Honestly, standard of KFC dropped so much when compared with those good old days. We went to the outlet at downtown east & what welcomed us was an irritating housefly & it took us a few minutes to guide it out if the glass entrance!! The counter staff were slow in coordinating the orders and the trash area was not properly managed as well. Chicken meats were heavily coated with flour & texture of the chicken was nothing but dry…. Time to look into the SOP & process flow…

Ordered satay chicken and was told unavailable. They called to select other varieties. Ordered spicy chicken and discovered what a horrible food. Not juicy and extremely dry. The look of the chicken It is a big disappointment from Downtown East delivery order. The spicy chicken look not fresh tasted like it been in the warmer for hours and given to me to clear the warmer. This meal is a put off, especially when you are hungry. The staff needs more customers service training and cooking skills. Throw the chicken away. What a horrible service. This a problem with some online order they dump the worst food they see fit. You can get it replace if ordered at the counter. A huge disappointment from a big cooperation. KENTACO WAS SERVED COLD. SOLD AS CHEESE FRIES BUT SERVED WEDGES. Was expecting a good new Kentaco as promoted on the sign board outside the store. Everything was so bad. Will not patronise again

Order for a customer in front of me and I’m right behind him After he taken his order he look at me and point behind go order at kiosk ar and flip the menu over counter close. What a kill joy. Like what your attitude meant I don’t necessarily have to eat here and I’m sorry you’re having a bad mood working on Xmas day so poor thing. Sometimes things happen for a reason I don’t blame you for what bad experience happen to me but I’m sorry to say I really look down on you too. I just want to order a popcorn chicken take away.

Terrible overnight stale fried chicken. The chicken bone is already black and the meat is mushy. Was offered a replacement but I opted for refund which the mgr readily obliged.

i come friday afternoon, i order two golden spice combo, kfc worker never give my crispy tender, i ask for the tender, she tried to be smart alec and ask me to bring back my whole tray from my table, i do that then she still don't believe me, she think i trying to scam 2 crispy tender, she then ask her other co worker, other co worker check the menu and asked me what did i order even when my order is still on their screen, i wait for their incompetence until my chicken cold and ice melt.

Tried KFC new menu, spicy dipper Received popcorn chicken in a small box. KFC shouldnt market existing product as new product and mark up price. Product looks completely different from marketing photographs. Dishonest. Buyers beware.

Poor service, seems they don't want to serve. Other stores are considered good, only at ehub so far on my experience. Management should pay attention on the service for every outlet.

Severely short of service staff here. On KFC Chicken Tuesday, how can they only have 1 service staff at the counter? Today I couldn't make card payment as I was told the machine is faulty. The chicken here is less oily than the chicken at the Whitesands branch.

This is the worst KFC I have visited. Failed to order from the machine due to no paper in the payment machine. Went to the counter to order, the staff told me to order from the machine 🤦♂️ I told the staff the machine is not working then the staff told me to wait as she is busy! I wonder if there is any manager responsible for this store. If there is, please sack this person for not ensuring the store is operational. Finally after waited for 10 mins, the busy staff came to take my order. Ordered the crispy chicken, it was the worst crispy chicken. No spice taste and fragrance, the batter is so floury. Will never come to this store anymore.

Ordered 3 piece meal takeaway today at 7:11pm, no queue and usually don’t need to check as most outlets give my orders correctly. This particular outlet messed up and only gave 2 piece. Disappointing! If don’t bother to check and double confirm order for customer then pls don’t work in FnB. First time across Kfc outlets is there such a problem.

Visited this KFC outlet for dinner. Since it is located at the Downtown East, there is not much crowds on weekdays. The KFC outlet is also spacious with many seats available. We ordered through the KFC app and we just needed to wait for the queue number. We ordered a promotional set through the app and the food was served hot too. Overall, a relaxing dining experience.
