I went there through the driveway, ordered for 2PCs of Spicy Chicken and a Medium Fries. Saba took the order, and azhar came to bill me, he charged $20 first, thankfully my wife was on the phone and she heard and told me to recheck, then he found it was a mistake, when I asked for the receipt it says the chicken was mild. I asked Azhar why it’s mild he said they don’t have any spicy left. Very unprofessional of them to just give chickens whichever is leftover. Never going back to this branch again.

Worst experience ever. The cup had 2 grains of ice. Yes I said grains, I’m aware it’s cubes that’s how tiny they were. The order had 6 fries for a 4 piece combo. The chicken, Omgosh, it was half cooked. The blood in the chicken was very much visible and the chicken was still raw. I went back to them and the manager had the audacity to state she will refund for 2 pieces and not the whole order. Safe to say, it will be the first and the last time.

I had a very bad experience from one the guy staff on 10th June Saturday night. He was very rude and mean. But there was a lady staff and she was understanding and helping. I just asked is the food ready and why they keep me waiting because people who come behind me is getting their food. Then guy staff came up and said this “ if you want you can wait or leave!” I'm customer who made the order and paid and waited enough and I think I have right to enquire about my order. Anyway, may be he is having bad day. But just thought of sharing here for heads up.

Friendly and polite staff, clean restaurant. Good food. My only issue was I ordered the 3 piece Tender, They only gave me 2 and a nugget. Asked for hot sauce for the 10 piece family deal they only gave me Two. Due to them running out.. But other than that the food was good.

I usually order from here. They forget to add side items sometimes. Today was terrible experience with Gulmar/Gilmar who had no sense of customer service and told to my face "What should I do?" When I reminded her she forgot to add some items. Please work on customer service team!

You order through the drive thru and then go up to window amd have to repeat the order. They don't listen well to order and then I got home with my blackened chicken sandwich and I'm wondering where the other half of my sandwich is lol

First we asked to give us 6 pcs of chicken and the girl at the counter said that they don't sell 6 pcs. They sell combos like 5 or 8 pcs. Then we said that we just want 6 pcs of chicken and french fries. Then she said ok. After that for 6 pcs chicken and french fries she gave us 4 sachets of ketchup. After asking for more she gave just 2 more. My kids love ketchup so I asked for 2 more ketchups but she refused to give saying that they are short of ketchups. Also their washroom was so dirty that I almost puked. I will never visit this store again.

I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes today. A girl wearing a hijab took my order rudely, and there were mistakes in my order - some items were missing. Even when I asked for paper plates, I didn't receive them. This visit left me with a negative impression of the store's customer service.The cleanliness of the toilets was subpar, which was another letdown. While the rest of the staff seemed fine, the attitude and service of that particular girl in the hijab were a cause for concern. Overall, a mixed experience at Popeyes today. If you are having a bad day, please don't let it ruin someone else's experience.

Worst kind of service ever. Even at the most slowest times they kept me waiting when i call a lot ahead for pickup. Forgot to put my fries in the combo, gave me cold chickens. After i called back, The employee doesn’t even feel any guilt. Disappointing

Ordered the nuggets and mash potatoes what a huge disappointment, the nuggets were so small they would not even equal 1 peice of chicken., the mash potatoes was a bowl of gravy with a small scoup of potatoes, I an utterly dumbfounded that they have the audacity to serve this..on top of it I was asked if I wanted ice in my drink, I answered yes...only to get a drink that was warm with 2 small cubes....who the hell puts 2 cubes in a drink... I am fed up with getting substandard service from people who have no idea what the concept is.

I got food poisoning from this location a few years ago and have never eaten here since, but last night my husband got food from this location and got very sick. Clearly the food is not being prepared properly and hygiene is an issue.....do not visit this location.

whoever the boss here sucks. leaving two staff (one of them being new) to work on a Saturday night knowing well it would most likely be busy. been waiting an hour for my food. drive thru has been waiting 20. not the staffs fault but the owner/boss who really booked two staff for a busy night

Today 8.39pm I order drive through 8 pice chicken combo (4 legs, 4 thighs + fries) total $36.15 I am so disappointed they give me only 2 legs, 2 thighs & 4 small wings all pieces is fully burned. I recommend no one buy from the drive through. This was the second time happened to me. We are so disappointed.

Ordered 6 piece wings combo, which includes 6 wings, 1 side, 1 biscuit and 1 fountain drink. I didn't get my biscuit... it happens all the time. Usally 1 thing is missing. So heads up check your order before leaving! The food tasted great. Service was extremely slow.

I highly recommend this place. The food was so fresh and delicious. I loved it . I went there when i was so hungry, my waiting time was not too long and the workers greeted me with the smile. This is indeed the best place to eat chicken wings.

On a casual stroll to Popeyes, I was delighted by both the delicious food and exceptional service. Eesh, in particular, stood out with his courteous and helpful demeanor, truly embodying what customer delight looks like. We enjoyed the sandwiches – overall, a great experience!
