Order via GrabFood delivery. Delivery was on time with the correct Ref No number. Total disappointment with the food order! Requested for NO Sauce for one of the 3 burgers and get 3 real plain burgers. No sauce and no vegetables! Choose to have Pepsi can but receive drink in a cup - diluted and cannot taste what drink is that!

I have purchased a promo set that has 10 pieces of chicken meat at $18.90. But I top it up with 2 buns and 1 large Rootbeer drink via online app. I ordered all these before I walked over to this branch for dine-in. To my surprise on the spot they told me no rootbeer in this branch and asked me to choose another drink which I’m fine. As I have mentioned very clear in my order that I request for Chili sauce, they told me that I can only have two small tub of chili sauce only as I purchase this promo set. After I told my partner about this, she saw that the staff gave a lot of Chili sauce sachet to other customers. We are fine if they give us two tub fully filled but too bad what we got is only a quarter of the tub filled. We confront the staff and their manager gave us another extra tub.I’m wondering why are we serve with the tub sauce just because we bought the promo set but Chili sauce sachet for normal set? Is there any differences for the profit by serving different Chili sauce size for different set? By the way this promo set is totally not worth it as they gave 2 wings, 2 drumstick, 2 chicken breast and 2 thigh. I give one star for their chicken tenderness and crunchinesses.

Ate the food and wasn’t satisfied with it but I let it slide. My relative had ordered takeout and the food was not good. Had a stomachache afterwards. There are other outlets in Singapore better than this one. Edit: Said relative is having food poisoning now from this Popeyes outlet. Since yesterday too! Seriously? Why is the standard there so subpar? I was actually shocked by the distasteful chicken sandwich I was served. I went with my friends that day and they said the same thing. As I said before, there are better outlets out there. The AMK Hub outlet isn’t one of them. Upsetting.

Ordered the sour cream onion feast for takeaway at Amk hub. Realised the 12 piece chicken nuggets and 1 large fries were missing. I tried calling amk hub, and different outlets number and none pick up. Outlets phone number is for show only. Do check your orders if you are taking away. Update: Received a call from this outlet 2 days after I submitted an online feedback regarding the missing items. Was told to head down to the outlet to take the missing items and was able to do without any issue.

I ordered delivery 2pc chicken meal from this outlet. I requested for no chicken breasts and if possible just thigh and drum. However, they gave me breast, wing and rib??? I don't think it was unreasonable of me to request for chicken parts that I don't want since I paid for it. It was really really disappointing. I feel like they did it on purpose. Oh wells whatever it is, I am never gonna order from this outlet ever again.

Missing items and no response from customer service. I placed 2 takeaway orders on 8 August 2023, collection at 11.45am. When I arrived at 11.55am, the food was not at the counter for collection, and I had to try very hard to get the staff to finally check for me whether my food was not ready or already collected by mistake. The food was not ready, so I waited for another 10-15mins before I collected the food. When I reached home, I realised that the staff had missed out 2 cheese fries and a large fries - basically all the fries in my orders. I could only contact them via their website, which I provided the required informtion, and to date (7 days have passed), no update. I will check my orders next time, even if it takes up time and space at their counter.

Used the Popeyes app to order at 5.11pm and the food is not delivered after 1.5 hrs. Called the outlet multiple times, phone rings but no one picks up. The app says their lalamove driver cancelled at 5.50pm. So now our fried food is sitting there for an hour…. There is no update on whether the food is even coming. We want to cancel also no option too, so we will be spending twice the amount as we need to get dinner elsewhere.. Terrible and unacceptable.. would not recommend ordering using Popeyes app.

Almost spilt my drink when I picked up my order. What's with the curved tray? The Malay lady couldn't be bothered and simply said "be careful ah your drink" haahaha ridiculous place.

ordered 3 piece chicken combo via delivery Coleslaw came half empty, lukewarm and drowning in sauce (see picture, It will explain itself) 3 piece chicken ended up like 1 and the half chicken since its just bone Conclusion: don’t order takeaway from this outlet

Because of the ongoing war in Gaza, I have to give up my favourite KFC and support Popeyes. Actually I kinda like Popeyes chicken. Their nugget is made from real chicken. Fries is so flavourful. Prolly best fries ever. Gonna be my go to fastfood for now!

The chicken is getting smaller and smaller. I ordered four piece chicken set ended up with all tiny pieces of wings. When i’m at my seat then realised that, hence went back to the counter to request for changing two of the wings to drumlets. The lady told me 7mins wait is required, and I am ok with it. Later when I went back to collect my food, I was reprimanded by another lady whom I think is the restaurant manager, to check my food before leaving as they will be discarding my biscuit and re-provide me with a new one. Zero customer service, just plain rude, the message could have brought across in a nicer way. In the first place you shortchange me with all wings and then telling me off when requesting to change. Not going to patronise popeyes again. Also, an elderly lady didnt know how to order using the kiosk asked me for help. When I directed her to the counter she said the service staff just tell her to use the kiosk without coming out and provide assistance. After assisting her for a while, she ultimately left in disappointment with anger towards the staff.

Hi the smoke from cooking chicken @ Popeyes is encroaching into the Soup Spoon @ AMK Hub. It is suffocating the patrons with it's indoor air pollution and super unhealthy. Can Popeyes Management fix their ventilation issues or exhaust fans please? The whole Soup Spoon seating area is filled with oily chicken smoke. After dining here, your hair will smell of fried oil. Will change the rating once this issue is fixed. Thanks!

Bought 2 pcs chicken meal around 9.30pm earlier. Both of the chicken is half cooked and can see redness inside. Barely eat any of the chicken, can only eat the mash potato. $10+ down the drain. Will never visit again.

Apparently I need to pay extra money if I wanna switch my chicken part and i genuinely don't eat drumstick. Already 2 pieces combo is $10.50 and I need to pay another $1 to change. Well done Popeyes!

Takeaway order was already done and set aside but the number was not shown on the screen. The two service crews at the counter saw us standing there but did not call us when it was done. We waited for about 15 to 20 mins for our order when it was already done. We thought it was for the Grab order. Poor service. And food was already cold especially the pasta. Hope this can be improved.
