cup be dumped along with my takeaway bag instead of passing it to me to self fill it up! Such poor service!

The subway sandwich I got tasted great but I ordered the meal and was given only one cookie instead of two. Not sure why there would be such an error as the standard meal comes with two cookies.

Bought on 22/2/24 Black pepper chicken and eggs mayo . The eggs was very little. Cashier did not give receipt of purchase. Properly kept for own usage to claim.

Really bad service! I visited this Lot One branch on 12/04/24 night. I ordered 2 ala carte 6” ham sub, a 6” egg mayo sub meal and a tomato soup to go. The male staff serving me had an attitude and he asked my daughter what cookie she wanted and she chose the double chocolate one but he didn’t pack the cookie in the bag nor give her an empty cup for her to get her drink. The store wasn’t even crowded. I only found out after I checked my receipt when I got home. I will NEVER visit this Subway branch again!!
