Food was surprisingly good. Ambience is not like a dim sum place. It's halal dim sum and all handmade. The crystal prawn dumplings are really good. Very thin skin with fresh juicy shrimps. But the prices here are not cheap. More expensive than some of the well known dim sum places.

The dim sum here was amazing! Really worth a visit. All halal and handmade dim sum, really bigger bits than the ones I have ever had! Quick service and worth the price! Try the lava buns, the filling is explosive!

We discovered this restaurant on reviews and it delivers on every level. We love Dim Sum and this simple, clean and friendly restaurant has incredible food in every dish we had. If you are local, you are lucky to have such a place, if you are a tourist like us, seek this place out. Book online as it is deservedly busy.

We came across this place when we were looking for halal places to eat at in Singapore. The dim sum here was very good! One of the best I've had so far. Service is very fast and place is very clean too. Would highly recommend this place. Especially love the salted egg bun.

Late to the party! With an unassuming shop design one wouldn't have expected much, but we were blown away by the consistently good dishes - all while halal! Their asparagus was well prepared without tough areas. Fried duck bun was really tasty and well-balanced in texture. Garlic fried rice was a little expensive but they were generous with the truffle oil. Cheese tart was a delight with its extremely soft creamy cheese. Prices were slightly on the high side, but the food quality and the really fast serving speed made it worthwhile as a quick bite with friends.

A good halal dim sum. I love their beehun and their salted egg custard bun. Clean and fast and friendly service. A little bit pricey but worth the taste. Recommended 👍

Nice & affordable food. Made more pleasant by Uncle Michael, one of the service crew. Soft spoken & explained things meticulously. Rest of service crew are nice too! One of the must comeback eateries. 👏 Satisfied every single time. Thank you for the warm hospitality & great food. 😊

We used to always order from this place via Grab when we lived close by. Finally got to try the restaurant in person & it was a great experience, no doubt! The customer service was really good, all the servers were friendly. The dim sum is really by far the best we’ve had. The spinach dumpling with shrimp is a repeat order for us, it’s soooo good!!! Definitely cannot recommend it enough! The dumplings are filled generously & the skin is so soft & tasty. The chili pairs so well with the dumplings too 🤤 Though we didn’t get the fried rice this time round, we definitely recommend that too! It has a truffley taste to it despite there not being any truffle in it! There is also the taste of wok hey 😋

Came here again to have dinner, the customer service is great. The staff here are attentive to their customers. However, if you’re looking for duck meat, I wouldn’t recommend coming here as their duck meat is consistently tough and chewy. Also, the noodle portion couldn’t help to justify the price. In my opinion, the meal is not worth the price and you can always get better options elsewhere. On the other hand, you can still enjoy decent halal dim sum with friends and family over here.

Staff are friendly and prompt, menu is pretty comprehensive. Food was good, better than most dim sum places in singapore, but price is a little steep (worth it in my opinion though!) The place is also halal so it's a great option for meeting up with friends who require halal options! Will definitely be back again.

Came here midday on a Sunday and got sheltered outdoor seats for 2 in a packed restaurant. Food was good for light bites (pricier than other halal dim sum places but really good variety & quality)! Shrimp fillings were huge chunks. Served warm and seemed freshly made! Service was fast. Toilets were clean in aircon. The elderly servers (Gert @ the counter and Michael who was a waiter) were warm and friendly. (Full disclaimer: The servers told us about a free drink per review per person. Drinks were overpriced at almost $3 for a simple bottle of water or cans or cup of tea - see tea names under the first photo. Hence this review.) Still, would come again for the dim sum 💯

Great choice of nicely done dimsums. The noodles and soups are comforting and delicious. The Peking Duck wraps were flavourful and crispy. Service is friendly and efficient. Decent value for money dimsum joint

Very good food. Soursop drink with a tint of fizzy and slice of lemon was a treat. Highly recommended. From reception to the table, staff was friendly and yes, service with a smile.

Nestled along the streets is this Halal dim sum place. Came during Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t packed so we got seats fairly quickly. Ordered the fried rice, sweet and sour pork, fried carrot cake, Cheong fun, beancurd skin rolls, duck noodles and Siew Mai. Pleasantly surprised by the flavours in each dish, everything was made to order.

One of the best halal dim sum restaurants I've been to. I've been here several times, and the dim sum dishes that I've tried are generally very good. The duck noodles are also nice. The fried bee hoon is good too. However, the wanton soup was not very nice. Overall, this is definitely a place worth visiting. If you're going with a large party, you may want to make a reservation.

I was really looking forward to trying this place based on its Google ratings, but it fell short of my expectations. When it comes to dim sum, quality should be a top priority, and unfortunately, there wasn't much variety to choose from. Some of the dishes didn't quite justify their prices, especially considering the average food quality. The drinks also came with a steep price tag that didn't match their worth. One amusing thing I couldn't help but mention is that the staff was really eager for us to leave a Google review, even before we had our food served! Now that's enthusiasm. On a positive note, I do commend the restaurant for offering Halal dim sum, making it accessible to a wide audience. I hope they can work on enhancing both the food and service to make the dim sum experience even more delightful and worthwhile for everyone.

Boxing Chicken 13.90 - Super delicious, coated with honey flavoured sauce. Worth it as well, recommend to share w a friend! The crystal shrimp dumpling is the best out of the 3 types. Customer service is great. Will definitely visit again!

Had teabreak here with hot chrysanthemum tea (free flow but need to check with staff, of course!) and spinach steamed dumplings and crystal shrimp dumplings. Hot and good for the soul. Service is great as always. Less crowd on Sunday 4pm-ish. Good to consider if around the area for halal certified Chinese food!

2nd visit today. Really enjoy all of the food. Especially the crystal chicken shrimp and salted egg prawn. Dimsum price range 5-7sgd. So worth the price. They also has a new menu, xiao long bao, which is also delish. Nice service, doesn’t take long for the food to come out. Definitely recommended. They also halal certified, which is fulfilled my concern.

A very nice place to have brunch. Came here with my family and the service was awesome. The staffs are friendly, punctual, informative. The restaurant was clean. Compared to dimsum place in jakarta, obviously this one is more expensive. Yet, they are worth the price!

I'm gonna rave about this place to anyone looking for a halal dim sum in Singapore. It was one of the best meal I had in Singapore. They serve halal xiao long bao here and it was super delicious. I still can't believe that it's halal, because the broth is so tasty. Definitely pay a visit here next time you visit Singapore.

Everyone was so kind. We had a family lunch and my grandma cannot walk properly. But everyone made it easier. Food came fast. Delicious. Everyone was attentive. It felt like I was having lunch at a relative’s home. Everyone was warm and kind. Thank you The Dim Sum Place 🙏🏼❤️
