This place is located near the cinema, where the isetan building is, the service is a bit slack, one lady in front of me decided to leave because of the snails pace service. Im the only one queuing and took like 10minutes to get my order, this is not exaggerations, she is the only one in the counter and at the same time preparing for the orders of some customers who used the self ordering kiosk. Management should put atleast 2 cashier to accommodate the quantity of the customers. McDonald is renowned for great service and it should be consistent in every country.

Quality of foods was on top-notch & fresh and was all worth it for the price i paid staff was polite & friendly & helpful there wasn't any long queue thank god fries was also fresh & on top-notch and fresh , the coke too was also fresh & on top-notch as well too .

It's standard McDonald's, but the service staff is very efficient and nice. Despite the pretty central location, the prices are not much higher than other McDonald's. The cleanliness can be improved though, as the staff does not really prioritise cleaning over customer service.

Do not go to this branch unless you want to wait 45minutes for your mccafe drink. Staff was busy chatting and made 3 wrong orders before making the right order despite multiple confirmations. Staff was also observed to be highly unprofessional based on their conversation and actions. Highly unpleasant experience - any other branch is better than this

Fries and burger was served piping hot which is awesome. The nasi lemak burger was a tad lemak for me. The spice was spicy enough to feel a tingle on ur lips.

Went to this shop in June. The manager and this guy were so rude. I couldn’t believe that they could work in hospitality in Singapore. Nowadays it’s weird to see people are rude to their clients. Won’t go there any more and tell all my friends and families not going too.

The terminal was not enough during peak time and also who has the idea of station 1 staff at the peak hour? (I was there to watch Oppenheimer) and the queue to pick up the drink (only 1 drink) and it took that one staff to manage dozens of orders. The operation should do better. Waited for solid 30 minutes just for drinks and missed 15 minutes of the movie.

Air-con is nice, the place is relatively clean, not so crowded on weekdays and the food comes fresh and hot usually. Would like to give it a lower score so it doesn't get too crowded and popular but they deserve it :)

Be careful if you place your order at a terminal! After placing an order and paying by credit card, we could not receive a ticket because there was no more paper in the machine. We explained the problem to a first man when he put an order on the counter that matched ours and no one came to pick it up. A second man (restaurant manager?) intervened by telling his colleague to take care of another customer. The manager looked into his computer and told us he couldn't see our order. Very aggressively, he told us to tell him what we wanted. What we have done. 2 days later, we saw on our bank statement that both orders were debited. This man lied to us. Not only is he rude, but also in bad faith. When you are so unhelpful, it is better not to do a job where you have to be at the service of customers!

Extremely disappointed, ordered a L size fries and got a M size portion, not worth the money. Macdonald may be affordable but this is kind of unacceptable... Not only that, the staff handing the food gave a mean eye and was unfriendly. Really reflects quite a lot.

Nice dining atmosphere when compared to lucky plaza outlet as it is open concept at cinema level with wide windows for nice view. Quiet on a weekday but may change now that lucky plaza outlet has closed down. Crowded during school holidays / weekend and may be challenging to get a table. Staff were courteous and helpful.
