The lady Malaysian supervisor is very rude and reluctant to serve me! The ice making machine is turned off but she told me that the drink is cold enough to drink and the ice making machine is not working! I told her off that the drink from the dispenser is very sweet I need ice cubes to dilute it. Her staff exchanged the mineral water for me but miraculously after five minutes the ice making machine is working again! The worst subway outlet I have visited with “ don’t be bothered” and indifferent supervisor that had bad influence on her staffs!

The service was alright but I did tell the worker that I want a Footlong Italian, instead he gave me a Parmesan Oregano bread. I thought as well that Italian didn't look like that, but I didn't want them to blame me for not saying it right.

Staff is friendly and when I visited previously for a meal at around 9pm, I was the only customer. I also came here for breakfast this morning

It was the most horrible subway I have had. The meat tasted like it was undercooked. I ordered a bulgogi sandwich they sent me a teriyaki. It tasted horrible. Uncooked yucky meat. Horrible taste ! If you don’t have the bulgogi available call and let me know. I had mentioned clearly to call and let me know if the bulgogi sandwich is not available. Terrible food ! Never ordering again !! P.s Please marinate your chicken a day before cooking it so it doesn’t taste like its raw, uncooked, full of blood and not washed properly ! 🤮

Order received correctly. Preparation of my food was very fast as well. Bread was also not over-toasted (unlike some other Subway outlets) so I didn’t have to bear with any burnt bits or edges which are not so healthy. Overall all good and no complaints.

Came at around 9.40am today and queued in line as there is a lady infront ordering. After around 5 minutes of waiting, the staff (female lady around 55 years old) ignored me and proceed to take order of the person behind me. I thought she had missed me so i continued standing there patiently as i thought she would have realised and serve me next. However, after she saw me standing there, instead of apologising and take my order, she asked me to requeue behind. I tried to tell her that i was here first but she seem to not care and continue doing what she was doing. The tone was quite rude as well. Management and staff training needs to be improved.

Went yesterday morning at 9.20am for breakfast together with my mum, only customer in the stall and ordered 3 inch bread breakfast set. May I ask is this a new rule saying that the vegetables we choose must only limit to 3 per person? It wasn't even stated there on the billboard. How come other stalls allowed us to take unlimited vegetables but you all only allowed us to take 3 vegetables? The service staffs attitude is rude and arrogant and do things sloppily like she doesn't want to serve us. This is one of the most disappointing services I ever had.
