Polar cakes have always been a family favourite. And for birthdays their Old Polar cake is THE BEST!! I recently discovered they do deliveries from online orders and that has been a life saver. Their customer service is wonderful. They respond promptly to any queries and with so much courtesy I felt comfortable they would do a good job. And they have not disappointed in the occasions I placed my orders with them. Keep it up Polar. We love your cakes and your curry puffs!

Breakfast for my kids every other day. They love it. Hope they’ll have more selection before my kids get bored :)

21 Sep 2020 - 5.40pm visit. Post Circuit Breaker Phase 2. Food - 4 stars. Service 2 stars. Arrived at the stall and the older female staff was busy with other things. No one to attend to waiting customers even though there were other staff there. Had to wait for 10 minutes while that older staff was slowly confirming her items for grab delivery when there were 2 customers waiting at the counter. Only when we complained and spoke to a lady supervisor/manager who was there and she said to that staff that customers at the stall come 1st, then we got served. I love the custard puff (made fresh daily without preservatives) and sugar roll and the other baked puffs from Polar, but the service here definitely needs a lot of improvements (both speed n service attitude)

Need to educate your staff when collecting of order need to give customer back the other copy of the goods order which signed. Not insisting that the pasted copy on the plastic bag is the goods order which I can't use to perform good receipt on my side. By the way, your staff don't seem to be able to understand simple English. This is Singapore not Chinapore.

I want to give a big compliment to Rosie at this outlet. I had issues with my order due to the terrible management of my order. Fotunately, Rosie was very understanding on the ground and helped me to forward this up to the higher management, also offering me some alternate solutions to help with my event today.

Pre ordered 2 small cakes, Rosie is a new staff worker and she was really patient and nice. It was close to closing, definitely was a tiring day but her smile and service was really comforting. Would love to praise her on her customer service 😀
