This is not your usual otak. They do not mix flour in their otak and therefore the otak do not stick together in 1 piece as the usual ones. However, the flavour is still as good and would certainly go well with rice.

Not your ordinary otak otak. The paste is made with coconut mixture, which is not normally found by many places. Taste depends on your liking. The queue can get very long and also by orders made. I like how they manage to do the otak otak by arranging from time to cook towards the packing done.

Great price for some spicy otak otak! It’s slightly different from the typical otak otak, with more coconut milk, fish pieces and fresh spices. Everything is grilled on the spot, so it’s always fresh. If you like a larger quantity, you can contact them for catering :)

Definitely agree that theres no flour in this, and you can actually taste chunks of fish. I usually don’t eat otah but my boyfriend told me i must try this, and I was not disappointed. Lovely! Will be back again.

This otah was quite different from what the typical otah that I had been eating growing up. The texture was more crumbly, probably because of the coconut flakes that they used. It was also less fish paste than what I would call "Chinese Otah". Overall it was quite enjoyable but very messy to eat as most of the banana leaf wrapping the otah was burnt so you have the ashes falling on the table as you eat it.

This is not your average otak- otak! Eating one is never enough. Bursting with flavours and aromatics of grated coconut and with a good punch of spicy goodness!

Understand if you need to raise price but be reasonable to maintain quality and quantity. Taste dropped and not value for money. Can’t taste any fish anymore

Today bought 10 pcs of otak2. Now price increased to $9 for 10pcs. Very disappointed no more fish and very very little of coconut paste. If you increse the price its ok we understand but why the qulity "drop"? That is why when I went there no more q.
