We had churros republic at the pop up store as Takashimaya on Orchard Road - the staff was super friendly and informed us about their menu and selections of items. We had the butter scotch brew and dark chocolate with blueberry churros - highly recommend them both! The brew foam was sweet (not too sweet) and the homemade brew was to die for.

Edit: The owner reached out to me and explained the style of their churros, which is meant to be soft and custardy on the inside. The owner is also extremely sincere in improving the business and rectifying the problem. Got to be the worst churros i have ever tasted. The dough completely raw inside, strangely salty, and rlly taste very bad. And no cinnamon on the churros. Undercooked plus batter not good. Bought two sets and my whole family and friends hated it. 2 stars because dulce de leche dip tastes good. But the dip is not the point of the dish. Usually I’d eat churros w/o dip but this time i really dont know how to make it remotely edible. Edit: change to 1 star. drank the “butterscotch beer???” And tastes terrible! Its like pasticy and bad.

$6.90 for 10 mini churros and 3 dips, quite worth, in my opinion. Alot of seats available but utensils not provided, only toothpicks, which might be hard to eat other types of churros. Sugar is used instead of cinnamon which feels abit cheap but understandable given the price.

Churros are very hot and fresh but with the lack of drinks and utensils it can be difficult to eat also. Especially if it's the fancy ones. Also the fruit tart's blueberries and raspberries are replaced by green grapes, just to note.

Really worth for the price. Ordered the krispy churros set ($14 for 2 boxes). Gave 2 sauces and 1 topping. I kept mine in my bag for at least 5 hours and threw it in the airfryer when i got home, still crispy and chewy, really nice and the portion was a lot. Not like some stores selling $3.50 for 2 churros.

Ordered a set from a delivery app. Cinnamon sugar with salted caramel, nutella and nuts. Salted caramel is okay, nutella is kinda diluted. The disappointment are the nuts that ruined everything. It smell and taste bad like being kept for too long. Should have someone to check before selling the items.

I was craving for something sweet as I had just recovered from a bad virul infection. Ordered the 10 piece churros with 2 dip - Nutella and salted caramel sauce on Grab as a pick up order. When I ordered, the pic in the menu seemed like each churro would be about 4 inch long, but in reality it is about 2 inch long. Plus I had ordered Nutella sauce, but the sauce I got wasn't Nutella, the consistency of the sauce was runny, and it tasted like hershey's chocolate sauce. That's a bummer. Moreover, the churros were coated with sugar, made it taste extremely sweet. Also, it tasted so gooey, not sure if it is supposed to be tasting like that. I've only had churros at pasar malams before, so craved for it, and could only find them here since it's near my house. I would say the pasar malam ones i had before tasted much better, it's cheaper and coated with cinnamon and thet provided real Nutella.
