(+) Goreng Pisang is very crispy, and the chocolate and cheese go well together. They have a shop walking distance from my house, but I only bought once before. (-) Too expensive. Will buy more often if it's cheaper. Photo: Bought from pasar malam

Very slow replies. Never going to order again. - Needed to wait for more than 5 days for a simple invoice - Ignores messages and all calls - Asked team to come at 6pm and sent at least 3 messages reminding them of the time and scale of the event. They were an hour late. - Only replies fast when it comes to getting the payment. Once you've paid, expect snail replies. Unresponsive. Unaccountable. Unprofessional. Deal at your own risk.

Pre-ordered last week for a special occasion. On the day itself, did not have the decency to inform me of the food that they claim, has already "finished" till we have to prompt them further. Claims that they have "overlooked" the orders.

Ordered through WhatsApp and did not receive one of my orders. Texted them to inform and they said they would be checking with the kitchen. There were no updates for hours until I messaged them again asking for one. The person who replied said the boss took my order but the missing item was not sent because it was not available. Poor poor service, asked to pay for the food but in actual fact the food was not available. They still asked if I would like to be refunded. Who would pay for something that we didn't even receive?

Ordered 2 box of tahu begedil and pisang keju but missing one box of tahu begedil. Tried to rectify the issue but to no avail. Tried calling also but ignored. Will NEVER buy from them anymore. Becareful when purchasing online from them!!!!! Cannot be trusted. Eat people’s money only.
