This outlet is spacious and less crowd. Quite relaxing to have a nice place without much people to enjoy this ultimate kakiage angus beef burger. Staff is polite and friendly.😋👍

Spacious, peaceful, not busy time at that moment. Aircon isn't that cooling. It's just ok only. Overall satisfied. Update: it's better now. The drinks is also taeste great like compass one.

I just recently shifted to Sengkang West and was very glad that the area has a Burger King outlet here. The place is big & always clean, staff are friendly and are prompt in taking orders too! Thank you, Burger King Sengkang West! 🙏👍

Review of Burger King at 455 Sengkang: Poor Quality Food and Service I recently had a disappointing experience at the Burger King located at 455 Sengkang, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, my expectations were not met in terms of both the quality of the food and the level of service provided. One of the major issues I encountered was with the fries. It was evident that they had been reheated multiple times, as they lacked the freshness and crispiness that one would expect from a fast food establishment. Instead, they were limp, greasy, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Reheating the fries over and over again is simply unacceptable, and it greatly affected my overall dining experience. Another disappointing aspect was the Mexican drumlets. I ordered them with the expectation of enjoying juicy and flavorful chicken. However, what I received was quite the opposite. The drumlets were dry and lacked any semblance of juiciness. It was clear that they had been overcooked or left out for an extended period, resulting in a disappointing texture and taste. To add insult to injury, I decided to upsize my meal by ordering five double cheeseburgers. However, even after paying the additional cost, the quality of the food remained subpar. The cheeseburgers were poorly assembled, with wilted lettuce, lukewarm patties, and overall lackluster flavor. For the price I paid, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. In addition to the disappointing food, the service at this Burger King was also lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying little attention to customers' needs. There was no sense of urgency or willingness to address concerns or rectify any issues. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, without any genuine care for customer satisfaction. Considering the $72 I spent on my meal, I was deeply disappointed by the poor quality of food and service provided at Burger King at 455 Sengkang. The reheated fries, dry Mexican drumlets, and poorly assembled cheeseburgers all fell well below my expectations. Moreover, the lackluster service added to my overall dissatisfaction. I hope that Burger King takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the quality of their food and service at this location.

Love this cosy & serene place as I met up my financial consultant. The aircon was not in full blast but it was fine with me as I dread of air-conditioning. I chose an end corner seat so I didn't feel frozen cold right in the morning. The meal is well served. Staff service was average since nowadays restaurant use self ordering kiosk, I got my hot tea fast when I discovered my meal dont come with drink & had to order it separately at the counter.
