Ordered 3 meals. Each with 3 nuggets, a side dish, cheese fries, and a drink. Got my order delivered through grab with only 3 nuggets in the big box. 2 side dishes and all drinks. Seems kind of intentional as I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t question why there was only 3 nuggets in the box when they closed it. On top of that, the order sheet was pretty long to just be these few items. I got a notification that the restaurant was busy but it was delivered 10mins before the estimated arrival time. It could be that they were trying to clear orders as fast as possible but not actually delivering it.

Fast service even during lunch periods on a weekend. I find that the service in the parkway branch is generally faster than other outlets. Also, the place looks relatively clean and modern for a fast food restaurant. For the food, it's KFC and it's about the same as everywhere else.

Quite typical of KFC, system is quite a mess. Only one counter was open. Made worse was that there isn't a self-service ordering kiosk. We're supposed to wait somewhere for our food to be ready. It would've really helped if they have a queue no. system. Having said that, I've to give compliments to the female staff called 'Ying Jie' as she continued to remain polite despite being busy.

Always a satisfying 2 pcs crispy chicken meal with root beer. But would have been better if the one serving told me bout the 5 bucks voucher deal for 3 pcs chicken. 3 drumsticks pcs meal would be 6 stars from me. O my.

Ridiculously slow service The staff here are like in a "who can move the slowest" competition. Ordered through the app,waited so long,order number never appear on the screen but credit card deducted. After asking them realized they missed it out. And the Aircon here is so weak, it's really a torture eating here during the day. Suggest not to come here unless you have plenty of time to spare and u're afraid of the cold

We had a great experience eating at the parkway parade outlet. Jimmy was smiling polite and serves us with a great customer experience. We order a Gold Spice set and I made a boo boo thinking the drink was only half dispensed, turns out it was drank by my hubby on the way to the table. But Jimmy was kind and polite to me even though it was my mistake. Thank your for the great service recovery!

Dine in- Was quite empty during the lunch time. The fries were stale and soggy. The chicken coating was quite soggy, I wonder if it was freshly made. No issues with service.

It was with fond memories that I visited this KFC outlet @ Parkway Parade. I had been visiting this outlet since 30 over years ago when I was a student, and I had seen how the eatery had shrunken over the past decades. Unfortunately, food quality is no longer like before...

Buy 2 chicken set and got mixed flavor. Both were bad, bad. Chicken is hard and soo smal, worse if comparing to kfc at NEX. Seems like they have kept the ckicken too long.

Really have surcharge? Why have to pay cash only for surcharge? Are you trying to avoid tracking It's not written on the receipt Grab dont have surcharge Only when walk in have surcharge? Is it up to the staff or your boss

The uncle that serve the food has very good customer services. i order a chicken burger only. the uncle get me a cup of plain water and make sure i get everything I need before proceed to service another customer. I impressed with the uncle customer services and therefore wrote this review. the original chicken burger is very nice but a bit expensive.

Came to the store to have a take-out order, Jimmy is very attentive and very patience staff, he's very nice and helpful at my order and even reminded me to double check my order in case of any missing order, which is one of the oustanding staff I have ever met, I would like to praise this staff and would like to have more staff be like him

the tudung girl is very rude, not even wearing a mask. missed out alot of our orders making us coming back to the counter 3-4 times. Food hygiene ? wearing mask no longer needed ? everyone is wearing mask except her ? service is 0 , slow and food isnt fresh. rude staff. Male counter staff ask why we waiting and we replied back nicely only for her to replied back “ wait lah “ cannot work at fnb please dont. learn your manners first.
