Staff friendly and helpful. Counter staff need more regular training and videos footages at the counter must be regularly viewed to maintain good customer service in SIngapore. Can improve customer services.

Service was execellent! I would have given it 6 stars if I could. A trainee by the name of Yip was extremely friendly and kind when serving us, he answered any questions I had with much clarity and was very helpful overall. His presence really enhanced my experience and brought my meal to new heigts, his vibe made a massive improvment to the atmosphere. I hope to see Yip again the next time I visit!

Haven't dine in the restaurant itself for some time and decided to do so. But I fortunately this turned out to be a big mistake. - No one at the entrance to show you your table we had to ask. - Ordered through their online menu and was greeted with a POS error. - When staff brought the pizza out, instead of putting the pizza on the table, staff wanted me to grab the foam board beneath the hot pizza pan and take it off her hands directly instead while on the way to another table. - Spoke to the manager about this and she said they trained this staff many times but no use. Well, maybe your training methods need to change. - Staff stands around with their backs facing the floor and thus not observing the customers. They are super engrossed in the cutleries instead. - Onion ring tastes burnt. - Pizza Hut Bedok Mall also keeps a pet fly that likes to interact with me and my food.

Service was excellent. Trainee called Yip was extremely friendly and made the whole meal experience much better. I would definitely come here again just meet Yip again. I believe he is very worthy of a good raise.

I need to highlight a terribly unpleasant experience with CHERRY of Bedok Mall branch. I had a personal pizza to redeem from a survey I had participated which prompted the purchase. First, she asked when was the survey done and I said there was no expiry. In fact there was no minimum indicated but I was planning to purchase more so was not an issue. However, she seemed suspicious of my redemption so I showed her the redemption code. Then she said there would be a minimum $20 order and that I can choose from a variety of flavours including classic and the same applies for my free pizza. I ordered about $30 worth and when I chose Super Supreme for the redemption personal pizza, she said I needed to top up $3. When I asked why the need for top-up since she had already told me earlier about the flavours I could choose from and her response was that she ASSUMED I was dining in and since I was requesting to take away, there would be a $3 top-up. What gave her the assumption? Should not she ask when I had queried on the flavours? I asked to escalate to the manager to waive it and she claimed to be the manager but that she would also call her management about it. Then she went behind the counter, leaving me and the queue of people behind me. Thankfully another staff took the initiative to take over the counter. After waiting for 10min and my follow-up, she came back with the same, this time with worse arrogance and that she already informed the management of the incident. So she had actually used the 10min to spin her own story to the management instead of seeking waiver which she had said she would ask. I said I will have to raise this case, and she started to get aggressive and raised her voice and about to draw a crowd. Firstly, she made it very difficult to redeem the complimentary pizza instead of welcoming it. Then she provided the wrong information and yet was arrogant and aggressive about it. I am shocked that she is made a manager yet as a manager of a branch, not only is she totally lacking in customer-service, she is totally unwelcoming and rude. She is a shame and should be disqualified! I will never visit this branch at Bedok Mall and may reconsider my patronage of Pizza Hut from this point.

Overall, very disappointing. Paid for service charge even though barely any service was received. Very little food for the price paid. Shout out to Jenny for being the ONLY attentive and caring staff who bothered to help attend to our needs despite being busy with her own task (like making the drinks and getting the utensils). She’s the only person that made this place bearable.
