This is the worse fried chicken I have ever eaten. The breast, thigh and drumstick were probably re-fried til they have shrunken in size. All three pieces combined is equal to 1 piece of KFC. They’re just horribly soggy and the skin was rubbery. This meal was just absolutely terrible. What a waste of my stomach space. If it weren’t because we needed to catch dinner before our movie, I wouldn’t be here and I definitely will never eat here again. Wow just wow this is VERY BAD!

had my 1st Texas meal on 28 April 2022 and was pleasantly surprised by how different their fries were (warm, thick and straight cut) and I liked it 👍🏽.. alas, I ordered takeaway recently 21 June 2022 and realised they switched it to your usual fast food fries, which are worse than KFC's (scrawny and cold). -minus 1 ⭐ saw that I could redeem 2pcs of chicken using a Shopback voucher on 29 June 2022 but was told Texas does not sell any chicken breast when I requested for a change. -minus 1 ⭐ Filipino manager on duty appeared unhappy to be behind the counter. Not sure if it was because I used a voucher instead of having to pay for my meal, the chicken she served me was black (similar to the ones shown in other reviews). I wanted to question her why the skin was not golden brown but decided against it as she did not look like she was going to entertain me (so I saved my breath). Kitchen crew needs to monitor the temperature of the oil. -minus 1 ⭐

There is a horrible Filipino(I suppose) lady working there during weekdays. The last time I went there to dine in, she delayed the whole crowd queuing in front of the counter. When she is finally done preparing food for earlier orders, she came up to serve my order. This lady got the audacity to say “ finally right? “ to me and then proceeds to ignore me and pack another order before returning to me... I waited approximately 30 minutes for her that day. Another time I went there, I got her again. She pulled a big red ‘counter closed’ sign and placed it on the counter table and she only accepted card payments. As a student, I did not have any cards with me to make an order. My experience was still good during weekends when the students work part-time at the cashiers. They have a better attitude.

Limited menu but burgers are good. New 8 pepper burger is very good. Have more options for the drinks. Best french fries ever had. Spicy sauce in Texas chicken is special. Over all a good experience. Recommend place for chicken burger lovers.

Order 2 student special meal for my children. Both feedback that the chicken are delicious and burgers are juicy. Son favourite mash 🥔 is available included too. For the price, it's lots of food for daughter to finish and son "help" her to devour all. Best if all is the FREE flow of drinks.
